It specifically looked at four aspects, including service quality, brand image, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction to determine which was the most important to the tourists. This study adopts a mixed-method approach, primarily using quantitative methods supported by qualitative research to obtain a better understanding of the case. It involved 200 tourists who had visited Bali twice or more. The quantitative data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and the qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The research findings revealed that brand loyalty is formed by brand image, service quality, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction, with customer satisfaction being the strongest factor, while brand image and service quality are less likely to be considered, and the development of e-marketing using popular social media and an integrated web is required to expand the target market.","PeriodicalId":506292,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"22 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139219337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, two kinds of models that depend on the Fuzzy based techniques are developed to represent the STLF models in Palestine. Different types of these models have been developed using the available data sets that include the past electric load values and the climatic variables as inputs. It is shown that the climatic variables have a major effect on the predicted load. Various optimization techniques are used to develop the proposed models including hybrid and Backpropagation optimization techniques, Subtractive Clustering, and combining the Subtractive Clustering and Hybrid optimization techniques. The obtained results indicate the efficiency of the proposed models using the time and weather data.","PeriodicalId":506292,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139220035","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

From these problems, a Novelty was found; the Novelty created a system that was able to recognize ambiguous sentences of Homonyms and Homophones. The process that the system runs for the first time is to test the proximity of the ambiguous sentences entered with the data set; from this process, the ambiguous sentences entered can already be recognized as the meaning of the sentence. The resulting result is how many per cent the level of similarity. Then the results are processed with the fuzzy ontology method. The results of the Fuzzy Ontology are low similarity level, moderate similarity level, and high similarity level. The method used to analyze this research is the confusion matrix, the precision results obtained were 92%, recall was 100%, and accuracy was 96%. The research design used is causal quantitative research using survey methods. Respondents were 106 managers of village unit cooperatives in the Kediri and Madiun areas, East Java, Indonesia. The measurement variable uses seven Linkert scales. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the causal relationship between constructs. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that dynamic capabilities and adaptive creative capabilities do not have a positive effect on innovation performance, dynamic capabilities and adaptive creative capabilities have a positive effect on competitive advantage. Competitive advantage has a positive effect on innovation performance. Finally, the results provide support for the model of dynamic capabilities, adaptive creative capabilities, and the implications of innovation performance in the context of competitive advantage, therefore village unit cooperatives must increase the elements of competitive advantage by increasing dynamic capabilities and adaptive creative capabilities to managers.","PeriodicalId":506292,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"61 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139219674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tourism managers should investigate what motivates Generation Z to have the intention and decision to visit tourist attractions. Many studies utilized TPB and TRA to examine models of intention to visit tourist attractions. This research aims to develop a comprehensive SOR-based model to reveal the psychological mechanism of the intention and decision to visit tourist attractions. An online questionnaire was employed to gather cross-sectional data for this study. Generation Z, totaling 250, from five major islands in Indonesia, participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed using the Warp PLS application. Social media marketing and destination attractions were stimuli influencing the intention to visit (organism). Furthermore, the intention to visit (organism) significantly affected the decision to visit. The SOR theory successfully conceptualized a model of Generation Z’s intention to visit tourist destinations. This model could comprehensively describe clearly the psychological mechanism of the emergence of the intention to visit. The psychological mechanism began from the stimuli (social media marketing and destination attractions) influencing the organism (intention to visit), eventually producing a response (decision to visit).","PeriodicalId":506292,"journal":{"name":"Qubahan Academic Journal","volume":"43 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139223970","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
