As the core component of prefabricated buildings, the schedule of prefabricated components directly affects the progress and quality of the project. This study extends the volume of prefabricated components from a single building to a group of buildings, designs and solves an intelligent scheduling scheme model based on project construction schedule and procurement plan, and proposes two reference building group scheduling schemes and their applicable conditions.
