In this regard, argyrodites are considered to be promising superionic materials for use as a working element of solid-state batteries. This work presents the results of the study of the electrophysical parameters of Ag8GeS6 single crystal grown by directional crystallization from the melt technique. It was found by the XRD method that the grown Ag8GeS6 single crystal crystallizes in a low-temperature orthorhombic modification with unit cell parameters: a = 15.147 Å, b = 7.469 Å, c = 10.584 Å. The frequency (10 Hz - 0.3 MHz) and temperature (20 - 110°C) dependence of the electrical conductivity was studied on a single crystal plate of Ag8GeS6 oriented in the (011) plane by impedance spectroscopy. The frequency dependence of the total electrical conductivity of Ag8GeS6 shows an increase in the total electrical conductivity with increasing frequency, which is typical for mixed ionic-electronic conductors. It was determined that the total conductivity of the Ag8GeS6 single crystal is 3.82 × 10-5 S/cm, and the activation energy is 0.728 eV.

{"title":"THE POSSIBILITY OF EFFECTIVE USE OF BASIC DYES OF THE \"BAZAKRYL\" TRADEMARK IN THE DETERMINATION OF ANIONIC SURFACTANTS","authors":"V.M. On the basis of previous studies, their main spectrophotometric and protolytic characteristics have already been established, which made it possible to find out the optimal conditions for the formation of ionic associates of anionic surfactants with \"Bazakrils\". The studied dyes are characterized by a sufficiently high color intensity within a wide range of changes in the acidity of the medium, and in terms of these properties, they are not inferior to the majority of known basic dyes used in analytical practice. The kinetic factors of extraction were studied. As a result, the extraction equilibrium is established after 10-30 seconds of mixing the phases and practically does not depend on the used extractant, but 1-3 min. centrifugation is sufficient for complete phase separation. The optical density of the extracts of the formed IA does not change within 2 hours. It was established that such dyes show the ability to form IA from APAR and can serve as analytical reagents for their determination. The optimal conditions for the formation and extraction of IA APAR with new dyes have been established. A new, simple and rapid method for determining APAR in various samples of wastewater and natural waters, detergents, etc. is proposed.

This paper presents a study of the optical properties of Ag7SiS5I and Ag7GeS5I single crystal, which are related to compounds with the structure of argyrodite. Single crystals of quaternary Ag7SiS5I and Ag7GeS5I were grown by the method of directed crystallization from the melt. Investigation of grown single crystals by the XRD method indicates that both compounds crystallize in SG F-43m. The optical properties were studied at room temperature (20°C) in the spectral range of 200–1100 nm. The beginning of the optical transmission region is observed at λ = 790 nm and λ = 860 nm for Ag7SiS5I to Ag7GeS5I, respectively. It was established that Ag7GeS5I single crystals have a higher bandwidth compared to Ag7SiS5I. When transitioning from Ag7SiS5I to Ag7GeS5I, a shift of the transmission region to a longer wavelength region is observed. The energies of direct allowed and forbidden optical transitions in Ag7SiS5I and Ag7GeS5I single crystals were determined using the Tauc equation. It was established that the corresponding energies values are higher in the case of the Ag7SiS5I single crystal for both considered optical transitions.

In this work, the possibility of seleno- and mercury-induced cyclization of 2-cinnamylthiobenzothiazole and the prospect of the usage of seleno- and mercury-containing benzothiazole derivatives as bactericidal and fungicidal agents are investigated. It was established that non-regioselective selenium-induced cyclization of 2-cinnamylbenzothiazole occurs during the reaction of 2-cinnamylthiobenzothiazole with the mixture of selenium dioxide and hydrobromic acid in a chloroform medium; reaction leads to the formation of a mixture of selenium-containing regioisomers of 4-phenyl-3-(tribromo-l4-selanyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-[1,3]thiazino[2,3-b][1,3]benzothiazolium bromide and 4,4-dibromo-3-[bromo(phenyl)methyl]-3,4-dihydro-2H-4l4-[1,4,3]thiaselenazino[2,3-b][1,3]benzothiazolium bromide. On the other hand, a molecular complex is formed in a ratio of 1:1, when mercuriating of 2-cinnamylthiobenzothiazole with mercury chloride,. Experimentally determined fungicidal properties of seleno-, mercury-, and tellurium-containing derivatives of benzothiazole indicate the prospect of their use as bactericidal and antifungal agents

