This research employs descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of time series data from 2013 to 2022 (ten years) and cross-sectional data from ten provinces on the island of Sumatra obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Descriptive statistical analysis and panel data regression were conducted using the Eviews 13 software. The nutrient content in bagasse compost is N 1.18%, P 1.23%, K 1.90%, C 30.92%, and the C/N ratio is 26.2. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that after four weeks of watering and fertilizing with bagasse compost, the average height of the tomato plants was 45.5 cm, the length of the longest leaf was 5.7 cm, the width of the widest leaf was 3.3 cm, and the number of leaves was 80 pieces. on the plant, the root length was 23 cm, and the wet and dry weight of the plant was 38.35 and 22.81 grams respectively. Based on statistical data analysis, it can be seen that the growth of tomato plants is not affected by the use of bagasse compost. It can be seen that of the seven variables observed, only one variable, namely the widest leaf width, has an influence.","PeriodicalId":504529,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Applied Sciences","volume":"24 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141005104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The researcher acts as a key instrument in the data collection process which is carried out by observation, interviews, and recording or documentation and the research results emphasize meaning rather than generality. The results of this research show that the wage system implemented by UD. Al Amien is very flexible and is given every week according to the number of employee attendance. Employee loyalty is also quite high, this is reflected in good performance and compliance with applicable regulations. Even though the company provides wages below the minimum wage standards set by the government, employees still feel satisfied and consider these wages to be sufficient for their daily needs.","PeriodicalId":504529,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Applied Sciences","volume":"56 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141017768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to determine the role of the village government in developing road infrastructure in Nagauleng Village, Cenrana District, Bone Regency and to determine the facilitators and inhibitors of infrastructure development activities. Data analysis using an internal analysis model shows that the role of the village government in the development of Nagauleng village road infrastructure is still lacking and not optimal, this is due to a lack of planning, implementation and other supporting factors. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include a lack of oversight and monitoring of infrastructure development, a lack of budget from the government as well as difficult access and terrain where the location is a main road, thus complicating the infrastructure development process which takes a lot of time.","PeriodicalId":504529,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Applied Sciences","volume":"24 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141058295","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
