The effectiveness and productivity of modern organizations in the field of creative industries, depends on their employees, in particular, employees' psychological readiness to overcome the challenges faced by organizations, as well as to develop professionally and build a career. This involves studying the level of development of the main components of employees' psychological readiness for career making, among which the value-motivational component occupies a prominent place. Aim. To find out empirically the features of the value-motivational component of the employees' psychological readiness for career making of workers in the sphere of creative industries. Methods. The data were collected and processed using various diagnostic tools and a questionnaire-passport in the form of Google Forms. Results. The authors describe the essence of the value-motivational component of the psychological readiness for career making in creative industries, analyze the levels of development of its components (career values and career motivation) and the relationship between the value-motivational component and its general indicator and its micro-level (characteristics of employees), meso-level (characteristics of the organization) and macro-level (characteristics of society) factors. Conclusions. Today, the process of economic socialization of the individual is characterized by a new contradiction. On the one hand, socialization is the transmission of established social experience, and on the other hand, this experience is supplemented by new circumstances and facets. Therefore, it is very important to study how an individual develops and functions effectively, and what mechanisms of economic socialization are used. Aim. Based on the relevant scientific literature, to determine the psychological mechanism of moral regulation in economic socialization of the individual. Methods. Theoretical analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific literature on the problem of interest. Results. The article analyzes the theoretical approaches used by foreign and Ukrainian psychologists to interpreting the relationship between ethical and economic aspects of economic socialization of the individual, emphasizing that economic activity cannot be ethically neutral. At the psychological level, the mechanism of socialization is the mental transformation of what is perceived by the individual into their inner world. The socio-psychological mechanism of economic socialization of an individual is a process that transforms the activity of the socialization factor (social conditions, driving forces, personal traits) into its result. Moral regulation of an individual's economic behavior has the following components: 1) society’s requirements for a person; 2) internalization of society's requirements by the individual; 3) human behavior in situations that require a moral choice. It is shown that the moral activity of an individual in the economic sphere is primarily the freedom of choice: a life position, a system of moral values, and ideals. The algorithm of the psychological mechanism of moral regulation in the process of economic socialization of the individual is presented. Conclusions. Psychological mechanisms are an essential aspect of personal socialization in general and economic socialization in particular. Moral regulation reflects a person's awareness of generally accepted moral norms and rules in the economic sphere, and the desire to follow them. Today, every psychologist is thinking about how to be competitive in the labor market, how to work effectively and increase the number of their clients. Purposeful formation of a professional brand may be helpful with this. Due to long military operations and the increased number of people who need psychological help, the professional brand of a psychologist will help them make their competences known to the target clients. Aim: To analyze the professional and psychological characteristics of the psychologist brand. Results: The conducted theoretical research allowed clarifying the concept of psychologist professionalism and professionally important qualities of a psychologist. The most important qualities for the formation of a psychologist's professional brand are the psychologist's affiliation and communication skills. The author proposes a communication model of a professional brand of a psychologist and describes the communication tools to form the psychologist's professional brand at micro-, meso-, and macro-level of communication. Conclusions. The war is a significant factor in reducing the well-being of the staff of educational organizations. Hence, the study of subjective well-being of the staff of educational organizations seems quite relevant. Aim. To investigate the level of educational staff subjective well-being in war conditions and its relationship with staff's socio-demographic, organizational and professional characteristics as well as place of living. Methods. The Modified BBC Subjective Well-being Scale (BBC-SWB) (P. Pontin, M. Schwannauer, S. Tai & M. Kinderman, 2013; adaptation by L. Karamushka, K. Tereshchenko, O. Kredentser, 2022); passport questionnaire. Results. Educational staff's subjective well-being was at a middle level (moderate). Among the subjective well-being components, \"physical health and well-being\" was lower than \"psychological well-being\" and \"well-being in relationships\". There was a statistically significant relationship between the educational staff subjective well-being and staff’s socio-demographic characteristics (age, having children, marital status, position). The higher the educational staff's position, the higher was staff's \"psychological well-being\" indicator of subjective well-being (at the level of a trend). Conclusions. The author analyzed the content and features of and the factors in social and psychological adaptation of forced migrants. Migrants' agency is important for migrants' successful adaptation to the socio-cultural environment of the host country. Conclusions. The study of the phenomenon of resilience as the individual's ability to recover is extremely relevant due to the full-scale war, which causes chronic stress, emotional and physical trauma, etc. That is why psychologists face the need for a deep and detailed study of the features of resilience as an important ability to recover after stressful and traumatic events. Aim: to adapt the «Physical Resilience Instrument for Older Adults (PRIFOR)» (Fang-Wen Hu, Cheng-Han Lin, Fang-RuYueh, Yu-Tai Lo & Chung-Ying Lin) to the Ukrainian sample, to check the instrument statements' reliability and discrimination as well as to carry out validation and standardization of its scales on the Ukrainian sample. Methods. To check the instrument's convergent validity, standardized the following questionnaires were used: «Personal Resources» (O.V. Savchenko, S.A. Sukach); «Conor-Davidson Stress Resistance Scale (CD-RISC-10)» (adapted by N.V. Shkolina, I.I. Shapoval, I.V. Orlova, I.O. Kedyk, and M.A. Stanislavchuk); «Learned Resourcefulness» (adapted by B.V. Biron). Results: The «Physical Resilience Instrument for Older Adults (PRIFOR)» by Fang-Wen Hu, Cheng-HanLin, Fang-Ru Yueh, Yu-Tai Lo & Chung-Ying Lin\" was successfully adapted to the Ukrainian sample and standardized, as well as the test norms were developed, which makes it possible to use the Instrument for the analysis of the general index and individual scales of individuals' resilience. Conclusions.
