Data were collected through a survey from a sample of 157 officers and analyzed using SPSS version 26. Descriptive, correlation, regression, and mediation analyses were conducted to explore these relationships. The results showed significant positive correlations between training, performance, career development, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Regression analysis showed that both training and job performance significantly predicted career development, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Mediation analysis further demonstrated the mediating role of career development in explaining the relationship between training, job performance, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. These findings underscore the importance of investing in training programs and developing career development pathways in police organizations to improve organizational outcomes and officer well-being.","PeriodicalId":503133,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Law, and Education","volume":"3 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140964255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study uses partial least squares (PLS) path modeling to examine the direct and mediated impacts of employee retention, leadership, and compensation on the link between the DHSM and employee performance. It draws on a sample of 241 HR managers and senior management staff. The findings show that there is a strong positive correlation between employee performance and the DHSM and that this correlation is mediated by leadership, remuneration, and employee retention. The results highlight how crucial it is to adopt employee-centric and sustainable digital HR practices to improve organizational performance. By offering empirical proof of the mechanisms by which digital HR initiatives affect employee performance in the context of Indonesian MSMEs, the study adds to the body of current knowledge.","PeriodicalId":503133,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Law, and Education","volume":"117 43","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141126432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method used in this study is quantitative. The subjects in this study used a sample of 3 (three) manufacturing companies that have been registered and licensed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data collection method uses sustainability report records and annual financial reports uploaded to the Indonesia Stock Exchange and sustainability reports that can be downloaded from the company's website for the 2018-20 22 analysis period. The data analysis method used in this study is the regression test using SPSS Version 22 to process and analyze the data. The value of the Earning Management variable (X 1 ) has a T value of 4.505 and is greater than the 5% significance value of 2.178. In addition, the test on the Earning Management variable (X 1 ) shows a value of -4.505. This indicates that an increase in earnings management efficiency can significantly decrease Tax Aggressiveness by 450.5%. However, the Sustainability Report (X 2 ) does not significantly affect Tax Aggressiveness with a test value of 0.313 smaller than the 5% significance value of 2.178, indicating that for every 1% increase in Sustainability Report, there is a 31.3% increase in the value of Tax Aggressiveness.","PeriodicalId":503133,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Business, Law, and Education","volume":"15 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140981844","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
