The Covid-19 phenomenon has finally changed the way people live, from which initially they could meet face-to-face, but now meetings can only be done online. Of course, all industries are starting to adapt to the COVID-19 conditions, including the luxury fashion industry, which has experienced a decline in sales during the COVID-19 pandemic and has increased again through adaptation through social media. This is related to the purchase intention of luxury fashion consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect friends, celebrities, opinion leaders, social value, and personal value on purchase intention of luxury fashion consumers in Jakarta. This study uses data obtained from 215 respondents who are over 18 years old and are luxury fashion consumers who live in Jakarta. The data was obtained by distributing an online questionnaire in the form of a google form through social media. The data is then processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The research data was obtained directly from published financial reports for the 2018 – 2020 period for the manufacturing industry sector listed on IDX. Sample data was taken by purposive sampling method, namely data with certain criteria that have been selected for research purposes. The data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the application of the SPSS 25 statistical program. The results of the processed data test showed that dividend distributed was negatively affected by free cash flow and significant, dividend distributed was negatively and not significantly affected by DAR (Debt to Total Asset), while Current ratio had no positive effect. significant effect on dividend distributed. The key participant categories that are discussed in this essay are gender, nationality, educational background, and age. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach design because this research uses banking annual report data from the IDX website and firm’s website. For the 2018–2021 timeframe, the population of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was used in this study. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. This study has shown that diversity on Indonesian banking boards of directors can significantly improve banking performance. By demonstrating how the board of directors' diversity regarding nationality, educational background, and age may greatly enhance banking performance. This encourages the need for digital transformation for XYZ company to be able to survive in the agro-industry business. The application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) are challenges and opportunities for companies to carry out digital transformation. The existence of obstacles and challenges that need to be overcome by the company requires handling carried out in strategic and systematic steps in order to survive in the market. XYZ's challenges in implementing digital transformation lie in the level of penetration and understanding of digital technology, the use of technology that has not been maximized, and intense competition. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results showed they have a high expectation of being a self-employee rather that working in a well-known organisation and be able to understand the idea how these young entrepreneurs identify business opportunities and overcome challenges through self-attitudes toward unforeseen failure in business. Yers believe that they are the huge wave of movement to challenge and develop a globalisation throughout creativity and innovation. This has started to become a new culture, especially in Indonesia, with the existence of e-commerce it can also save time as we know we can make transactions through e-commerce anytime and anywhere without having to meet the seller in person. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of perceived quality, perceived value, perceived popularity, web design quality on Shopee consumer's repurchase intentions in West Jakarta (with satisfaction as a mediation). There are 234 respondents who are Shopee consumers in West Jakarta. The method used in this research is non-probability sampling by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form, then the data obtained is processed using SmartPLS version 3.2.9. The data population in this study amounted to 111 non-cyclical sector manufacturing companies, a non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling) by applying several criteria in this study. The data sample used is 75 data with 25 companies in the 2018-2022 period, where later the data will be processed using E-views ver.12 software. In this study, a classical assumption test was carried out using the multiple linear regression method and the suitable result for this study was the Random Effect Model (REM). This study aims to evaluate and confirm the relationship between pay, workplace motivation, and organizational commitment to driver performance. 1090 drivers make up the study's population. 235 drivers will be included in the sample for this study, which will be selected using a proportionate random sampling. The application of SmartPLS version 3.2.9 is utilized to test the data gathered in this study, and path analysis is employed to test hypotheses in the research. The results showed that the driver's performance was significantly influenced by pay, motivation, and organizational commitment. Compensation and work motivation have a significant impact on organizational commitment.
