These sedentary behaviors can adversely affect musculoskeletal health, leading to conditions such as poor posture, back pain, and reduced physical fitness. Understanding these impacts is crucial for developing effective interventions to promote healthier lifestyles among these groups.\u0000Aims\u0000This study aims to investigate the effects of prolonged sitting and insufficient physical activity on the musculoskeletal health of school students. The objectives include identifying common musculoskeletal problems, analysing the correlation between sedentary behaviors and these issues\u0000Setting\u0000The research was conducted in various schools, encompassing a diverse population of students aged 12-17 years. The schools were selected to represent different socio-economic backgrounds and geographical locations to ensure a comprehensive analysis.\u0000Design\u0000A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The quantitative component involved the administration of structured questionnaires to gather data on students' sitting habits, physical activity levels, and musculoskeletal complaints. It examines whether content characteristics: type, quality, and platform influence consumer loyalty towards electronic brands. The study uses a questionnaire of 72 respondents and employs Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for testing the effect of content characteristics on brand loyalty among consumers. The findings suggest that content platform and quality has a significant positive influence on brand loyalty. However, no significant effect of content type was found on the brand loyalty. The study recommends that consumer electronics brands should focus on selecting the right platforms and creating high quality content to enhance brand loyalty. Future research could explore additional content characteristics that may potentially influence brand loyalty. Conventional recommendation systems frequently need help dealing with issues such as data sparsity, cold start problems, and scalability, which significantly affect the ability of e-commerce platforms to offer accurate and relevant recommendations to consumers. This study evaluates the effectiveness of different recommendation system methodologies, including Averaging, Content-Based Filtering, Collaborative Filtering, Matrix Factorization, and Hybrid Approaches. Utilizing an extensive dataset from an e-commerce company, which encompasses consumer and product information such as ProductID, ProductName, Category, Price, CustomerID, and RatingReview, the dataset is divided into training and testing sets to assess the accuracy of the recommendation system models. Metrics such as Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), R-squared, Precision, and Recall are used for this evaluation. Preliminary results indicate that applying advanced recommendation system techniques, especially after optimizing hyperparameters, dramatically improves the accuracy of recommendations and increases user satisfaction compared to more straightforward methods. These findings can revolutionize recommendation tactics on e-commerce platforms, leading to more tailored and gratifying user experiences. Any disturbance in nature affects these communities immensely. Environmental risks have become increasingly common over the world, causing tremendous concern for society due to its high level of susceptibility. India, due to its unique climatic and socio-economic conditions, is vulnerable, to various disasters. Though, environmental hazards affect all, its impact is more severe on Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs). Measuring sensitivity to environmental threats is a huge challenge for disaster relief efforts worldwide. It is vital to measure the level of vulnerability in order to apply vulnerability reduction and mitigation actions effectively. The aim of the study is to analyze spatial distribution of PVTGs and their susceptibility to environmental hazards of Jharkhand. The study’s main finding revealed that two-third concentration of PVTGs are residing in the north-eastern part of the state. The largest concentration was found in Santhal Pargana and north-eastern part of the Jharkhand. Among all the tribes, Mal Pahariya constituted the largest group of vulnerable tribes followed by Sauria Paharia and Korwa. Birhor community was observed to be scattered in the region. Pakur district was known to have highest PVTG community. A district wise environmental susceptibility revealed that lightning, earthquakes, exposure to heat/stroke and cold had intimidated these tribes due to least socio-economic development. Lack of district wise data have inculcated the inconsistencies in the result. To mitigate the vulnerabilities of PVTGs, disaster risk reduction strategies must be tailored to their specific needs. Trust acts as a pivotal element that enhances collaboration and communication, thereby improving patient outcomes. Defined as the subjective confidence in the reliability and integrity of healthcare providers, trust encompasses fidelity, competency, honesty, confidentiality, and overall reliability. The primary aim of the study is to examines the critical role of trust in doctor-patient relationship within the healthcare system and evaluate the factors influencing patients' trust in their medical practitioners. \u0000Research Design – This quantitative study employed an online survey administered via Google Forms to collect data from 646 patients. The survey assessed patients' understanding of trust in their healthcare providers, focusing on factors such as technical competence, empathy, reliability, and expertise. Statistical analyses including correlation, exploratory factor analysis, and Kruskal-Wallis tests were conducted to examine differences in trust perceptions across age groups and educational levels.\u0000Findings – The study revealed significant differences in how age groups of patients’ impact technical competence, patience, understanding of social and economic conditions, adherence to instructions, confidentiality, trust despite mistakes, respect, access to technologies, recommendations for healthcare, dependability, and approachability. Educational qualifications also significantly influenced perceptions of healthcare provider trust across several factors except for the provision of information. The findings underscore the importance of tailoring communication and care strategies based on patients' age and educational backgrounds to enhance trust and satisfaction in healthcare settings.
