The continuous increase in the number of individuals aged 65 and above in recent years has intensified this aging trend. To alleviate the challenges of an aging society and promote healthy aging in China, the development of integrated medical and elderly care services was formally proposed in 2013. This initiative has led to the establishment of four integrated service models, which have achieved commendable results over the past few years. However, China's foray into integrated medical and elderly care services began relatively late, and several challenges persist. These include a mismatch between the supply and demand of services, limited financing channels for these services, overlapping management by multiple government departments, and a shortage of specialized professionals in the field. This article outlines the impact of the new media environment on the creation and dissemination of micro documentaries, as well as the characteristics of their creation and dissemination. A city documentary is a true record of the changes in people and things that we discover. It uses real life as the creative material, real people and events as the expressive objects, and through the processing and presentation of artistic creation methods, ultimately triggers people's thinking in the form of television or movies. There is still a lot of room for effort in the operation of television documentaries in China. With the rapid development of emerging streaming platforms, the number of paid subscription users continues to increase, providing a possibility for TV documentaries to achieve stable returns. This article attempts to explain the environmental characteristics faced by documentaries in the new media environment from three aspects: production, dissemination, and industrial chain construction, as well as the changes that should be made to seek greater development. This paper aims to explore the nature of these changes and the issues that emerged from them. By organizing and interpreting the text, we attempt to present a comprehensive view of these evolving customs and provide explanations. This study utilizes the fifteenth chapter, first section on marriage customs from \"The Cultural Annals of Huangchuan County\" compiled by the Cultural Bureau of Huangchuan County. It offers an overview of the marital customs in Huangchuan around the time of the nation's founding. A detailed and accurate interpretation of the text reveals that most of Huangchuan's marriage procedures originated from the traditional 'Six Etiquettes', with many similarities to them. With the establishment of New China, local marriage customs in Huangchuan also began to simplify. However, this simplification gave rise to extreme and undesirable practices such as high dowries, ostentation, extravagance, and even the arrangement of ghost marriages. With the evolution of the Indo-Pacific regional order, Southeast Asian countries find themselves at the forefront of competition. Most Southeast Asian countries face three main choices. The first choice is to support the current superpower, the United States; The second option is to cooperate with China and join the BRI initiative; The third option is a strategic hedge between China and the United States. This study focuses on the Southeast Asian region, taking Indonesia as the research object, and analyzes how Indonesia, as a middle power, adopts a hedging strategy to carry out excellent power balance diplomacy. Indonesia has adopted the “Global Maritime Fulcrum Strategy (GMF)” as the primary measure to deal with BRI and FOIP. In this paper, a literature review and case study are used to study. The first part mainly expounds on balanced diplomacy between a middle power and an major power, and the second part focuses on Indonesia as the research object.
