Traditional methods like Optical Microscope, Raman Spectroscope, Scanning and Transmission Electron Microscope, while common, face challenges in convience and providing electrical performance. To address these limitations, a cost-effective and rapid method was introduced for assessing macroscopic quality of graphene. This technique involves fine-tuning carrier concentration over 1013 cm-2 by controlling hydrochloric acid (HCl) doping time. Utilizing the Van der Pauw-Hall system, it tracks carrier concentration changes of graphene, allowing for mobility measurement under consistent carrier conditions. This facilitates a direct comparison of different graphene samples. The method shows reproducibility in evaluating HCl-doped graphene, which is consistent with the Raman characterizations. This advancement in graphene evaluation, focusing on mobility comparison at identical carrier concentrations, sets the stage for standardized assessments in the graphene industry.","PeriodicalId":503577,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Computer and Engineering Technology Research","volume":" 45","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140690131","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Orthogonal test is conducted to analyze the influence of six factors related to cellulase and ultrasonic wave on the extraction of cassia polysaccharide, and at the same time to explore the antioxidant activity of the extracted polysaccharide in vitro. The results show that the main and secondary factors affecting the extraction rate of cassia polysaccharide are pH > ultrasonic power > enzyme dosage > enzymatic hydrolysis temperature > enzymatic hydrolysis time > ultrasonic time. The optimal conditions are: enzyme dosage: 1.6%, enzymatic hydrolysis time: 80 min, enzymatic hydrolysis temperature: 52 ℃, enzymatic hydrolysis pH: 6.4, ultrasonic time: 30 min, ultrasonic power: 276 W, the polysaccharide yield under the optimal conditions is 12.29%, which is 5.31% and 14.43% higher than the single enzyme extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method reported in the literature, respectively, indicating that the composite extraction method is superior to the single extraction method. The antioxidant activity analysis shows that the half inhibitory concentrations of cassia polysaccharide against DPPH·, ABTS·+, ·OH, ·O2- free radicals are 0.894 mg/mL, 1.175 mg/mL, 1.908 mg/mL and 7.601 mg/mL, respectively, which shows good antioxidant activity in vitro. Therefore, ultrasonic assisted cellulase extraction of crude polysaccharide from cassia seed is a new efficient and rapid extraction method.","PeriodicalId":503577,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Computer and Engineering Technology Research","volume":" 15","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140688974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The physicochemical indicators such as swelling power, solubility, freeze-thaw stability, transparency, oil absorption, milk absorption, and water holding capacity of purified PRS3 are measured. The growth and proliferation of probiotics (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus paracasei) under different carbon source concentrations of PRS3 medium, soluble starch medium, and glucose medium, as well as their effects on the growth process are studied. The authors also discusses the effects of glucose medium and PRS3 medium on salt and acid tolerance of probiotics. The results show that the freeze-thaw stability, solubility, and milk absorption capacity of PRS3 are stronger than those of original potato starch, but its oil absorption, water holding capacity, swelling capacity, and transparency are weaker than those of original potato starch. When the carbon source concentration is 2.0%, the proliferative effect of PRS3 on five bacteria is in descending order: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus paracasei. The ability of PRS3 medium to promote the proliferation of probiotics is stronger than that of glucose medium and soluble starch medium. It has a protective effect on probiotics in low pH environments and can improve their resistance to bile salts.","PeriodicalId":503577,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Computer and Engineering Technology Research","volume":" 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140687214","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although we often do not pay attention to whether the training samples are accurately memorized during regression, improving generalization performance with better memory is always a goal pursued by regression. To tackle this issue, we introduce two new regression models, Least Squares Generalization-Memorization Regression (LSGMR) and Soft Least Squares Generalization-Memorization Regression (SLSGMR), by introducing the memory kernel learning on Least Squares Support Vector Regression (LSSVR). We conduct tests on these models using synthetic dataset and showcase that the LSSVR model can be viewed as a special case of our proposed model. Our experiments highlight that, for numerous problems, the models incorporating the employed memory mechanisms, LSGMR and SLSGMR, prove highly effective in yielding superior results compared to LSSVR on noise regression.","PeriodicalId":503577,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Computer and Engineering Technology Research","volume":" 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140686834","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A facility consisting of a double jet flames apparatus, was designed to experimentally simulate the interaction of double jet fires with different spaces and nozzle diameters. It has been found that the exit momentum, nozzle diameters and nozzle spacing significantly affect the flame behavior. The experimental results show that the flame merging probability (Pm) of double jet fires with different nozzle diameters can be fitted with dimensionless parameters that couple the Froude number(Fr) and the distance between fire sources. Additionally, it has been observed that the difference in height between the two flames can be used as a parameter to determine the correlation between flame height and the distance to the nozzle center.","PeriodicalId":503577,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Computer and Engineering Technology Research","volume":" 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140689710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
