This, in turn, is a powerful incentive and opportunity for the development of different approaches and tools for solving them. After discussing several well-known BigData architectures a model of a BigData architecture is designed. The architecture is organized in three sections: edge section, processing-and-storage section and application section. The model will be implemented using FIWARE components.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135407282","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, research on the actual pelvic bone dose in the treatment of cervical cancer patients using different techniques is currently relatively limited. In this study, we selected 50 postoperative cervical cancer patients. For each patient, three treatment plans with pelvic dose constraints were designed: sIMRT, VMAT, and HT. Statistical analysis was conducted on the target area and organ at risk parameters of the three groups of plans. The results indicate that all three treatment plans meet the clinical requirements. Regarding organs at risk, compared to the sIMRT and VMAT groups, the HT group showed a reduction of 11.85% and 11.07%, respectively, in V40 of bladder. Additionally, compared to the sIMRT and HT groups, the VMAT group exhibited a reduction of 14.94% and 9.53%, respectively, in V10 of pelvic bone. Furthermore, compared to the sIMRT and HT groups, the VMAT group showed a reduction of 10.76% and 6.75%, respectively, in V20 of pelvic bone, and these differences were also statistically significant (t = 21.630, t = –16.621, P < 0.05). In summary, individualized treatment design can be conducted in clinical practice based on the specific conditions of patients.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135407341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The first basic question that needs to be addressed when planning ore mining is which methods are adequate and what is the optimal mining technology? Due to the complex geologic framework of ore deposits, geological exploration has rendered synonymous the inherent uncertainties, vagueness, and inaccuracies. As a result, subjective evaluation by engineers and expert experience have become increasingly important. Given that the natural language used by miners and geologists is most suited for relaying knowledge and expressing opinions, the paper tests a fuzzy optimization methodology that uses linguistic variables. Consequently, extent analysis is applied to fuzzy AHP by means of triangular fuzzy numbers to arrive at a decision about the optimal mining technology. The entire procedure constitutes an integrated mine management system, which will contribute to sustainable production in the future. A case study to which the model was applied is presented in the paper.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135407154","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of this study was to identify morphological changes observed in rat tongue during ageing in 20-day-old, 3-month-old, 12-month-old, 28-month-old, and 48-month-old rats. Age-related changes in the thickness of the epithelium and lamina propria, the density of the elastic fibres and the number of mast cells were histomorphometrically analyzed. In 20-day-old rats, the stratified squamous epithelium and lamina propria thicknesses were thinnest, whereas with age, epithelial thickness reached its greatest thickness in 48-month-old rats and lamina propria thickness was most noticeable in 12-month-old rats. The arrangement and distribution of elastic fibres were disrupted in the lamina propria with ageing. The density of elastic fibres in lamina propria was lowest in 20-day-old rats, while in 12-month-old rats they reached their highest density, and then decreased sharply again in older rats. The number of mast cells per unit area was lowest in 20-day-old rats, reaching its highest number in 12-month-old rats and remaining high in older animals. In conclusion, with age, there was a moderate positive correlation and a statistically significant increase in tongue epithelial thickness, as well as a significant thickening of the lamina propria and an increase in the number of mast cells. The density of the elastic fibres in lamina propria decreased, but no negative correlation was observed with ageing.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"71 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135407279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The structure of the samples was studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microhardness of the substrate and the coated samples was also determined. The electrical impedance of the substrates with and without coatings was also studied and the results were used for evaluation of the applicability of such coatings for interface electrodes for flexible electronics. Electric impedance spectroscopy in a wide frequency range was applied for interlayer and surface contact properties determination. Results showed improved stability and conductivity of the electrodes coated using the TiN and VN thin films, particularly in the low frequency range.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135407276","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It presents quantitative data for content and carcinogenicity of PAHs in different rank raw coals from eight basins with geological age from Late Carboniferous to Late Miocene, Ro=0.17–5.20%. The high amounts of alkylated naphthalene and alkylated phenanthrene determined in the bituminous coals reflect the diagenetic conversion of the plant-derived terpenoids into alkylated PAHs.
 In this first systematic study of PAHs in Bulgarian raw coals three concentration ranges are established: for Miocene/Eocene age coal – from 1.08 mg/kg to 5.79 mg/kg; for Late Cretaceous/Late Carboniferous age coal – from 77.9 mg/ kg to 137.2 mg/kg; and, for the Late Carboniferous coal – 1.85 mg/kg. The relationship of the total PAHs content vs. raw coal Ro shapes as a “bell” and matches with the published data for the native PAHs from all over the world provenance. The maximal PAHs amount of 137.2 mg/kg at Ro =0.96% for the Late Cretaceous coal lies within the “oil-generation window”, Ro =0.5–1.3% for the kerogen. For all raw coal studied relatively low carcinogenicity is determined based on the well correlated values for B[a]Peq and TEQ parameters.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136248645","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Patients with implanted intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) are excluded from this approach because of pulse contour artifacts caused by the pump. The aim of this work is to test whether SVV can be used for fluid responsiveness prediction in these patients. Patients after cardiac surgery with implanted IABP were included in this study. SVV was measured after placing the IABP on standby mode for one minute. Cardiac output (CO) measurement was obtained via Swan-Ganz catheter before and after a 6 ml/kg fluid challenge. Fluid responsiveness was defined as increase of CO by at least 10%. SVV above 8.5% showed a good correlation with fluid responsiveness. Sensitivity was 95 (95% CI 85 to 100) and specificity 82 (95% CI 72 to 92). SVV had an area under the ROC curve 0.91 (95% CI 0.81 to 1.0) SVV is a good predictor of fluid responsiveness in patients with IABP. SVV should not be excluded as a fluid therapy guide for these patients. Placing the pump on standby for one minute allows obtaining an accurate measurement of this important variable.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135603758","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
