However, the catalytic efficiency has been limited by the Aggregation of the Pd. In this paper, the surface aggregation dynamics of Pd on different ferroelectric polarization surface and temperature were reported. Meanwhile, reducing the particle size to obtain the dispersed morphology of Pd was discussed by the dissipative particle dynamics method and density functional theory. The negatively poled surface offered dispersed Pd morphology, the temperature influence will be discussed in the simulation.","PeriodicalId":50451,"journal":{"name":"Ferroelectrics Letters Section","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2018-11-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82688658","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"物理与天体物理","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This tendency appears in the form of capacitance due to shaking-up of the positive and negative charge centers of the structural unit cells in every domain leading to movement of charges throughout the system. It is this kind of movement and not the permanent dipole moment of the charges in the ferroelectric sample which becomes the cause of capacitance and hence helps the system to store energy from the applied electric field over there; the stored energy in the ferroelectric sample can be stripped off with the application of some minimum reverse field called activation field for polarization reversal. Landauer modeled average polarization current over the switching time and related rate of polarization switching with some minimum applied field below which polarization switching shall be too slow to attain saturation stage of polarization during the life time of the experiment designed for the purpose and accordingly the sample, in spite of being ferroelectric, shall not translate to ferroelectric hysteresis loop. In this paper ferroelectric switching analysis of equal wt% NaNO2-PVA composite fabricated at elevated temperature is carried.","PeriodicalId":50451,"journal":{"name":"Ferroelectrics Letters Section","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.4,"publicationDate":"2018-11-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77940726","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"物理与天体物理","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Chemical solution deposition with spin-coating technique deposited the thin films. The addition of Li and Cu dopants lead to the change of lattice constant and the change of grain size. From Scherrer’s equation, it found that BLST and BCST thin films have larger and smaller grain size than that of BST, respectively. It also revealed that the crystal structures formed in a phase between cubic and tetragonal structure. The corundum ceramic is applied as a component with a large elastic stiffness. Almost equal volume fractions of corundum mc and air pores mp are detected at 0.05 < mc < 0.18, and this has no analogies among the studied piezo-active 3–0-type composites. Experimental results on the piezoelectric coefficients , thickness electromechanical coupling factor , planar electromechanical coupling factor , and anisotropy (and ) are interpreted in terms of a model that takes into account features of the composite microgeometry and an interaction between the 3–0 ferroelectric ceramic/corundum and 3–0 ferroelectric ceramic/air regions. The device uses two synchronous Rayleigh waves propagating on two 128° rotated y-cut x-propagated lithium niobate (LiNbO3) piezoelectric stators facing each other and driving a cylindrical slider held tightly between the stators in translational motion. By reversing the direction of propagation of both the SAWs, the direction of motion of the slider can be reversed.
