The method used is qualitative descriptive using Milles, Huberman and Saldana (2014) analysis techniques, namely data collection, data condensation, presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). The validity test of the data used is Credibility (Internal Validity), Transferability (External Validity), Dependability (Reliability) and Confirmability (Objectivity). The findings of this study are aspects of leadership and integrity of character consisting of assertiveness and courage, simplicity and humility. Indonesian leaders must be firm and courageous in making decisions, including in the face of proxy threats. Courage is also needed in countering propaganda and radicalism that can trigger internal conflicts.","PeriodicalId":504529,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Applied Sciences","volume":"685 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140773062","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For planting scheduling purposes, farmers still use conventional techniques. In our opinion, this decision is not the best. This research aims to determine the relationship between rainfall and the suitability of sweet potato plants by analyzing the impact of rainfall in South Tapanuli Regency on shallot production using rainfall data. Literature review and survey approach were the research methods used. This research uses a survey methodology using descriptive and correlational methodology to ascertain the relationship between rainfall and precipitation. The weakness of this positive influence is shown by the results of regression analysis and correlation of rainfall variables with the magnitude of productivity variables from research conducted a decade earlier. This information was conveyed by the South Tapanuli Regency Central Statistics Agency.","PeriodicalId":504529,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Applied Sciences","volume":"57 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140266901","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The findings indicate that brand experience has a significant impact on both brand equity and hedonic value, while hedonic value also significantly influences brand equity. Additionally, hedonic value was found to partially mediate the relationship between brand experience and brand equity.","PeriodicalId":504529,"journal":{"name":"Formosa Journal of Applied Sciences","volume":"2006 19","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140416294","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
