Competitive advantage is the key to success for organizations or companies that are in an environment that is constantly experiencing rapid changes in a fiercely competitive environment and in an increasingly short period of time. so it is important for an organization to understand the phenomenon of the relationship and influence between competitive advantage and the factors of competitive strategy, leadership, and competence, This article is a literature review of the factors1 that affect competitive advantage in official school educational institutions, namely competitive strategy, leadership, and competence. This literature study aims to hypothesize the influence of these three factors on the competitive advantage of organizations. The results of this literature review show that all study variables: competitive strategy, leadership, and competence, have a significant effect on competitive advantage. This study is expected to help further research efforts to increase competitive advantage in educational institutions.

Financial technology (fintech) is one of the technological advances in the increasingly widespread Indonesian financial sector. The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between perceived benefits, perceived convenience, risk, and income on purchasing decisions using a shopee paylater. The research model uses a causal research design. The population in this study are all customers who use the Shopee Paylater application in DKI Jakarta whose exact location is unknown. The technique used in selecting the sample is purposive sampling. By determining the criteria data, characteristics, and appropriate characteristics. The minimum number of samples in this study is 135 respondents. Researchers used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software to analyze descriptive characteristics and SmartPLS 3.3 software to measure research data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that benefits and convenience have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Those factors include compensation, flexible working arrangement (FWA), organizational culture and employee engagement. This study will examine the effect of compensation, FWA and organizational culture on employee engagement. Moreover, it will analyze how employee engagement mediates the effect of compensation, FWA and organizational culture on organizational performance. The population in this study accounted for 115 permanent employees in the Business Division of a telecommunication company in Indonesia. The sample consisted of 90 employees using the Slovin formula calculation. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. The sample was chosen randomly without regard to strata in the population. The research method used is quantitative explanatory with SEM-PLS. The population are Easy Shopping’s customers and numbers of samples are 170. The analytical method used in this study is the SEM, with data analysis method by Partial Least Square (PLS). Primary data is obtained by distributing Google Form questionnaire to respondents. The results shows that Price, Brand Image, and Promotion have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Repurchase Intention and can mediate the effect of Price in the partial mediation category, Brand Image, and Promotion in the full mediation category on Customer Repurchase Intention. Research suggestions for Easy Shopping, they can set more reasonable price policy for customers, particularly for member customers who have loyally purchase with certain amounts on Easy Shopping catalog products.

At present time, business sector perceived the impact of intense competition. This competition requires entrepreneurs to act quickly and precisely at present dynamic business competition. Current study aims to determine the effect of product quality (ProQu), Price Suitability (PriSu) and Service quality (ServiQu) on purchasing decisions (PurchDe) at Kopi Tikum, South Jakarta. SEM is the method used to test the hypotheses proposed in the study. The results of this study indicates that ProQu, PriSu, and ServiQu have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, ProQu, PriSu, and ServiQu simultaneously have effect on PurchDe. Therefore, it is found that the purchase decision of the Kopi Tikum customer occur as the effect given by ProQu, PriSu, and ServiQu. In order to keep the business run, Kopi Tikum is recommended to leverage the product quality. Employees in the office of PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia were selected as subjects for this study. A total of 150 participants participated in this study using descriptive quantitative methodology. This study used SEM PLS data analysis, where the data processing used SmartPLS 3.0 application. The findings of this study indicate that training, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have a beneficial and significant impact on job satisfaction. At the same time, OCB has an adverse and negligible effect on worker performance. Training has a positive but negligible impact on OCB, and the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a considerable positive impact. The unit of analysis used was e-commerce users (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada, Blili) in the DKI Jakarta area. The method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 200 respondents, data processing using the structural equation model method. The results of the analysis show that e-service quality directly or indirectly has a positive effect on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction and e-trust. Other results show that e-satisfaction and e-trust are partial mediating on the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty. However, mediating e-satisfaction on the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty has the greatest influence, when compared to the direct effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty and the indirect effect through e-trust. This paper aims to determine product innovation's effect on customer loyalty for Samsung cellphone customers in Indonesia. The research method in this scientific work is carried out quantitatively. The sampling technique used was nonprobability, with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Meanwhile, the number of respondents was 100 people who live in Indonesia and are Samsung cell phone customers. While the data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis.
