Despite its long-standing reputation and diverse menu offerings, Saudagar Laweyan has experienced declining sales, primarily due to changing customer behaviors and increased competition. The study focuses on understanding customer satisfaction and purchase intentions in relation to the restaurant’s servicescape quality, product innovation, and promotional activities. Qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews with the managing director and surveys among customers, are employed to investigate these aspects. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget efficiently and economically, efficiently and effectively. The variables of this study consist of perceived benefits, price, purchase intention, and trust. The sample in this study was 112 respondents who had made purchases at the TikTok Shop. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was distributed using a purposive sampling technique. This study using Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test and Hypothesis Test. Data was collected through interviews with UMKM owners and consumers, as well as direct observation at production sites. This study concludes The implementation of halal supply chain management in UMKM Al-Izza includes a series of activities involving the provision of materials, including the stage of direct purchase of goods and storage of goods. The next step includes production activities that involve taking materials from storage warehouses, product production processes, and continued with distribution activities that include delivering products to sales locations and sales processes. The main focus of the research is on the adoption of technology, responsiveness to changes in societal values, the implementation of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, and community participation. The research findings indicate that the adoption of technology has a positive impact on improving administrative efficiency, although challenges related to digital literacy still need to be addressed. Being responsive to changes in societal values is a critical point in formulating service policies that align with local expectations. Law Number 25 of 2009 provides clear direction, but its implementation requires in-depth understanding and adjustment to local conditions. Improving service quality and administrative efficiency remains the primary focus, with active community participation as a vital instrument. Cross-sectoral collaboration and institutional cooperation are identified as assets to create synergy in service provision. Inclusive measures through training programs and digital literacy serve as solutions to address disparities and unequal access. This research paints a picture of the performance efforts of the village government in facing the dynamics of public service in the era of digital transformation and changing societal values. This research uses qualitative research where this research focuses on individuals within the agency, namely the female principal at SD Negeri 13 Ampenan. The approach used in this research is a case study approach. . This type of case study research is research that is to be carried out against different backgrounds such as different levels, organizational characteristics, programs, economic backgrounds and socio-cultural backgrounds. Based on research results, SDN 13 Ampenan, Mataram City, is an educational institution that always gets a very good title. Starting from academic and non-academic achievements, in the fields of science, sports, arts and the environment. SDN 13 Ampenan Mataram City is also designed as a superior school, this goal is in accordance with the vision and mission which wants to become a school that has a vision of Smart, Skilled and Devoted Based on Faith, Knowledge and Charity. The leadership model applied by female school principals is a transformational leadership model. With this leadership model, it is hoped that it will be able to improve the quality of education at SDN 13 Ampenan, Mataram City and this can be additional new evidence that general assumptions that are discriminatory against women in matters of leadership in the educational environment seem to need to be dismantled immediately. Apart from that, the transformational leadership of female school principals is able to compete with male principals, so that the leadership of female school principals can show the same leadership results as men. This result can be seen from how a female school principal who has high integrity is able to provide strong motivation to teachers, especially in improving learning. The research was conducted using a quantitative methods. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from the financial statements and annual report of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Period 2020-2022. The sampling technique used was by purposive sampling with predetermined criteria resulting in 61 companies for 3 years and then the total sample of 174 data. The research analysis method is with multiple linear regression analysis and uses IBM SPSS to test and process this research data. The results of the research concluded that intellectual capital had a positive effect on financial performance, while capital structure and institutional ownership has no effect on financial performance. company size as a moderator is not able to strengthen the positive influence of intellectual capital and institutional ownership on financial performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital transformation and work stress on employee performance and employee engagement and to analyze the role of employee engagement as a mediator on the influence of digital transformation and work stress on employee performance. This research uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 104 Pati Regency Regional Secretariat Employees.
