This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data used comes from the period March 2022 to February 2023. The research results show the difference between the inventory control method used by the company and the EOQ method. The company's policy results in an order quantity of raw materials of 20 Kg, order frequency of 180 times, safety stock of 10 Kg, and reorder point of 20 Kg with a total inventory cost of IDR 1,050,040. Meanwhile, using the EOQ method produces a raw material order quantity of 277 Kg, order frequency of 13 times, safety stock of 20 Kg, and reorder point of 30 Kg with a total inventory cost of IDR 134,182. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this research used primary data obtained by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The samples from this research is the owner of Bolu Kijing Bolu Kijing product in Jayamakmur, Jayakerta, Karawang. The results of this research state that the application of digital media to Bolu Kijing product was carried out using the WhatsApp and Facebook applications. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook has an impact on increasing income. Sales activities for Bolu Kijing product are carried out from one customer to another or word of mouth, beside that, sales are carried out using the digital media WhatsApp and Facebook. The use of digital media WhatsApp and Facebook had an impact on sales results which experienced an increase in sales, from 10 to 15 pcs, with a net profit of around Rp. 40,000 – Rp. 60,000 per day, to 20 to 25 pcs, with a net profit of Rp. 80,000 – Rp. 100,000 per day. The positive impact of implementing digital media felt by the owner of Bolu Kijing can increase income. This research is a qualitative study that focuses on direct human behaviour, with a field research method that requires researchers to go directly to the research location to collect the required data. The results of this study reveal that NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district has successfully implemented the KOIN NU work programme through Fundraising activities. The Fundraising process involves steps such as mapping the placement of KOIN NU cans, determining KOIN officers, and implementing the SANTAP work programme as part of the administration of donated funds. Supporting factors for the success of the KOIN NU movement include systematic data collection of donors, active participation of the community who are very loyal in giving, and high enthusiasm reflected in most of the community. However, the research also identified several obstacles faced by NU-CARE LAZISNU Kamal Bangkalan District, especially in the aspect of human resources. Many administrators and officers are not fully loyal in carrying out their duties, and the placement of KOIN NU cans has not been evenly distributed throughout the community of Kamal Bangkalan Sub-district. In managing alms and alms money, a strategy is needed to develop alms money in its collection and distribution so that it can be utilized as much as possible. Anfak means spending part of the property or income / income for a benefit ordered by Islamic teachings. Sadaqah is giving something without any reward because it only expects the pleasure and reward of God Almighty. Fund raising is the business activity of financial institutions in attracting and collecting money from the public and absorbing it in the form of deposits, demand deposits and other securities deposits. Distribution is the distribution of goods to many people or to several places. Strategy is a comprehensive approach related to the idea, planning, and implementation of an activity. In conducting this research, the author used descriptive qualitative methods, and data sources were obtained using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data obtained from interviews, documentation, and literature reviews related to depth strategies and handout collection. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that the collection strategies carried out are, charity funds, regular donors, branch trustee receivables, donor commitment, online alms by transfer. The distribution strategy implemented focuses on Hafez/Hafiza students at the Institute, namely to fulfill all the needs, needs and obligations of Institute students.
