Інтегрованість розглядається через поєднання секторальної,територіальної та управлінської складових у процесі розробки заходів щодо управлінняпідприємницьким потенціалом регіонального розвитку. Доведено, що ефективне управлінняпідприємницьким потенціалом регіонального розвитку здійснюється шляхом його впливу нафінансову, інфраструктурну, кадрову, інноваційну та інші складові.

Звернуто увагу на те, що найважливіше вДАО це ком’юніті, а не технології. Визначено, що ДАО є новим форматом онлайн ком’юніті, в якому члениможуть взаємодіяти заради спільних інтересів. ДАО буде чекати велика кількість оновлених версій, дляінтеграції їхніх ідей з реальним світом, а також низка нормативних актів, які будуть створені длярегулювання діяльності ДАО.

The NDVI index, or - Normalized Differential Vegetation Index, - is a convenient and informative indicator of the state of the vegetation cover, and is calculated on the basis of satellite data on the absorption and reflection of red and near-infrared radiation by the studied surface.
 To study the dynamics of vegetation index values and the state of the vegetation cover of the Carpathian region, images from the space projects Landsat 7 and 8 for the years 2000, 2013, 2020, 2021 and 2022 were downloaded and processed. The best indicator for analyzing changes in the state of vegetation cover in space and time is the integral index NDVImean. For 12 out of 15 processed images, the highest value of the integral index NDVImean=0.40-0.42 was found for polygon 1, which covers part of the Transcarpathian region. The lowest values of 0.13-0.16 were found for polygon 3, which covers parts of the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil regions. The values of the areas covered with healthy or dense vegetation, for which NDVI˃0.33, were calculated. The maximum value of this indicator was 81.54% for polygon 1 in 2021, and the minimum was - 52.89% - for the polygon 3 in 2013.

Among the potential materials, it is worth mentioning compounds of the argyrodite family. The characteristic feature of these phases is the presence of a disordered cationic sublattice, which provides significant cationic conductivity in the solid state. This work presents the results of studies of the electrical conductivity of a single crystalline sample of ltm-Ag7PS6. The single crystal of Ag7PS6 was grown by the method of directional crystallization from the melt. The crystal was identified by means of XRD method. It was found that the grown Ag7PS6 sample crystallizes in a low-temperature modification in a primitive cubic cell. The frequency (1×101–3×105 Hz) and temperature (25-100°C) dependence of the total electrical conductivity was measured on an oriented and specially prepared ltm-Ag7PS6 single crystalline plate (using gold contacts). The total conductivity of Ag7PS6 single crystals is 6.51×10–7 S/cm (t = 25°C). According to the results of temperature studies of the dependence of the total conductivity, the thermal activation nature of the conductivity was established.

Since one of the methods for improving material parameters is the formation of solid solutions, the study of phase equilibria and the determination of the homogeneity regions of the components is relevant. This paper presents the results of a study of the physico-chemical interaction in the CuSe2 – Cu3SbSe4 system. The synthesis of alloys of the CuSe2 – Cu3SbSe4 system (0; 10; 30; 50% 70; 90; 100 mol. % Cu3SbSe4) was carried out by a direct one-temperature method at a maximum synthesis temperature of 1053 K. The obtained alloys were studied by X-ray phase, differential thermal and microstructural analyses. Based on the results of the analyses, it was found that CuSe2 – Cu3SbSe4 system is a partially quasi-binary section of the quasi-ternary Cu2Se–Sb2Se3–Se system. The section of CuSe2 – Cu3SbSe4 is characterized by the passage of four nonvariant processes. The studied section crosses the region of primary crystallization of the phase with congruent melting character - β-Cu2Se and the miscibility gap in liquid phase. The region of boundary solid solutions based on the initial components CuSe2 and Cu3SbSe4 does not exceed 5 mol.%.

