Hospital X devised and executed a new organizational strategy in order to become prospective. During this procedure, hospitals’ management paid less attention to organizational culture, leading to the assumption that hospital’s culture is incompatible with the strategy. However, in order to make a successful transformation and implement a strategy, a suitable culture must be established. Based on a comparison of the strategic enablers with the cultural dimensions, it appears that the six cultural dimensions proposed by Cameron and Quinn should contain the necessary cultural circumstances. In order for the intended hospital’s strategy to be more successful and efficient, it must be implemented in accordance with the intended organizational culture. To assess the impact of culture on hospital’s strategy, it must concentrate on strategic enablers. It is predicted that focusing on strategic enablers will suffice in identifying a comprehensive strategy concept. The cultural circumstances of the factors that drive each strategic enabler possibly will be added to each strategic dimension. In order to attain the strategic enabler, these conditions must be met. As a result, a more culturally aware hospital’s strategy will emerge.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":"121 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141387255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pos Indonesia as a postal service provider is increasingly under threat because there are competitors who also provide similar services such as courier and logistics services and there are also quite a lot of assessments indicating dissatisfaction with the services provided. This fact encouraged PT. Post to continue to improve the quality of postal services, especially in financial services, Fund distribution and Bank channeling, so that it can continue to compete with competitors providing other courier and logistics services. The aim of the research is to describe the quality of Fund Distribution and Bank Channeling financial services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) main branch Surabaya 60000. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The theory used is the service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry (1990) (Hendrayady et al., 2020) which consists of: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy). The research results show that the quality of financial services, Fund distribution and Bank channeling at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Main Branch Surabaya 60000 can be said to be good because it provides a sense of comfort and satisfaction to service users. However, there are still several shortcomings related to the fact that there are still employees who do not use identification cards and queue numbers that are rarely used at bank channeling service counters.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":"75 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141111943","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in the Sidoarjo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3), there are still many customers who experience problems and submit complaints regarding the performance of the application. This study aims to evaluate PLN Mobile in UP3 Sidoarjo using the Electronic Government Maturity Model framework, namely the five pillars of Information Dissemination, Communication, Transactions, Interoperability, and Participation. This research method uses a qualitative case study to provide an in-depth description of the evaluation of customer service evaluation through the PLN Mobile application within the framework of the e-government maturity model in UP3 Sidoarjo. The results showed that several pillars, especially Transactions and Interoperability, have not been well fulfilled by PLN Mobile in UP3 Sidoarjo. The lack of integration with other services causes some services to be inaccessible through the application, forcing customers to come to the office. Therefore, the goal of PLN Mobile in improving service quality has not been fully achieved.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":"2 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141111129","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to describe Walhi West Java's strategy in its efforts to cancel the environmental permit for PLTU Tanjung Jati A through its international and national networks. In line with this aim, this research uses a case study approach with data collection carried out through in-depth interviews and analysis of related documents. The theory used by the Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN) theory as an analytical tool was put forward by Margaret E. Keck and Kathryn Sikkink. The results of this research, Walhi West Java has implemented four TAN strategies, namely Information Politics by disseminating information and findings, Symbolic Politics by carrying out campaign actions with symbols, Leverage Politics by collaborating with stronger actors, and Accountability Politics by supervising actors who advocated to walk with the commitments that have been set. Based on these four strategies, Walhi West Java is very optimal in carrying out Information Politics and Leverage Politics strategies. The weakness is that the Political Accountability strategy has not been fully successful because the Tanjung Jati A PLTU project is still in the policy documents and RUPTL. Walhi West Java's TAN implementation strategy succeeded in bringing victory over the Head of DPMTSP regarding the cancellation of environmental permits.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":"114 31","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141124167","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to multi-purpose financing customers. The population of this research is all multi-purpose financing customers with a total of 862 people. The sample used in this research was 90 respondents. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. Classic assumption tests include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results state that service quality and insurance costs partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that the higher the quality of service provided will increase customer satisfaction, and the suitability of the insurance costs provided with the benefits obtained by the customer will provide a level of customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the installment amount does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is because previously the installment amount had been analyzed using scoring analysis which had an influence on the installment amount.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":"116 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141124559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because the discussion on KUPI hasn’t been captured through this approach. In fact, by this approach, the problems surrounding women can be seen in more depth and detail. By using primary data from observations and secondary data from literature reviews, the results found that KUPI or the Indonesian Women's Ulama Congress is a women's organization in Indonesia that brings together various individual backgrounds to study women's problems based on Islamic teachings that are mutabadil. Through discussions, halaqoh and religious meetings, the first KUPI congress in Cirebon produced three religious views while the second congress in Jepara produced five religious views and several recommendations regarding the protection of women from religious extremism, forced marriages, dangers of pregnancies due to settlement, genital injuries, and issues environment. KUPI activities are cultural in nature. Participants who come from various backgrounds bring facts and data in the field to be interacted with in order to realize human reason, mind and power which then shape culture and find an Islamic religion that is moderate, gender fair and provides human welfare.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":"6 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140983099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method used is quantitative with correlational design. A total of 454 homosexuals (gay) in Indonesia are used as participants using incidental sampling techniques. The measurement of this study used the Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ) scale with fathers’ authoritarian parenting style (α = .868), fathers’ authoritative parenting style (α = .766), fathers’ permissive parenting style (α = .768), mothers’ authoritarian parenting style (α = .868), mothers’ authoritative parenting style (α = .843), mothers’ permissive parenting style (α = .746), and the Resilience Quotient Scale (RQ) (α = .873). Data analysis was conducted using Karl Pearson's product-moment correlation test. The results of this study indicated that there is no relationship between fathers’ authoritarian parenting style and resilience (r = .065 and sig. = .084). Likewise, for the fathers’ authoritative parenting style, it showed no relationship with resilience (r = .003 and the sig. = .472). Similarly, there was no significant relationship found between fathers’ permissive parenting style and resilience (r = -.034 and sig. = .235). The results also revealed that there is no relationship between mothers’ authoritarian parenting style and resilience (r = .008) and sig. = .435). Particularly in the context of style when translating from Indonesian to English. The analysis focuses on the relationship between translation procedures and the type of adaptation in translation. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis to explain the meaning in translation and transcreation in order to see advantages and disadvantages from automatic translation and transcreation for better understanding the different perspectives. Findings show that the data from Google Accelerator Playbook found eight translation procedures proposed by Newmark, which includes word-for-word translation, Literal Translation, Naturalization, Transposition, Descriptive Equivalent, Modulation, Cultural Equivalent and Transference. The discussion and analysis of the translation procedures related to the concept of transcreation and adaptation that generally affect the meaning of target language. However, the concept and type of adaptation in the transcreation are still equivalent to the applied translation procedures. The results show that there is a correlation between automatic translation and transcreation in particular context and type. This process is to omit any translation errors in the translation tool and create an accurate translation of the source text by seeing the concept of the transcreation process.","PeriodicalId":504371,"journal":{"name":"Journal La Sociale","volume":" 41","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140999387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

When these demands are not met, it can cause feelings of suffering, activities that become obstacles and characterized by symptoms of anxiety and depression or called psychological disorders (Kalia & Knauft, 2020; Dharma et al, 2020). Psychological distress that are not balanced with adaptive problem solving can cause maladaptive distress, it called non-suicidal self-injury (Rahmasari, 2021).
