The fault detection technologies in automotive industry is used to identify any potential or already existing fault in automobiles. Faults in automobiles are usually mechanical or electrical faults that may include airbag control unit, radiator, gearbox, transmission control unit, tyre pressure, brakes, air conditioner, cylinder casket, alternator, hubs malfunctions etc. Each fault has a specific or related sign and symptoms. There are several methods of fault detections in automobiles like the binary logic technique, the fuzzy logic method technique and artificial intelligence technique with different algorithms. In this research work, we employed a fuzzy logic based technique that uses a Mamdani Algorithm which presented a better fault detection mechanism. Mamdani’s algorithm was proposed by Ebrahim Mamdani as a fuzzy inference method which has a rule-bases that are more intuitive and easier to analyse and implement. Mamdani’s algorithm produces fuzzy sets that originate from fuzzy inference system’s output membership function for decision making. This research work is a web-based technology that was implemented using JavaScript, JQuery and SQL server, ASP.Net, Bootstrap 3.5 and CSS. The output of the system showed a greater improvement from other existing methods of fault detections in automobiles.","PeriodicalId":503013,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research and Management (IJSRM)","volume":"112 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140223756","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, due to its tropical climate, it is prone to several natural calamities, including excessive salinity in coastal areas. Sundarban is one of these coastal areas where reside the Munda community which is one of the 33 ethnic groups of Bangladesh. Originating from India, Mundas are variously dependent on the Sundarbans for both livelihood and religious aspect and consider the Sundarbans as their mother nature. But poverty and calamities limit their participation in social activities and access to necessities like food, education, and healthcare. This paper aimed to evaluate the difficulties the Munda community faces due to salinity and create a modular structural system that was sympathetic to local culture and more cost-effective local resources that would be more resilient to natural disasters. This paper studied the lifestyle and livelihood of the affected munda community of Burigoalini, Satkhira. This paper finds the available construction materials' quality and resilience in connection to saline impacts and local housing characteristics and also focuses on the historical, cultural, and existential aspects of an ethnic group that is facing the risk of extinction.","PeriodicalId":503013,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Scientific Research and Management (IJSRM)","volume":"58 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140230314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we will first present the theoretical foundations of our research. Then, following a hypothetico-deductive approach and a positivist positioning, an explanatory model of our two variables was proposed; “Characteristics of dashboards” and “Uses and usefulness of dashboards”. In this perspective, we adopted a quantitative methodology based on a questionnaire administered online to management controllers of Moroccan companies. And finally, we tested our model with 117 Moroccan companies. The collected data is analyzed by structural equation methods (PLS) on SMARTPLS. The results of this research work made it possible to validate the hypotheses which stipulate that there is an impact of the characteristics of the dashboards on the use and usefulness of the dashboards of Moroccan companies.
