This research aims to determine whether compensation has an impact on employee performance. The research methodology employed is quantitative, and data were collected through a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested, and the data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The research results indicate that compensation has a significant influence on employee performance. This article emphasizes the importance of fair compensation in motivating employees and enhancing their job satisfaction. The research findings demonstrate that every one-unit increase in compensation will increase employee performance by 25.7%. However, there are other factors that also affect employee performance by 69.9%. Therefore, companies need to consider other factors such as motivation, work environment, and skills in improving employee performance. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of fair compensation in creating a motivating work environment and improving employee job satisfaction. However, currently there are many land administration problems in various regions in Indonesia, one of which also occurs in the implementation of land administration in DKI Jakarta Province. From the existence of these problems, it can harm landowners in the DKI Jakarta Region. Researchers use qualitative research methods so that the research conducted can be more in-depth and accurate. The discussion found from this writing is that there are several problems that occur in land administration in DKI Jakarta, including the existence of people who do not use the land ownership publication system because there are still people who believe in the use of customary law, the emergence of land mafia actors who always falsify certificates for one's land ownership, and also problems in the form of KKN behavior carried out by several irresponsible land officials. On the basis of this, the author offers an NFT technology strategy, namely by digitizing land certificates by providing secret codes that will not be the same between one certificate and another. The method used is quantitative analysis with a multiple dummy variable regression approach. The results prove that the declaration of the presidential and vice presidential candidates has a significant impact on the dynamics of the capital market in Indonesia. The movements of conventional stock indices (Composite and LQ45) and sharia stock indices (JII70 and ISSI) are significantly influenced by the declaration of the presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs for the 2024 Election, with quite strong correlations (Composite 0.6242, LQ45 0.6805, JII70 0.7968, and ISSI 0.5181). The declaration of the Anies-Muhaimin pair (Capres1) is positively correlated with the movement of the Composite stock index, LQ45, JII70 and ISSI. Meanwhile, the declaration of the Ganjar-Mahfudz pair (Capres 2) and the Prabowo-Gibran pair had a negative correlation with the movement of the Composite stock index. Research facts show that the capital market responded positively to the declaration of pair number 1 (Anies-Muhainin). On the other hand, the capital market responded negatively to the declarations of pair Number 2 (Prabowo-Gibran) and pair Number 3 (Ganjar-Mahfudz). The capital market was under greater pressure after the Prabowo-Gibran pair was declared. Market pressure is greater on Prabowo-Gibran compared to the Ganjar-Mahfudz pair and the Anies-Amin pair. One of the most important waqf sectors is education, as waqf not only supports the development of science but also provides various facilities needed by students, but also provides various facilities needed by students and the community society. This research aims to develop a sustainable strategy through the education sector in Modern Sahid Islamic Boarding School in Bogor, West Java. The Research This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research shows that that the Sahid Khusnul Khatimah Waqf Foundation, implements 3 systems for productive Waqf productive. Namely: 1) Ijarah / Lease Agreement 2) Management Managed Akad 3) Akad Profit Sharing. Which is taken from the collection of fatwa decisions of the Indonesian Ulema Council and the book Ahkamul Fuqoha'. The aim of this research is to provide a clear description of the fiqh issues that are disputed by those in the Ijarah book and the reasons for their differences, and to explain the influence of the legal decisions of the Syafi'i madzhab on these issues with the legal decisions of the Indonesian Ulema Council. This research is descriptive qualitative library research using comparative methods. The findings in this problem are that the opinions of the Shafi'i madzhab in the book of Ijarah have an influence on the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council in the law of Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamlik. The reasons for differences of opinion between the two in the book of Ijarah Muntahiyah Bittamlikare: differences in the assessment of a hadith, the rules of proposal, ijtihad using qiyas, and the meaning of Arabic lafadz. In this matter, the opinion of the Indonesian Ulema Council is in accordance with the Shafi'i school of thought on these two issues. The issues disputed by them are matters of ijtihadiyyah; therefore, they should not be the cause of division, and it is permissible to follow the opinions of different scholars in the sect, but considering a difference to be acceptable does not prevent it from explaining the truth, so for a Muslim from among A student of Sharia knowledge is obliged to follow the opinion that he considers to be correct, while a layman is obliged to take the opinion of the person whom he considers to be the most pious and the most virtuous. Standards for the verification of carbon emissions, independent valuation systems, and management organizations that are managed efficiently are some of the items that will be investigated as part of this project. In the Indonesian province of Karawang, this particular field of study must be completed before working in private industry or for the government. The method that was used was a descriptive quantitative one, and the major data analysis was based on the outcomes of an online distribution of a Kuesioner questionnaire to 143 individuals who were involved in the research. According to research, self-evaluation programs have the potential to enhance the delivery of public services and have an effect on the environment, in particular via the reduction of carbon emissions. In today's era of cutthroat corporate rivalry, a company's marketing plan is a potent tool. Businesses might collapse if they don't have a solid plan in place. The purpose of this study is to examine how UMKMPak Dapin's salted eggs have been marketed on social media in an effort to boost sales. Interviews with company leaders and analyses of relevant documents are the backbone of qualitative research methods. According to the findings, Pak Dapin's salted egg UMKM has effectively implemented a number of marketing strategies, such as developing salted egg products with the advantage of salted eggs into two flavor variants (original salted eggs and grilled salted eggs), setting prices based on market segments, using social media as promotion, and establishing cooperation with local and out-of-town partners for distribution. Products may keep their quality via structured manufacturing methods. By developing and implementing plans for each component of the UMKM marketing mix, the salted egg company Pak Dapin used social media to boost sales.
