Great attention is paid to solving organisational issues of increasing production capacity in order to produce finished products necessary for uninterrupted supply of the needs of the front and rear. The content of the article is mainly based on the materials of Moscow, Ivanovo and Yaroslavl regions, since it was their textile enterprises that bore the main burden of fulfilling defence orders during the period under review. To write it, the office materials of the People's Commissariat of the Textile Industry of the USSR, the State Planning Commission under the Council of People’s Commissars of the USSR, the State Defence Committee and the Office of Alexei Kosygin were used. Most of such information obtained in the State Archive of the Russian Federation, the Russian State Archive of Economics, the Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History and the State Archive of Ivanovo Region has been introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. When deceiving, the number of illustrative gestures and emblems that accompany human speech is reduced. Fear of exposure produces adaptive and resourceful gestures in motor production, which is aimed at satisfying the need for self-preservation and restoring mental homeostasis under stress. The team of authors classifies adaptive gestures as resource gestures in case of deliberate concealment of information. They include stroking and touching their own body. The authors analyse the ethological, psychological and anthropological aspects of the tactile kinesics of hominids, primates and Homo sapiens. The purpose of the work is a differentiated study of gestures-adapters in case of deliberate concealment of information from persons involved in the crime on the control questions of a structured survey conversation. The study involved 20 persons involved in sexual crimes against minors and 20 respondents aged 18 to 65 who were not involved in the crime. A comparative analysis revealed that rapport was quickly formed among uninvolved persons, emotional stress decreased, and the mechanism of psychological adaptation to the test was triggered. The persons involved dissociated from the verifier, their level of physiological stress increased, verbal and non-verbal “leaksˮ of information arose. Resource pantomime (trance gestures, manipulator gestures, self-cleansing gestures, grooming, adapter gestures) was observed in 95 % of the subjects. During deception, adapters were fixed in 40 % of horizontal and vertical strokes and 30 % of self-touches. The purpose of the work is to conduct a pragmatic analysis of the modern folklore text, including the determination of the author’s position, the pragmatic setting of the text and the types of pragmatic meanings of words. The research methods are linguo-sociological and comparative; semantic, structural and interpretive methods are used to conduct a pragmatic analysis of a modern folklore text. In the course of the study, the definition of school folklore and Internet lore was given, and a scheme for a pragmatic analysis of a modern folklore text was developed. The research material is classified by genre. {"title":"Soviet ideology in the reception of Joseph Brodsky (in terms of the poem \"Speech over Spilled Milk\")","authors":"Anna A. What acts as the material for analysis is the 1967 poem «Speech over Spilled Milk», which is not yet studied from this point of view. The traditional methods of the complex philological analysis of the text, as well as intertextual and receptive methods of researching the literary work are used in the article. The main motifs of the text, related to the actualisation of the Soviet ideology by the author, in particular, the reception of Karl Marx’s works by Joseph Brodsky, are revealed in the course of the work. We conclude that, by resorting to irony, Joseph Brodsky is polemicising with the central tenets of Soviet discourse. Joseph Brodsky understands «Sovietness» mainly as the triumph of collectivism over individualism, and the poet has no wish to be led by the impersonal majority, as long as he understands the notorious Soviet regime in this way. What emerges in the poem as an alternative to ochlocracy, the power of the mob, is the lyrical hero’s deeply personal God-seeking. Social gives way to metaphysical, and the poem ends with the hope of affirming the possibility of an individual dialogue with God, while the thesis of «loving neighbour» is not that important. It is proved in the article that the poem «Speech over Spilled Milk» by Joseph Brodsky is a complex semantic unity, built on the involvement and reinterpretation of several discursive systems, above all Soviet and Christian ones.","PeriodicalId":498361,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kostromskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta imeni N.A. The topic is contained in a professional methodological study of criticism of the Russian diaspora, in the aspect of their traditions and innovations. In order to clarify the most reliable and textually confirmed arguments, the following research methods are used: comparative-historical, conceptual, structural-semiotic and stylistic. The scientific novelty of the observations is due to the comparison of the scientific mythology of Prince