The aim of this research article is to identify methods and tools of risk-oriented management, assess their impact on the financial and economic stability of a company, and develop recommendations for their effective implementation. Methodology. The article conducts an analysis of fundamental risk-oriented management techniques, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and risk monitoring. To achieve the stated objective, a combination of theoretical analysis and research based on foreign enterprises was employed. Results. The research results demonstrate that risk-oriented management contributes to reducing the level of financial risks for an enterprise, enhancing its financial stability, and ensuring sustainable development. It was revealed that effective risk-oriented management depends on proper risk identification, the selection of appropriate assessment and management methodologies, as well as continuous monitoring and adjustment of management strategies. Scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of this article lies in the development of a comprehensive approach to risk-oriented management, which integrates theoretical aspects with practical research. Additionally, recommendations are provided for enterprises to successfully implement risk-oriented management, adding practical value to the study. Practical significance. The practical significance of this article lies in providing specific recommendations to enterprises for the implementation of risk-oriented management. The application of the developed techniques and tools will enable enterprises to more effectively identify, assess, and manage risks, positively impacting their financial stability and competitiveness. {"title":"FEATURES OF INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION IN THE MODERN WORLD","authors":"Anzhelika CHEPELENKO","doi":"10.15802/rtem2023/278073","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15802/rtem2023/278073","url":null,"abstract":"Research on the patterns of international migration, along with the economic, social, and cultural transformations resulting from the reorientation of regional migration flows in the 21st century, is of paramount relevance for countries actively modernizing their migration policies. This article aims to identify the fundamental regularities of migration dynamics in both donor and recipient countries, based on an assessment of the macroeconomic impact of international migration over the period from 1990 to 2020. The study utilized quantitative measurement methods from organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations, the International Organization for Migration, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, along with analytical and statistical information. The research reveals that recent migration flows consist of a combination of enduring trends, despite obstacles imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which are anticipated to strengthen in the coming decades, as well as sporadic surges triggered by crises and natural disasters. Various demographic trends, climate-induced stressors, transformative technologies, and growing inequalities within and between countries serve as driving forces in contemporary international migration. Simultaneously, violence, conflicts, and despair have led to sudden and substantial population movements, including those from Syria, South Sudan, Myanmar, Venezuela, and more recently, Ukraine. The findings emphasize the complexity and unpredictability of international migration dynamics. However, the ever-expanding and improving data and information resources may enhance our understanding of the critical aspects of migration in increasingly uncertain times. The primary research findings, which offer scientific novelty, introduce a fundamentally new approach to comprehending the role of factors regulating migration processes. The aim of scientific research is to deepen the methodological foundation regarding the essence of knowledge as a source of the enterprise intellectualization and the innovative enterprise intellectual potential effective use ensuring priority. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study consists of: knowledge-based economy theories; entrepreneurship, institutionalism; microeconomic theory of knowledge management; knowledge transformation theories, obtaining new knowledge; of self-learning organization concept. General scientific and formal-logical methods of comparison, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, as well as historical, genetic, linguistic, hermeneutic and heuristic research methods are used. Results. The article is devoted to the justification of the theoretical and methodological principles regarding the essence, place and role of knowledge as the enterprise intellectualization source and the priority of ensuring the innovative enterprises intellectual potential effective use in order to develop their competitive advantages in the knowledge-based economy paradigm. The main stages that change the role of knowledge in society are characterized. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the enterprise can face active competition only if the intellectual component of its resource portfolio is improved. In this context, the information revolution caused new requirements for economic knowledge, and not so much for their volume, but for quality, that reflects the imperatives of progressive, highly moral management. Accordingly, the “center of gravity” of the modern reproduction process objectively shifts from the sphere of market economic transactions to the knowledge reproduction economic space of a high moral and creative level. Modern approaches to understanding information and knowledge are considered, and their comprehensive characteristics are given. The relationship between the categories “data”, “information” and “knowledge” is studied. A new essence understanding of categories “knowledge” and “enterprise intellectualization” is proposed. The knowledge types in the context of epistemological approach are singled out. Scientific novelty. The methodological knowledge essence basis is developed in the work. A classification of knowledge is proposed for better explicit and hidden knowledge management effectiveness differentiation and increasing in the context of innovative development is proposed. Practical significance of the obtained results. {"title":"GOODS AND CASH FLOWS AND MACROECONOMIC EQUILIBRIUM UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE MODEL OF A HIGHLY EFFICIENT NATIONAL ECONOMY","authors":"V. V. MYAMLIN","doi":"10.15802/rtem2023/280728","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15802/rtem2023/280728","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the research is to increase the effectiveness of the functioning of the \"mechanism\" of the national economy and to inform the scientific and economic public about possible alternative \"mechanisms\" of its functioning. The methodology consists in the use of a systemic approach, the method of aggregation, as well as the use of analogies borrowed from nature and from closed technical processes that have already been built and are successfully functioning on the basis of universal conservation laws. In the simulation modeling of this economic model, the methodology of the theory of piecewise linear aggregates was used. The results. It is shown how commodity and money flows will be directed in the conditions of functioning of the model of a highly efficient national economy. It is proven that the gross domestic product must correspond to the purchasing power of the population. At the same time, all the contradictions inherent in the modern economy and, above all, crisis phenomena are absent. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that for the first time scientifically based principles and rules of functioning, completely different from the existing economic model, have been adopted. For example, there is no such economic category as \"profit\", the price of goods is determined according to other principles, a new and very simple taxation system is proposed, the amount of money in the system is constantly and does not increase. The conceptual and terminological apparatus, which allows to form the appropriate theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of highly efficient functioning of the national economy, has gained further development. Practical significance of the research. The article examines the peculiarities of the accounting and regulatory nature of the activities of global marketing ecosystems and their components, which, most often, have different jurisdictions for the implementation of their business and economic activities, in the context of determining the main financial and economic indicators of their activities and the formation of various forms of reporting (accounting, financial, tax, management). Scientific novelty. The generalized stages of a methodical approach to the creation (improvement) of information and analytical support for the task of assessing financial and economic indicators of global marketing ecosystems have been defined. Practical value. The strengths and opportunities possessed by the economy of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, which have a positive effect on its development , are highlighted, but the weaknesses and threats that need to be paid special attention to in order to reduce and eliminate them are also given. It was noted that about 50% of all enterprises of the region are located in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk, which creates a discrepancy in the territorial development of the region in general. Goal. The purpose of the article is to highlight the factors that influence the economy of the region in order to form the priority areas of its development. Method. In the research process, general scientific methods were used, in particular: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization. Results. It is substantiated that in order to determine the factors that influence the development of the region's economy, it is advisable to divide them into conservative and progressive, which fully characterize social development and its interdependent spheres: social, economic and ecological components. Scientific novelty. It has been found that the Ivano-Frankivsk region has a favorable economic and geographical position that promotes cross-border cooperation with EU countries, rich natural resources and tourism potential, which distinguish it from other regions of the country and are positive conservative factors for the development of the region's economy. It was established that due to the low level of updating of equipment and technologies, the products of some enterprises of the region are not competitive, as they do not meet the standards of EU countries. It was also noted that a significant share of business entities is located in the regional center, which disrupts the territorial development of the region and is a negative phenomenon, as it contributes to the outflow of the population of working age and a number of socio-economic problems. Practical significance.
