The variables in this research are teacher social competence as the independent variable and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach, with a research population of all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar and a research sample of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 7 Pematang Siantar consisting of 146 students selected using simple random sampling ( formula Slovin ). Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The results of this research show that: there is a positive and significant influence of teacher social competence on learning outcomes. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value is calculated Teacher social competence ( 2.551 ) > t table value (1.65550) which means this variable is significant. The variables in this research are learning motivation and readiness to learn as independent variables and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach, with a research population of class IX students at SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR and a research sample of class IX students at SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR consisting of 155 students selected using Simple Random Sampling . Data collection techniques use instruments: (1) Learning Motivation questionnaire, (2) Learning Readiness questionnaire, and (3) Learning Outcomes questionnaire. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes, this result can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of Learning Motivation (2.051) > t table value (1.65474) which means that this variable significant. (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning readiness on learning outcomes (1.903) > t table value (1.65474) which means this variable is significant. (3) Learning Motivation and Learning Readiness together influence learning outcomes, these results can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value (14.348) is > compared to the F table value (2.66). The assumption of Tolerance or Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) is capable stated that If VIF > 10 ormark Tolerance < 1.20 so that capablemulticollinearity., or If VIF < 10 or mark Tolerance > 0.10 so it is not capable of multicollinearity. This research aims to determine consumer trust and online consumer satisfaction with Shopee at Bina Guna Tanah Jawa Private High School. This type of research is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive data analysis approach. The research population was students at the Bina Guna Tanah Java Private High School with a total of 202 students. The research sample consisted of 120 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling by the researcher according to the class at school. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The hypothesis making technique uses multiple regression analysis and the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of consumer trust on buying interest. This can be seen in the t test where the calculated t value of consumer trust (4.440) > t table value (1.65787) which means this variable is significant. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of consumer satisfaction on the positive influence of buying interest. This is found in the t test where the calculated t value of consumer satisfaction is (3.123) > the table value (1.65787) which means that this variable is significant. 3) consumer trust and consumer satisfaction together influence buying interest. This can be seen in the F test where the calculated F value (12.256) > table F value (3.07). The results of this study state that: 1) there is a positive influence of learning achievement on learning discipline. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of parental support (5.657) > t table value (1.65437). 2) there is a positive influence of interest in learning on learning achievement. This result can be seen in the t test where the t value of interest in learning (5.689) > t table value (1.65437) which means this variable is significant. 3) parental support and interest in learning together influence learning achievement. This result can be seen in the F test where the Fcount value (1441.624) > Ftable value (3.05).