Mirsky and Vadimir Nabokov (as literary personalities) and their categorical apparatus, in particular the parallels drawn in terms of the principles of critical analysis, the problems of speech worldview and the metaphorical style of their scientific thinking, both topical and insufficiently studied aspects of the creative heritage. The reader’s perception and personal assessment underlie their aesthetic verdicts, with methodological principle bringing together the positions of Prince Mirsky and Vladimir Nabokov, who analyse the evolution of aesthetic vision as a way of depicting life forms and reflecting our ideas about it in them. Prince Mirsky, just as well as later Vladimir Nabokov, assert an aesthetic approach, refusing to perceive literature as a sermon or a “photograph of contemporaneity, both appreciate the ontological meaning and ‟individual genius” in literature. As a result, a conclusion is made about the unique individual authors’ vision of the historical topology and conceptology of Russian literature as a semiotic category, the identification of its cultural codes, ‟landmarks”, ‟strokes”, ‟masterpieces”, which form the ‟cultural synthesis” of this unique phenomenon in the reader’s perception, expressed in a unique way, in other words, about the creation of the vice versa history of Russian literature (its modus vivendi).","PeriodicalId":498361,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Kostromskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta imeni N.A. This reform, apparently, was caused by secularisation and the insufficient level of education of monastics at that time. Based on the analysis of Alcuin’s works devoted to the topic of improving discipline, correcting morals and raising the level of education of monks (“General Exhortationˮ, “Letter on the Study of Sciencesˮ, letters), the author of the article looks for parallels with the “monasticˮ policy pursued by Charlemagne and tries to identify the degree Alcuin’s influence on the transformations being carried out at that moment in the monasteries – both through official documents, and through unofficial correspondence, and through his own deeds. The article proves that Alcuin, in his recommendations to the monks, referred to the early ascetic tradition, not only to the Rule of Benedict, but also to the writings of John Cassian the Roman. The typewritten text is kept in the Central State Archive of Literature and Art of St. Petersburg and was not available to a wide range of readers or researchers of Victor Sosnora’s creative work. The importance of publishing this work is connected, in particular, with the fact that in 2018 (a year before the author’s death) Palmira Publishing house published three books of Victor Sosnora’s works under his editorship. There may be an erroneous opinion that these books have absorbed the entire legacy of the author, thereby the question of the need to prepare a complete academic collection of Victor Sosnora’s works will not be raised in a timely manner. The publication of previously unknown works contributes to solving this problem. Within the framework of the conducted research, a detailed philological analysis of the poem “From the Windowˮ was performed. The phonetic, morphological, syntactic levels, the motif-figurative system, the problematic of the text are analysed. Allusions and reminiscences significant for understanding are revealed. Currently, there is a legislative vacuum both in regulating the activities of artificial intelligence in general, and in matters of criminal liability for the use of these objects. The author highlights two aspects of the designated problem. First, a decision is needed regarding the possibility of recognising the algorithm as the author of the work it creates and, accordingly, fixing the copyright on this object. Secondly, it is required to study the features of objective and subjective signs of criminal acts in relation to such works. Considering the problem in the context of the theory of intellectual property and the social conditionality of the criminal law protection of intellectual property objects, the author comes to the conclusion that at present there are no grounds for recognising artificial intelligence systems as authors of works. However, the exclusive rights to such objects should belong to the owners of the algorithms. Accordingly, such results of the work of artificial intelligence can be recognised as the subject of crimes against intellectual property. Stolypin's agrarian reform in the activities of State Duma deputies from Kostroma and Yaroslavl provinces, as well as the perception of Stolypin’s transformations by the population of those provinces. The sources are materials from metropolitan and provincial newspapers, as well as archival documents. The authors seek to identify to what extent Kostroma and Yaroslavl elected officials contributed to the implementation of the agrarian reform of the Prime Minister. The dynamics of parliamentary activity of the I–III State Dumas on the agrarian issue, legislative activity of elected officials, as well as their work in the province are studied on extensive factual material. It is important to trace the attitude of the Kostroma and Yaroslavl peasantry to the reform of P.A. Stolypin.
