This phenomenon is primarily a result of improved healthcare and reduced birth rates, leading to an unprecedented rise in the proportion of older individuals in society. The rapid growth in the ageing population is expected to increase twofold by 2050, reaching as high as 1.5 billion, up sixteen percent from the 2019, population. There are many challenges and issues arising for all countries with an ageing population due to the change in this demographic scenario. As many countries are involved in these issues, they are still waiting to face the challenges in the upcoming years. Thus, this study aims to acknowledge the issues of an ageing population in selected countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan, and Maldives. This study employs primary and secondary research methodologies. Using a questionnaire and telephone or mobile device interviews, a primary study of retired or near-retired senior adults is conducted. The results highlight the gaps between developing and developed countries regarding ageing population issues overall and aim to review the shortcomings of policies, challenges, issues, and others in the retirement of the ageing population. Embracing these challenges with foresight and compassion will be essential for shaping a sustainable and inclusive future for societies with increasingly diverse age demographics. The focus of this study was two: i) To explore the influence factors contributing to assignment plagiarism of Chinese private college students and ii) To explore the solutions to assignment plagiarism of Chinese private college students. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study design and posted a series of one-on-one semi-structured interviews with six graduates from private colleges in China. Twenty-one graduates applied, but only six of them met the criteria. This study adopted thematic analysis to explore participants' responses. This study reported that researchers found ten themes identified in this study of research question one. They are students with weak learning foundations; students expect to receive learning rewards; students hope for better development in the future; students do not judge and understand the standard of assignment plagiarism; lecturers lack guidance and supervision of students; lecturer assignments design is not reasonable; and others. In this research, the focus was on cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens (NFT), and metaverses that are considered part of the fintech industry, as they all involve technology to facilitate financial transactions and interactions. The insufficiency of quantitative academic literature on the factor influencing students’ acceptance of financial technologies resulting to have uncertainty on the local degree student’s attitudes and perceptions towards these emerging technologies. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the acceptance of financial technologies. A stratified sampling technique was utilized and 329 respondents were selected. This study used primary data which is by distributing the questionnaire in Google Form and the link was sent out via WhatsApp to collect the data. The independent t- test, one way ANOVA and multiple linear regression were applied in this study. The result of T-test indicates that the male students had higher mean value than female students in accepting the financial technology. Meanwhile, based on ANOVA, there was a significant mean difference in fintech acceptance between programmes. Hence, by using multiple linear regression, the significant factors influencing the acceptance of financial technologies were knowledge, openness, and social influences. In this regard, scholars suggest that he lived and wrote in “an age of anxiety” and this very “anxiety” is often attributed to “profound transformations in human modes of life” engendered by cultural and institutional practices of modern condition. In Eliot, one can easily sense this phenomenon particularly in his early poems. These poems are said to have embodied this “anxiety” with great depth. In this regard, The Waste Land considered as one of the representative poems of modernist English literature, captures the crisis and anxiety of his age provocatively. Here, he draws the picture of a cultural waste land of post war Europe where the traditional way of life was disintegrating through the decline of traditional values, authority and order. The waste-landers of Eliot, to a large extent, suffer from loss of faith, loss of social nature of personality that created fragmentations in their lives. In this paper, through a method of analytical understanding and interpretation of the poem The Waste Land relating to its social and historical contexts, we will make an understanding of it focusing nature and extent of cultural anxiety depicted by Eliot. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan temu bual terhadap dua pihak. Pihak pertama ialah majikan yang membekalkan perkhidmatan pekerja manakala pihak kedua ialah pekerja pembersihan yang bekerja di syarikat tersebut. Sebanyak 3 buah syarikat yang membekalkan pekerja pembersihan tempatan dan seramai 10 orang informan yang bekerja sebagai pekerja pembersihan yang dikenal pasti telah dipilih dalam melakukan kajian ini. In Malaysia, generally, the young learners face difficulties in their learning is due to their scarce vocabulary knowledge. This quasi-experimental study scrutinizes how the employment of images in Malaysian primary school level ESL classrooms via the adapted Picture Word Inductive Model (PWIM) effects on students’ ESL vocabulary breadth development. Both the experimental group (n=35) and control group (n=35) consisted of Malaysian national primary school Year 4 pupils. The vocabulary recall and retention of the two intact groups were collated. The data of the two groups were collected from pre-tests, post-tests, and delayed post-tests. These collected data were statistically analysed and assessed. The analysis shown that the Experimental group demonstrated higher recall and retention implying the efficacy of PWIM in enhancing the ESL vocabulary breadth knowledge recall and retention among Malaysian young learners. This study and its findings are of significance to shed light on the development of the ESL vocabulary research. Data dikumpul melalui soal selidik yang ditemu bual secara bersemuka. Data kajian adalah daripada persampelan berperingkat berstrata mengikut negeri dalam Malaysia. Terdapat 7857 responden yang berumur sekurang-kurangnya 13 tahun sehingga 60 tahun. Kaedah indeks korelasi digunakan dalam pembangunan indeks Budaya Sukan Malaysia (IBSM) yang holistik. Indeks menggunakan nilai peratusan antara 0 hingga 100; semakin besar peratusannya, semakin tinggi tahap budaya sukan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahawa tahap penglibatan sukan ialah 73.3%. Dengan mengambil kira semangat kesukanan ke dalam model tersebut, nilai Indeks Budaya Sukan Malaysia ialah 52%. Membahagikan responden kepada beberapa kumpulan mengikut indeks budaya sukan menunjukkan bahawa jantina, status perkahwinan, kumpulan umur, tahap pendidikan dan jenis pekerjaan adalah berbeza secara signifikan. Hasil analisis daripada indeks budaya sukan boleh digunakan untuk memperkayakan dasar negara bagi mewujudkan keadaan yang membolehkan orang ramai membudayakan sukan dalam kehidupan harian.
