{"title":"El cas únic de no menys ‘encara que, malgrat això’ en el Curial e Güelfa i un altre italianisme no observat","authors":"Caterina Martínez-Martínez","doi":"10.7203/scripta.22.27851","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7203/scripta.22.27851","url":null,"abstract":"Resum: El Curial e Güelfa se’ns descobreix com tot un repte filològic a l’hora de caracteritzar el català amerat de multilingüisme i multiculturalitat que presenta; i, encara més, si, atenent a la repercussió d’aquest model de llengua per al català contemporani, examinem la filigrana de construccions amb què està teixit. En aquest treball, ens fixem en la primera i l’única documentació en català de no menys amb el valor concessiu de ‘encara que, malgrat això’. Per fer-ho, recorrem a la lexicografia històrica de les llengües ambientals de la Nàpols de l’època (el francès i l’italià) i a les fonts literàries (autors i textos, obres, tòpics i figures literàries) de què beu l’obra. Així, mirarem de discernir si, efectivament, no menys és un altre italianisme, en aquest cas, no observat fins ara. Viu en el model lingüístic de l’autor, sembla que no menys fou empeltat en un exemple del català del Curial e Güelfa a tall de «transferència lingüística». Paraules clau: Curial e Güelfa, no menys, italià, transferència lingüística, català Abstract: Curial and Guelfa reveals itself to us as quite a philological challenge when it comes to characterizing Catalan, which is rich in multilingualism and multiculturalism; and, even more so, if, considering the repercussion of this language model for contemporary Catalan, we examine the filigree of constructions with which it is woven. In this work, we look at the first and only documentation in Catalan of no menys with the concessive value of ‘even though, in spite of’. To do this, we turn to the historical lexicography of the environmental languages of Naples at the time (French and Italian) and to the literary sources (authors and texts, works, clichés and literary figures) from which the work. Thus, we will try to discern if, indeed, it is another Italianism, in this case, not observed until now. Alive in the author’s linguistic model, it seems that no menys was grafted onto an example of the Catalan of the Curial and Guelfa in the form of «language transfer». Així, analitzarem els models formals i els referents literaris disponibles en el tombant dels segles xix i xx, amb una atenció especial a la tradició assagística de base francesa i alemanya, il·lustrada i romàntica. Tot seguit, ens centrarem en les condicions materials en què es van escriure, editar i llegir aquests textos, sobretot pel que fa al desenvolupament de la premsa i l’edició contemporània, factors que facilitaren l’emergència de la figura de l’intel·lectual. Una monaca del convento napoletano della Maddalena è sottoposta a un processo per magia varia nel Tribunale del Santo Ufficio di Napoli, in seguito alla denuncia della badessa e delle monache del monastero. Una suora benedettina veneziana, chiusa nel monastero di Sant’Anna, trova nella scrittura la sua forma di rivalsa. La suora napoletana che aveva acquisito un suo spazio nella storia minuta, attraverso la pratica della magia, una sorta di potere, di rivalsa sulla sua emarginazione, finisce nuovamente ai margini della società per la condanna della pratica di cui è accusata. Diversamente la monaca veneziana, attraverso le sue opere, acquista una notorietà tale da avere un suo spazio nella storia del pensiero monacale femminile. Entrambe le vicende, comunque, si inquadrano nei giochi di potere contemporanei: potere sulle due protagoniste, potere politico, potere religioso, scontri interni alla chiesa, agli ordini di chierici, ai singoli monasteri; scontri che coinvolgono le alte sfere e non solo loro. Parole chiave: emarginazione, donne, suore, magia, scritturaAbstract: The focus is on women’s monasteries at the beginning of the 17th century. A nun of the Neapolitan monastery of La Maddalena is subjected to a trial by various magic in the Tribunal of the Holy Office of Naples, following the denunciation of the abbess and the nuns of the monastery. A Venetian Benedictine nun, closed in the monastery of Sant’Anna, finds her form of revenge in writing. The Neapolitan nun who had acquired her own space in minute history, through the practice of magic, a sort of power, of revenge on her marginalization, ends up once again on the margins of society due to the condemnation of the practice she is accused of. On the other hand, the Venetian nun, through her works, acquires a notoriety such as to have her own space in the history of female monastic