{"title":"POTENTIOMETRY IN DETERMINING THE CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF TETRAFLUORBORATE AS AN ANALYTICAL FORM OF BORON","authors":"M.V. Fershal, Ya. I. Despite numerous scientific publications related to the determination of boron using various methods involving [BF4]ˉ ions as an analytical form, the conditions for obtaining the latter differ significantly. This difference is likely due to the complexity of the H3BO3-F--H3O+ system, where polymolecular forms of hydrofluoric acid can exist. Factors such as the inability to measure pH using a glass electrode, the velocity of the complexation process, and the requirement for specialized labware and equipment resistant to aggressive environments contribute to this complexity. In this study, potentiometry with PVC plasticized [BF4]ˉ - sensors, known for their metrological and operational characteristics, was used as a convenient tool to investigate such systems. The [BF4]ˉ - selective electrode based on the electroactive substance ion pair 2-(N-ethylcarbazole-3)-ethenyl-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indole tetrafluoroborate, which retains its metrological characteristics in acidic and strongly acidic environments and exhibits selectivity up to F-(= -4. 0), was employed as a sensor.
 The sensor allowed for the study of [BF4]ˉ - complex formation under different reaction conditions by recording kinetic curves in EMF-time coordinates. The yield of the analytical form was estimated at different concentrations of acid, fluoride ions, and temperature. The obtained data were used to construct the yield surface of tetrafluoroborate, revealing that the optimal conditions for the formation and stability of tetrafluoroborate at room temperature are a medium of 1 M sulfuric acid and 0. 25 M NH4F. Under these conditions, the yield of [BF4]ˉ reaches 99% within 10 minutes. Although the use of phosphoric acid does not allow for the attainment of an appropriate yield of the analytical form under equilibrium conditions, its low process velocity makes it suitable for kinetic - potentiometric determination of boron. This characteristic was utilized to develop a method for the determination of boron in phosphoric acid using the fixed-time method.

However, students mentioned that they most effectively assimilate the educational material during such sessions, while also acknowledging the positive impact of quality visual aids on comprehension. Based on the obtained results, it is recommended to continue developing a question bank and utilizing the electronic educational platform with multiple-choice testing, but with modifications to the tasks and variations in test parameters. The research indicates that students perceive the use of technology and interactive teaching methods positively, which provide a more flexible learning environment and the opportunity for independent study. The research findings can be valuable in curriculum development and improving the quality of the educational process. Furthermore, it is worth considering the possibility of implementing a wider range of interactive teaching methods and utilizing modern technologies that foster active student engagement in the learning process. There are well-known examples of the use of oxadiazoles in materials science as high-energy molecules. Therefore, the synthesis of new functional derivatives based on them is an urgent problem. This paper describes the synthesis of allylic thioethers of 5-nitrophenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole by the alkylation reaction of the corresponding thiones with allyl bromide in an alcohol-alkaline medium. Such thioethers were studied in reactions with phenylselentrihalides, as a result of which oxadiazolo[2,3-d][1,3,4]thiaselenazinium halides were synthesized. We investigated the interaction of the tellurium-containing analogue p-methoxyphenyltellurium trichloride with allylic thioethers of 5-nitrophenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole. It was established that the reaction between p-methoxyphenyl tellurium trichloride and the investigated alkenyl thioethers within 8 hours occurs with the formation of adducts of the substrate-electrophile composition 1:1, regardless of the ratio of reagents. Attempts to change the polarity of the solvent, increase the reaction time, and change the temperature regime did not change the direction of the reaction. Based on the obtained experimental spectral data and elemental analysis data, the structure of the obtained complexes is proposed.

These include Ag2Se, a narrow-band semiconductor, and Ag7PSe6, with a disordered cationic sublattice and a rigid anionic framework that causes efficient phonon scattering. Doping of Ag7PSe6 with the narrow bandgap semiconductor Ag2Se should increase its conductivity and Ag2Se with a more disordered Ag7PSe6 argyrodite phase to a decrease in thermal conductivity. In both cases, this should increase the thermoelectric figure of merit of the respective phases. At the same time, establishing the conditions for obtaining doped phases requires studying the conditions of their existence in the Ag7PSe6-Ag2Se system. Present work studies phase equilibria in the Ag7PSe6-Ag2Se system in the entire concentration range. A corresponding phase diagram was constructed based on the X-ray phase and differential thermal analysis results. It was found that the Ag7PSe6-Ag2Se system is quasi-binary. It is characterized by four processes: two eutectoid processes at 405 K and 433 K, caused by the presence of two polymorphic modifications in Ag2Se and Ag7PSe6, respectively; eutectic process at 893 K (the coordinates of the eutectic point are 893 K and ~8 mol% Ag2Se) and monotectic process at 977 K. Above this temperature, in the concentration range of ~9 - ~87 mol%, a region of immiscibility in the liquid is observed. The homogeneity regions of the initial components are less than 5 mol%.
