Our methodology is based on a specific SEIR model, called ATVBG-SEIR model, which is explained in detail. The results are especially interesting for vaccination-free society since they show what the Covid-19 mortality would be in different scenarios. We include vaccinations in the model which are carried out according to a vaccination plan provided on a daily basis. The main constraint to be accounted by the methodology is the number of Intensive Care Units (ICU) reserved for Covid-19 patients (they are e.g. about 1100 in Bulgaria, about 8000 in Germany, etc.). A Web-based Lockdown Scenarios Tool has been developed, based on the present methodology, which is available at www.atvbg-seir.eu. Results in the paper are demonstrating the efficiency of the tool by applying it to Covid-19 data from Bulgaria and Germany, while in the tool we provide online models for Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, UK and USA. © 2021 Academic Publishing House. The PM was studied at a distance of 5.5 km from the LIDAR station. The experiments were conducted in May and October 2020 in the South-Eastern part of the Bulgarian capital Sofia during a COVID-19 lockdown. The LIDAR measurement data was compared during the experiments with in situ sampling by mobile devices located just below the spot of the LIDAR beam: (i) Absorber collects particles higher than 3 μm;(ii) PM Microcollector type SDS 011;and (iii) Andersen Cascade Impactor for exploring PM size distribution and microbiota. The results obtained show that remote sensing can be very effective when quantitative evaluation has been combined with in situ sampling for PM qualitative assessment. © 2021 Academic Publishing House. The main reason for this continuous interest is the strong correlation between textile porosity and the transfer of heat, fluids, and matter. Adequate porosity determination is needed for estimation of the influence of the macrostructure’s parameters on the transfer abilities of the textiles and their adequate design. The present study aims to experimentally determine the porosity of textile macrostructures with uneven pores, using image analysis. Microscopic images of seven fabrics were converted to binary images, and the pore content was assessed. The results were verified with a classical method for the determination of porosity of woven macrostructures. The obtained results show a very good correlation with the theoretical porosity of woven macrostructures. The proposed image analysis can be used for the determination of porosity of other types of textile macrostructures with uneven pore size.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"6 1","pages":"96-102"},"PeriodicalIF":0.3,"publicationDate":"2020-02-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89680874","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In human endometrium CD90 is described on endothelial and stromal cells. If pregnancy occurs, the tissue is infiltrated by immune and trophoblast cells, which cooperate to remodel the tissue. The process requires a fine regulation of cell adhesion and migration. The expression of CD90 on cultured decidual stromal cells and its modulation by trophoblast cells from JAR and JEG-3 cell lines via soluble factors are investigated by flow cytometry. Some of decidual stromal cell lines showed ubiquitous expression of CD90 but in others a coexistence of CD90(high) and CD90(low) decidual stromal cells was observed. Further, a reduction of CD90 expression on decidual stromal cells was defined when decidual stromal cells communicate with trophoblast cells via soluble factors. The results sugguest a trophoblast guided differentiation of decidual stromal cells that could influence immune cells migration and tissue distribution.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"77 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.3,"publicationDate":"2018-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90975497","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the C1-NC101 core, the presence of N. inazaouae (recognised for the first time outside Algeria) and M. parvulus indicates either the uppermost Ordovician or the lowermost Silurian, but the revised total stratigraphical range of N. targuii (ascensus-acuminatus graptolite Zone) suggests an earliest Rhuddanian age. Several specimens of N. targuii are longer than those previously recorded. Pure quartz arenites of the uppermost Mamuniyat Fm (well A1-NC101) were deposited during the end-Hirnantian deglaciation probably in a nearshore marine environment. Their provenance was associated with sedimentary recycling of mature sands that were formed across North Gondwana in Cambrian and pre-glacial Ordovician times.","PeriodicalId":50652,"journal":{"name":"Comptes Rendus De L Academie Bulgare Des Sciences","volume":"26 3 1","pages":"506-515"},"PeriodicalIF":0.3,"publicationDate":"2018-05-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89302643","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"综合性期刊","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
