Through the application of multi-layer stylistics, it is possible to discern the distinctive characteristics of an individual's style, thoughts, and ideologies that shape a poet or writer's written compositions. The aim of this study is to analyze and assess the lexical characteristics of a poem compilation written by Abdul Qayum Qawim. The objective is to determine the degree to which a thorough analysis and study of complex notions, such as sensuous, abstract, wonderful, slangy, and others, has been conducted at the level of language. The research employed a descriptive-analytical strategy by utilizing the library technique. This work meticulously analyzes the lexical layer of Abdul Qayum Qawim's poetry using a comprehensive stylistic analysis approach. The research is structured into two primary sections: initially, a comprehensive analysis of the poem's lexical layer is undertaken, followed by a meticulous examination of the poem's theoretical aspects. This study explores the concepts of ideology and investigates several themes like moral evaluation, societal dissatisfaction, pessimism, the passage of time, lack of mutual comprehension, concern towards instability, and the avoidance of hypocrisy. Its aim is to enlighten the general public through the use of uncomplicated poetry that highlights the abundance and vitality of spring. The research indicates that the poet exhibited a profound comprehension and extensive knowledge of contemporary affairs by skillfully portraying diverse social realities through the significance of his verses. Establishing trust and confidence in those who will be taking part in future meetings and conversations begins with the use of protocols. Officials' concerns are lessened when hosts adhere strictly to these guidelines since they know what actions and behaviors are appropriate at a given time and place. Understanding this notion reduces anxiety and boosts their confidence during conversations. Protocols create the conditions required for state representatives to communicate successfully, hence promoting state-to-state and international contact. A state's ties may become strained if protocols are not followed precisely and correctly. As a result, it is evident that protocols and their use in diplomatic relations have a substantial impact on the political and diplomatic ties between nations as well as on the development of links between states or parties. This research paper delineates the essential attributes that a commendable topic ought to possess and elucidates the process of selecting a title based on conceptual notions. The study encompasses a broad spectrum of subjects, including the correlation and juxtaposition between research and original titles, the differentiation between titles and written themes, the approach to establishing the parameters of location, time, and ethical limitations for research, and the demonstration of causality. We selected this topic primarily because inadequate research titles are prevalent in both broad and specific research contexts. The process of conducting research frequently results in the identification of a title, however its precise meaning remains ambiguous. Although there are other potential works that may be created on this topic, we have specifically selected a monograph title and encountered numerous additional challenges. The writing of this research has been driven by these requirements. Selecting an appropriate research title indicates that the author has made advancements in their preliminary efforts and will be capable of effectively completing it from start to finish. These were the reasons that motivated our investigation on the issue. Study and creativity are distinct concepts, although books and articles are categorized differently. Therefore, it is crucial to carefully deliberate and contemplate when selecting a title for a thesis or dissertation. A research paper necessitates a title that is appropriate and possesses all the attributes that render it a compelling title. The accomplishments of this research project encompass the aforementioned challenges as well as similar ones. On the other hand, with knowledge of their own performance quality during teaching, instructors will be able to improve teaching methods and approaches, thus enhancing the quality of their teaching. The aim of this research is to assess the teaching quality at the Faculty of Education in Bamyan University. In this study, a sample of 283 students from the Faculty of Education was selected using the Four-Multiplier Cochran technique, which employed a convenience sampling method. The Rasouli Teaching Quality Questionnaire (2010) was used to collect the data, which has good validity (0.8) and reliability. It consists of 28 Likert-scale items ranging from \"very low\" to \"very high\" and is composed of dimensions such as subject mastery, lesson planning and design, guidance and counseling, communication skills, ethical considerations, and classroom management. This research is a descriptive-survey study with practical applications based on its results. It has a foreign background, and among them, Piry Mohammad study conducted in 2018 at Malayer University in Iran titled \"Satisfaction with the Quality of University Teaching,\" Arzo Mohammadi and colleagues' study in 2015 at Tehran University of Medical Sciences titled \"Teaching Quality and its Relationship with Academic Motivation,\" and Hermz Seynai Nasab and colleagues' study in 2019 at Shahid Modarres University titled \"Investigating the Quality of Teaching from the Perspective of Students\" can be mentioned. Employing a mixed-methods approach, documentary research and field surveys were conducted to gather data. The primary instrument, a structured questionnaire, captured personal demographics and assessed respondents' perspectives on various dimensions of religion. Through expert consultations and pilot testing, questionnaire validity and reliability were ensured. Descriptive analysis revealed significant correlations between social cohesion and dimensions of religious beliefs, norms, rituals, and individual religiosity. Furthermore, regression analysis unveiled noteworthy findings: religiosity positively influenced social cohesion, with a significant coefficient (B = 0.422, p < 0.05), while norms derived from religious teachings exhibited a non-significant effect (B = 0.072, p > 0.05) on social behavior. Additionally, ethnic diversity within the university community had varying impacts on social solidarity, with significant coefficients for Tajik and Hazara ethnic groups. However, the rapid pace of development in India has placed immense pressure on these resources. This paper aims to illustrate how the excessive exploitation of natural resources has adversely impacted the health and well-being of the population. The primary objective is to advocate for sustainable development practices to enhance living standards while preserving the environment. Environmental degradation occurs when human-induced pollution surpasses the environment's capacity to absorb it, leading to an inability to sustain life. Through analysis of the causes and consequences of environmental degradation on human beings, this paper highlights the detrimental effects of luxurious lifestyles, high consumption rates, and intensive production processes on critical environmental functions such as resource supply and waste assimilation. Many natural resources have already been depleted due to unrestrained exploitation, while the generation of waste from production and consumption has exceeded the environment's capacity for absorption. Bhabha's notion of hybridity. The analysis of Forster’s novel and the character of Dr. Aziz using Bhabha’s concepts of hybridity and ambivalence reveals that British culture poses a significant threat to the native culture, eroding the ancient histories of Indian cultures in the younger native generation. This qualitative research, based on the findings of this study, also opens up a new dimension for researchers in the same field or those interested in hybridity, or A Passage to India. This research is qualitative in nature, and the data was collected from the novel A Passage to India. The research also identifies that Dr. Aziz appears to be influenced by the English lifestyle and attempts to emulate English behavior on multiple occasions, seeking friendship with English people and even organizing and leading a trip for them to demonstrate his honor and responsibility. However, after facing accusations, he refrains from accepting the friendship of the English until they cease to rule India, displaying dual and hybrid behavior. The study also uncovers the influence of the English language and cultural values on Indians. Considering that Forster wrote the novel A Passage to India during his visits to India, it is evident that he witnessed the scenario during the British Raj, lending credibility and trustworthiness to the events described in the novel. For this reason, possessing computer skills has become increasingly crucial This study aimed to assess the computer and ICT skills of employees in small-scale business organizations. The researcher administered a survey questionnaire to a purposive sample of 28 employees from small-scale business organizations, and the quantitative data gathered was organized and processed using SPSS version 17.0. The explanatory design employed unstructured interviews with non-probability sampled respondents to collect qualitative data. Thematic analysis was used to establish themes arising from the qualitative responses. Findings revealed that employees in these organizations have a low level of competence in performing office tasks, such as basic computer operations, file management, word processing, database use, and network use. There are no significant differences in computer and ICT skill levels among employees in small-scale business organizations when grouped by educational attainment, length of service, and gender. Based on the interviewees' responses, common themes emerged, such as poor internet connectivity, an unreliable power supply, a lack of funds to purchase gadgets that can access the internet, a lack of knowledge and interest in learning, and a lack of time to attend a short program related to computers and ICT are the reasons for low levels of computer and ICT skills.