{"title":"IN SILICO STUDY OF PYRIMIDINARYLTELLURIDES AS POTENTIAL INHIBITORS OF PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM","authors":"M. Kut, N. Korol, M. Onysko, V. Previous studies have demonstrated the inhibitory activity of compounds containing an exocyclic aryltellurium fragment against Plasmodium falciparum. This research focused on evaluating the inhibitory potential of fused pyrimidinaryl tellurides against falcipain-2 (FP-2), a crucial therapeutic target in the fight against malaria. Among the tested tellurides, 2-(((4-methoxyphenyl)thelanyl)methyl)-2,3-dihydro-5H-thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-one demonstrated the most stable protein-ligand complex with the receptor 2GHU. The ligand exhibited a binding energy of -6.18 kcal/mol and an inhibition concentration of 29.74 μM. Notably, the ligand interacted with specific amino acids of the receptor, including HIS27, ASP23, TYR199, LYS184, and ALA21. Additionally, a 100 ns molecular dynamics study confirmed the stability of the falcipain-2 complex with this thiazoloquinazolinaryltellurtrichloride, further supporting the potential of compound 1. Importantly, the tested substance exhibited superior inhibitory capability against Plasmodium falciparum compared to antimalarial drugs such as mefloquine, primaquine, and chloroquine, making it a candidate for in vitro evaluation of antimalarial activity.

In our study, through the study of general and specific examples, we would like to present the social conditions in which aristocratic women lived, worked, gave birth, raised children, and managed estates in the second half of the 17th century. Many of them can be said to have withstood the difficult conditions of those times in an exemplary manner. In the society of those times, all people had their own duties and responsibilities with regard to their gender and age. In this study, we examine what opportunities were available to early modern aristocratic women in terms of social and community relations, family life and building a marriage inserted into the historical events of those times. We complete it by examining the life paths and career models of the women who entered the Homonnai Drugeth family through marriage, highlighting various aspects of their lives. From the reader’s point of view, it may seem excessive to outline the social conditions of those times, however, without knowledge of them, the formulation of women’s roles of those times may be incomplete. In the second half of the 17th century, the religious structure of the region also changed significantly, so the aristocratic women of those times (unlike their predecessors) already supported the spread of re-Catholicization. What roles did the aristocratic women of that period play in contemporary Hungarian society and in their narrower environment? The framework for this was mainly set by her family and the inherited relationship system into which she was born. In accordance with social expectations, the aristocratic woman of those times increased the prestige of her family through marriage as well as ensured financial security of her future descendants with a prosperous marriage. Since women did not (could not) participate widely and officially in the formation of politics and everyday public life, there are much fewer and more diverse sources about them than about men. In these, we can find references to them mainly as wives, daughters, brides and mothers. Despite this (precisely due to their social status), women also had a significant informal influence on political life. That is why it is important to study the life path of women of those times, because without this knowledge our image of the society of those times would be incomplete. The present study may become one of the important building blocks, which, in addition to supplementing incomplete biographical data, will try to present the social roles played by these women. Будемо вважати, що поверхні поза межею контакту залишаються вільними від впливу зовнішніх сил, а на межі контакту переміщення та напруження — неперервні. Задачу розв'язано у випадку нерівних коренів визначального рівняння.
 Дослідження представлено у загальному виді для теорії великих початкових деформацій і двох варіантів теорії малих початкових деформацій у межах лінеаризованої теорії пружності при довільній структурі пружного потенціалу. Припускається, що початкові стани пружного циліндричного штампа та пружних основ (півпросторів) однорідні та рівні. Дослідження проводиться в координатах початкового деформованого стану, які пов'язані з лагранжевими координатами (природного стану). Крім того, вплив циліндричного штампа викликає невеликі збурення відповідних величин основного напружено-деформованого стану. Також передбачається, що пружний циліндричний штамп та пружні півпростори виготовлені з різних ізотропних, трансверсально-ізотропних або композитних матеріалів. У випадку ортотропних тіл, будемо вважати, що пружно-еквівалентні напрямки співпадають із напрямком осей координат у деформованому стані. У результаті, розв'язки поставленої задачі представлені у вигляді нескінченних рядів, коефіцієнти яких визначаються з нескінченної системи алгебраїчних рівнянь.
 Для дослідження задачі використовується велика кількість фундаментальних результатів таких як: перетворення Ханкеля, парні інтегральні рівняння, ортогональні поліноми та інші методи теорії контактних задач лінійної теорії пружності. Числовий аналіз представлений для потенціалу Трелоара у вигляді графіків. У роботі [1] одержано узагальнення нерівності Беррі-Ессеена із використанням різного вогляду псевдомоментів. Завдяки роботі [1] псевдомоменти набули широкого застосування у граничних теорремах. У роботі [2] розглядаються умови, при виконанні яких швидкість збіжності буде вищою, ніж у нерівності Беррі-Ессеена. Псевдомоменти знайшли застосування до оцінки швидкості збіжності цін опціонів [3]. У роботах [4] і [5] розглядаються різні підходи до узагальнення результатів із [1] для різнорозподілених випадкових величин.
