The problem of morality is also considered as the most important philosophical problem of the survival of man and nature, their co-existence on earth. However, the deep value paradigms of culture in both groups of ethnic groups were preserved for a long time. In a comparative aspect, equipollent ideological ideas (mythologems denoting solar, lunar and other symbols) of ancient times, on the one hand, are considered in comparison with the original Slavic pagan deities, on the other, with the ancient names of mythological deities inherent in the ancient Turks. As a result of the application of acculturation methods and techniques, we identified the original values of the cultures of both super-ethnic groups, which have not undergone significant changes and transformations. Some cultural paradigms in worldview have undergone certain shifts at the mental level. As a result of this process, the functional unity of both contacting ethnic groups was broken, then, over a certain period of time, a new balance was established, which was reflected, first of all, in the worldview of both ethnic groups. There was an equivalent semantic similarity in some solar and lunar pagan deities in the compared cultures. Seven stories of the collection are taken for analysis, in which the image of a child plays a key role in semantic and compositional terms. The paper attempts to classify the analyzed stories from the point of view of the meaning of the child's image. This image is considered from the point of view of its folklore sources, in particular – in the context of the heat features of the bylichek and post-folklore «creepy stories». The image of the child is analyzed as an important compositional element that allows you to create the effect of «terrible», as part of the other world. The article also discusses some psychological prerequisites that allow including the image of a child in stories based on mystical horror. The specific feature of the speech competence is characterized by the fact that it is fundamental in the component of any graduate from the point of his/her personal and professional and especially in pedagogical activity. To solve the task of forming students’ competence is possible if a teacher can reveal his own and students’ interest in creative attitude to the modern Methodology. The authors analyze the more productive means for forming speech and communicative competence by students. These forms include \"others,\" \"language for others,\" \"themselves,\" and \"language for themselves,\" among others. Language is both a process and a product that gains unique sense and character through joint activity between parents and the child. The structure, functions, and contents of indirect speech act as the basis for individual consciousness. Some researchers have provided evidence that the dialectics of communication with others and oneself is central to the conscious self-control of children.According to L. Vygotsky, the language initially acquired by a child is not an independent version of grammar but a means of communication created through interactions between parents and the child. A. Luria's research indicates that for all higher cognitive processes, it is necessary to transition from external social experience to internal psychological control.