thought. {"title":"Mediterrani i apocalipsi en la literatura catalana de ciència-ficció","authors":"Víctor Martínez-Gil","doi":"10.7203/scripta.22.27844","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7203/scripta.22.27844","url":null,"abstract":"Resum: L’objectiu d’aquest article és analitzar la presència del mediterranisme, entès com a doctrina d’identificació col·lectiva,  en la literatura catalana de ciència-ficció sobre la fi del món. L’article estableix les possibles relacions entre els motius que provoquen l’apocalipsi (guerra mundial destructora, invasió d’extraterrestres, motius ecològics) i les diferents imatges del Mediterrani com a refugi de valors clàssics i vitals (durant la postguerra i fins als anys setanta), com a imatge de la societat desapareguda (durant l’exili i en ecoficcions dels anys setanta) o, en la ficció climàtica apocalíptica i en la ficció de l’Antropocè, com a massa d’aigua amenaçadora o com subjecte de nous valors d’identificació. Aquest recorregut pot ajudar a entendre els canvis ideològics esdevinguts entre la guerra freda, la postmodernitat i l’actualitat.Paraules clau: ciència-ficció, apocalipsi, mediterranisme, postmodernitat, Literatura catalanaAbstract: The aim of this paper is to analyse the presence of Mediterraneanism, that is, a collective identification way of thinking, in Catalan science-fiction literature about the end of the world. The paper lays out the possible relationships between what causes the apocalypse (a destructive world war, an alien invasion, environment issues) and the different portraits of the Mediterranean as the sanctuary of classical and life values (literature after the Spanish Civil War and until the 70s), as the portrait of a lost society (literature of the Exile period and 70s eco-fiction), or as a menacing water body or a subject of new identity values in apocalyptic climate fiction and Anthropocene fiction. Joan Solà estudià en profunditat les construccions de relatiu en català i plantejà bastants interrogants sobre el funcionament i interpretació d’aquestes construccions, especialment les que corresponen als usos col·loquials, diferenciades amb claredat de les pertanyents a registres formals. En aquest treball mirarem de contribuir al coneixement de les construccions de relatiu col·loquials en català fent servir la Gramàtica de Construccions cognitiva com a base teòrica. Utilitzarem el corpus PARLARS cosa que implicarà centrar-nos en els usos col·loquials de la varietat valenciana, corresponents, a més a més, a parlants de generacions més prompte ancianes, les quals, com sabem, mantenen encara un grau d’exposició als usos formals del català (i també del castellà) bastants baixos. Mirarem de: a) verificar l’extensió que hi tenen les construccions de relatiu cultes; b) establir els límits dels usos que s’adiuen a l’estructura sintàctica col·loquial, això és, amb un nexe que despronominalitzat i amb la presència o no d’elements resumptius; i c)  comprovar si les construccions amb resumptius marquen alguna diferència semàntica respecte de les que en prescindeixen o si, simplement, hi ha un mera alternança lligada estrictament al registre formal o informal.Paraules clau: construccions de relatiu, gramàtica de construccions, català col·loquialAbstract: Prof. Joan Solà studied in depth the relative constructions in Catalan and raised quite a few questions about the operation and interpretation of these constructions, especially those corresponding to colloquial uses, clearly differentiated from those belonging to formal registers. In this paper we will try to contribute to the knowledge of colloquial relative constructions in Catalan using the Cognitive Construction Grammar as a theoretical basis. We will use the corpus called PARLARS, which will involve focusing on the colloquial uses of the Valencian variety, corresponding, in addition, to speakers of the older generations, who, as we know, still maintain a degree of exposure to quite low formal uses of Catalan (and also Spanish). Our objectives will be: a) to verify the extent of relative constructions in cultured speech; b) to establish the limits of the uses that best fit the colloquial syntactic structure, that is, the one that uses a depronominalized relativizer with or without resumptive elements; and c) to check if the constructions containing resumptives elements mark any semantic difference compared to those without them or if, simply, there is a mere alternation strictly linked to the formal or informal register.Keywords: relative constructions, construction grammar, colloquial Catalan","PeriodicalId":507012,"journal":{"name":"SCRIPTA.
