Third generation wide-bandgap semiconductor devices (WBG SICs) offer significantly improved performance compared to standard silicon devices. SIC MOSFET is commonly used in power electronic equipment such as converters due to its low resistance, excellent thermal stability, and rapid switching speed. Increasing the switching frequency effectively reduces the circuit size. This article uses SIC MOSFET and STM32 single-chip MCU to design a high power density and higher frequency buck boost converter and establish a simulation model in LTspice. The driving circuit designed for SIC MOSFET is intended to maximize the converter’s reliability. Synchronous rectification applies to enhance the converter efficiency. Specifically, the presence of PAM reduces early reactivity while accelerating progress in the middle to late stages of hydration. By employing K-D hydration kinetic analysis, it is confirmed that the use of PAM results in the formation of a multi-nucleation homogeneous point system within the cement slurry. This system prolongs the NG (nucleation and growth) process time, increases the hydration degree during the transition from NG to I (induction) process, and inhibits the heterogeneous precipitation of hydration products. Consequently, the early hydration of cement is hindered. As the hydration reaction advances, the microstructure of the product under multi-nucleation points increases the specific surface area. This gradual breakthrough of the hydration threshold barrier shortens the duration of the phase boundary reaction process and reduces the hydration degree during the I and D (diffusion) processes. Despite passing AC withstand tests, some GIS equipment exhibit insulation faults during operation. Existing AC withstand tests fall short in detecting all insulation faults in GIS equipment. To address this issue, a proposal is made to conduct a comprehensive simulation of actual GIS equipment operating conditions through a combined voltage and current boost test, aiming to address the limitations of existing tests. This study, based on a 330kV GIS test platform, compares the partial discharge characteristics of suspension defects under traditional voltage-boosting mode and the combined voltage and current boost mode. The research investigates the influence of simultaneously applying voltage and current on discharge characteristics. It is observed that the voltage and current boost combined mode significantly increase the partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV) and the corresponding apparent discharge compared to other modes. The apparent discharge quantity after a certain period of current flow during the discharge development process is greater than that observed in other modes. The current notably enhances the ultrasonic amplitude of partial discharge. Firstly, a virtual synchronous motor VSG is used to control the grid-connected inverter and to improve the dynamic performance of the system further. The inertia and damping parameters of the VSG are adjusted adaptively. Secondly, the hybrid energy storage device composed of a supercapacitor and battery adopts a second-order filter to avoid the integrating effect of the first-order filter on the high-frequency power and improve the poor performance of the first-order filter at the cutoff frequency to improve the accuracy of power distribution. Moreover, two negative feedback links of power error are added in the power distribution link to correct the reference power of the energy storage device, which further improves the power tracking effect of the energy storage system. This paper carried out discharge tests on synthetic ester-paper insulated used sharp plate electrodes at a power frequency of 50 Hz and a low frequency of 17 Hz based on the pulse current method. The research results show that some basic characteristics do not change under 50 Hz and 17 Hz, that is, the discharge is distributed near the voltage peak in a peak shape. The main differences are that the positive peak characteristics at 17 Hz tend to be blurred; the positive maximum discharge amount, and discharge times show an overall downward trend; the phase-resolved partial discharge pattern (PRPD) and the statistical map (n-φ, n-q) have the same overall shape, but different distribution ranges. In order to solve this problem, this article is based on the research of power system structure, data types, and the current development status of security protection, combined with computer electronics technology, to conduct in-depth research on data security protection in power system automation, and establish a security protection model based on its theoretical foundation. In order to verify the effectiveness of the model, this paper tested it from three dimensions: data security protection degree, risk processing efficiency, and response time, and compared it with traditional security protection models. The test results show that under different test cases, the maximum protection degree of the data security protection model proposed in this article reaches 95.16%, and the average protection degree is about 91.88%. Compared with conventional heat pumps, gas boilers, and electric boilers, CO\u0000 2 heat pumps reduce annual carbon emissions in high altitude areas by 9.6t, 31.1t, and 30.4t, and the payback period is 5.7 years, 3.2 years, and 2.5 years, respectively. and 30.4t of carbon emissions, with payback payback cycles of 5.7, 3.2 and 2.5 years, respectively. At the end of the heating period, the study also conducted a thermal comfort questionnaire survey for the heat users, and the results showed that the CO\u0000 2 heat pump heating system at high altitude was able to fully satisfy the indoor thermal comfort requirements while maintaining the superior performance. On the one hand, the power system load is getting more and more complex. On the other hand, it’s proved that two kinds of three-phase induction motors will show a little difference. As a result, in this paper, a new model load with two three-phase induction motors is proposed. Besides, the dynamic of the power system load is taken into account. The torque of those two three-phase motors will show different characteristics, that one is constant and the other is variable. Formerly, the dynamic of the load is regarded as the result of an induction motor. However, the single-phase motor and electronic load both lead to the complexity of the load. To get a more accurate calculation, we need a more proper load model. One of the ways to improve the load model is to pay more attention to the ingredients ignored. The single-phase motor and power electronic load make a great difference. In this paper, combined with the configuration of the AC filter in the converter station and the principle of capacitor unbalance protection, the tripping mechanism of the AC filter is explained. It is considered that the direct cause of the tripping of the AC filter is the short-circuit discharge phenomenon between the layers caused by the dead trees (grass) branches on the capacitor tower, which causes the instantaneous fault between the layers of the low-voltage capacitor, and finally leads to the action of the capacitor unbalance protection.
