The assessment of life satisfaction is a significant aspect of people’s psychological well-being that involves such domains as autonomy, self-realization, interpersonal relationships, and self-approval, which are crucial for estimating the state of people’s mental health. Knowledge and endorsement of what is ingested and how it is processed have been reported to be very effective in supporting healthy nutrition practices and eradicating eating disorders. It is essential to have such behaviors pointed out in young adults because this category of the population is especially susceptible to health hazards during this stage. Personal analysis shows that there is a difference between male and female participants when it comes to psychological health as well as eating habits; therefore, it is essential to examine gender influence on mindful eating as well as the psychological well-being of participants. To assess these variables, the current study employs standard and reliable tools like Ryff’s Psychological Wellbeing Scale and Mindful Eating Behavior Scale on 180 young adult respondents within the age range of 18-26 years. Moreover, demographic variables including gender concerning the relationships on top of depression, stress, and anxiety will also be examined either as the predictor or moderator. The first research question is to understand the direction of the relationship between mindful eating behavior, psychological health, and gender in young adults and the second is to understand whether these relations can be either buffered or exacerbated by specific factors. Thus, the purpose of the study will be to expand the current understanding of the particular strategy that can be used to promote the overall health of such population. In addition, the research will contribute to the database of health determinants concerning young adults and show that complicated approaches are required for individuals with healthy and unhealthy habits concerning their psyche and body.

Pañcatantra is available in more than 200 versions in over 50 languages, more than 35 of which are non-Indian languages. Pañcatantra though known as a didactic fable its primary intention is to give the lessons of polity, diplomacy and worldly wisdom. This is well understood when the word tantra is decoded using tools of narrative analysis. ‘Box in box tale’ is a remarkable feature of Sanskrit literature. Pañcatantra skillfully uses this to convey the import but at the same time ‘box in box pattern’ is used in such a manner that stories are bound with each other as well as loose. Due to this, they have become popular in an independent manner as well in different languages. The employment of animal characters in the story is yet another remarkable feature of Pañcatantra which has helped to convey the message effectively. The frame story of Viṣṇuśarman is yet another narrative which is attached to Pañcatantra. It’s worth thinking about whether this story is real or fictitious like other stories of Pañcatantra. This paper is an attempt to analyze the narrative features of Pañcatantra to understand the secret of its popularity.

The digital transformation of the world has lent new scope to automation, collaboration and man-machine interfaces. According to Haleem et al. (2023)1, Management 4.0 increases efficiency and reduces human error in management processes, through the use of technological advancements like Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things, Robotics etc. In this background, it is relevant to study how Non-Governmental Organisations are adapting, and how well they are poised to harness the possibilities of management 4.0. In India, new regulations by the Government have brought the onus on Non-Governmental Organisations to streamline their management especially with regard to financial transactions, compliance, monitoring etc. This increases the relevance of digital transformation for NGOs in India, and a study on its possibilities and challenges will help NGOs prepare a sustainable roadmap. \u0000This paper uses the single case study method to explore how the technological advancements of industry 4.0 are playing out for Non-Governmental Organisations. According to Gilgun, (1994)2 and Takahashi & Araujo, (2019)3 when it is required to do an intensive study of a phenomenon with the aim of understanding its various aspects and repercussions, a single case study method is a useful tool. The organisation chosen here as the ‘case’ is ATMA Foundation, a non-profit voluntary organisation with 17 years’ history, working on different verticals, and hence having a wide scope for adopting better management systems. \u0000The methodology used here consists of interviews, observation and review of organisational documents. A checklist of digital tools commonly used by NGOs was prepared, and it was found that ATMA Foundation already uses or is exploring the use of more than 75% of these. The leadership team also expressed their willingness to adopt new technology. \u0000The organisational processes were reviewed and a general framework of management needs was prepared. After consultation with experts in digital technologies, the researcher identified new tools which would greatly enhance the efficiency of the organisation. It was found that the organisation is currently making good use of many tools like MS office, cloud storage, emails, Zoom, Google meet, WhatsApp, Tally Prime, Systools and OneDrive. Some of the new and/or AI powered tools identified as suitable for this organisation include Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Workday, Big Data, MS Office with copilot, Open AI, Bing and Bard. Challenges identified include initial cost, upskilling of employees, realigning management processes and ethical issues. Solutions to overcome these barriers ranged from software donations and pro-bono consultations to conducting change management sessions for leaders and employees. \u0000The study concluded t

Its objectives are twofold: first, to assess the extent of implementation of its programs and determine their impact on its recipients; and second, to introduce a quality program for other institutions to adopt in addressing current societal challenges and preparing students for the VUCA world. The research employs a descriptive comparative design, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. The quantitative data analysis used mean scores, frequency count, Kruskal-Wallis H Test, and Post-Hoc Analysis (Dwass-Steel-Critchlow-Fligner Pairwise Comparison). Qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The study involved 144 respondents, including administrators, teachers, students, and alumni of BGBP. Key findings reveal that all the BGBP programs are highly implemented. Also, all the BGBP programs are highly influential. There is a highly significant difference in the perception of administrators, teachers, and students on the implementation and influence of the programs. The program offers numerous benefits, such as spiritual growth, learning to live and lead for Christ, and developing leadership skills. Challenges faced include leadership issues, financial constraints, inconsistency in implementation, students’ attitudes, and parental support. To enhance the program, recommendations include strengthening the set standard, elevating the mentoring system, reinforcing parental involvement, and seeking financial support. Additionally, policymakers and curriculum makers may consider adopting BGBP as a benchmark, as it addresses current challenges and prepares students for the rapidly changing world.

Assertiveness, that involves the capability of freely advocating for one’s self and assertive rights whilst respecting other people’s rights in organizational relationships is a core interpersonal competence. Employees’ job satisfaction, on the other hand, is a critical measure of their level of satisfaction in their workplace that influences productivity, turnover and subsequently organizational outcomes. Survey questionnaire was used to obtain data from a diverse sample of employees that include the level of assertiveness and job satisfaction. Researched questions and hypotheses testing were based on correlation and one way ANOVA procedures with a view of ascertaining the nature and extent of relationship between assertiveness and job satisfaction. The present research reveals that assertiveness bears a positive though insignificant association with job satisfaction. Gender does not significantly influence job satisfaction; however, gender plays a crucial role in determining assertiveness levels. On the same note, no significant differences were found in assertiveness and job satisfaction among the age groups
