In this paper, a class of multi-category emergency material storage distribution models under scenarios with uncertain post-event demand distribution is studied. Based on historical small-sample post-event demand information, the model constructs a two-stage material storage and scheduling distributionally robust optimization model. By applying a dual method, the non-linear distributionally robust optimization is transformed into linear optimization, and an improved Lagrangian L-shaped algorithm is designed to solve the two-stage model. Next, the GCN model is used to extract the spatial characteristics of the transport connection information of the sorting center and input it into the BiLSTM network. The BiLSTM network uses the two-way information flow to learn the temporal characteristics, and then uses the GCN-BILSTM model combined with the spatio-temporal characteristics of the sorting center to predict the daily cargo volume in the next 30 days. The integrated learning model based on ARIMA and BiLSTM is then used to predict the next 30 days of hourly cargo volume, and adjust and optimize. To improve the quality as well as the annual supply cycle of dragon fruit fresh fruit, and improve the economic benefits of dragon fruit cultivation, fruit growers generally use artificial light supplementation technology to regulate the flowering cycle of dragon fruit to prolong the production period. This paper reviews the impact of different light qualities, light intensities, and photoperiod on the production and quality of dragon fruit, and summarizes the shortcomings of the existing supplementation technology. The simulation results show that the temperature, visibility and smoke layer height near the fire source have a great impact on the safe evacuation in the process of fire development. Among them, temperature has a decisive impact on personnel safety in the range of about 1m from the fire source. In the range of 5-10 m, visibility has the greatest impact on safe evacuation. Optimum moisture content (ω0), maximum dry density(), CBR, modulus of resilience, UCS, and microscopic characteristics of red mud were analyzed in different modified states. An optimal cement admixture for red mud modification was proposed. Results showed that (1) adding cement significantly improved CBR and modulus of resilience, (2) cement-modified red mud exhibited faster initial strength formation, with 7-day UCS over 65% of 28-day UCS, (3) water stability and frost resistance improved significantly with 4% and 6% cement dosing, (4) recommended cement admixture was 1.1% without adverse conditions, but not less than 6% with water immersion. Modified red mud is unsuitable for seasonal frozen regions. In order to achieve more accurate metro passenger flow forecasting, this paper proposes a metro passenger flow forecasting model based on time-series evolution interaction graph. First, by introducing two kinds of inter-station interaction graphs, namely connectivity graph and temporal correlation graph, to capture the potential interaction relationship among metro passenger flow stations. Then, by using the time-series evolving graph, the weights of the graph convolutional neural network are dynamically evolved in time series. Finally, taking Suzhou Metro as an example, the short-term passenger flow of the metro is forecasted. The experimental results show that the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of this model is 34.17, the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) is 16.35, the R-Squared is 0.94, the Mean Absolute Percent Error (MAPE) is 0.21. Firstly, the distributed optical fiber system designed by optical time domain reflectometry was used to collect the running signals of tunnel vehicles and obtain the measurement data. Secondly, a high-order tensor sample set is constructed by using the spatial resolution of optical fiber as channel number and combining the feature number, time domain and frequency domain. Finally, tensor affine propagation clustering method and other clustering methods are used to test the accuracy. The test results show that the proposed method can better classify vehicles without destroying the original high-dimensional data structure.
