It examines the influence of the drivers of new venture digitalization on small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Using a systematic literature review, the study developed a conceptual model to examine the drivers of new venture digitalization among Malaysian SMEs. The findings reveal the extent to which organizational factors such as size, ownership and international experience of firms can influence Malaysian SMEs’ new venture digitalization. It also indicates that individual and environment factors such as age, gender, and education; government intervention, competitors and customers pressure, Covid-19 health crisis, blockchain technology and fast broadband access have the potential to drive Malaysian SMEs’ new venture digitalization. This research used purposive sampling technique. This research used 24 consumer non-cyclical manufacturing companies with a total of 72 samples during the period. The result of this research was obtained by using application which was called Eviews-12 with regression analysis technique. By using the technique and application, the result show that profitability and company size have a significant effect on company’s value. Some gave up and closed their businesses. Some still survive and even continue to grow until now. For SMEs that persist, it is suspected that they have carried out a series of experiments so that their business survives. Experimental activities are carried out from modifying the product to changing the business model. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of subjective norms, namely family and closest friends, on the experimental behavior of SMEs mediated by intention. The theory of planned behavior is used to explain the relationship between these variables. The survey respondents are SME actors, totaling 35 people and running their businesses in Jakarta. The results showed that experimental behavior was influenced by intention, but subjective norms did not affect intention significantly. ARIMA is a time series forecasting method that was developed where the observation data in a time series data interact. Inflation instability in Denpasar City in the future will make it difficult for the central bank and the government to determine policy. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the value of inflation in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study is to estimate inflation in Denpasar City after Covid using the best ARIMA model. Inflation data was taken from BPS Denpasar City from January 2020 to August 2022. ARIMA analysis was carried out according to the Box-Jenkins procedure, namely searching the data, estimating parameters and significance tests, and determining the best ARIMA model. The results of the analysis show that the best ARIMA model is ARIMA (0,1,1). The results of this study indicate that monthly inflation in Denpasar City is likely to continue to increase. With the development of the company for the better, it will certainly affect the value of the company which will also increase. This study aimed at determining the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Institutional Ownership (INST) on the Value of Manufacturing Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that 56 companies were obtained. The research analysis method used was Panel Data Regression. Research sample was chosen by using some criteria that consist of banking sector companies registered and listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange & Bank Based on Business Activity II, III, IV group from 2017 to 2019. These criteria chose 37 banks as sample processed by e-Views 12 and Microsoft Excel application. Fraud triangle theory divides three fraud factors: pressure, opportunity, and rationalization. Pressure factor includes external pressure and financial target. Opportunity factor is reflected by monitoring variable, and rationalization factor consists of auditor change and accrual method variable. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 38 companies. The research data is panel data which is processed using Eviews 12. The results of this study are profitability has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity and growth in assets have no significant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, the moderating variable of business risk can be moderated by weakening the relationship between growth in assets and dividend policy. The cause of global warming is air pollution produced by engine fuels from various automotives that can produce carbon dioxide. This encourages people to be more concerned about the environment, including the automotive industry. The rise of the movement to care for the environment encourages automotive companies to make electric car products which can be a solution to reduce pollution. In recent years, electric cars have started to enter the market in Indonesia. However, this is not well received by the Indonesian people. This is related to the low purchase intention of the electric car itself. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and price sensitivity on consumer purchased intention of electric cars in Jakarta. This study uses data collected from 153 respondents who are people who at least are undergoing undergraduate studies and have knowledge of electric cars in Jakarta. The data was obtained by distributing an online questionnaire in the form of a google form through social media. The data is then processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study are attitude, subjective norm, and price sensitivity have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of electric cars in Jakarta. Meanwhile, senior citizens are encouraged to participate in community activities, and long-term care (LTC) resources are provided in the community. Previous studies have also mentioned that activity involvement and place attachment are more likely to affect activity satisfaction Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use place attachment as the mediating variable to explore the influence of the relationship between activity involvement and activity satisfaction. By the survey method, a total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, and 387 valid questionnaires were recovered. The analysis results revealed that activity involvement and place attachment has a significant positive influence with activity satisfaction respectively. Place attachment only has a mediating effect on the relationship between the self-expression (dimension of activity involvement) and the psychological satisfaction (dimension of activity satisfaction).
