It was developed in 1966 and has gone through five revisions. It has become a highly reliable and widely used important measure of creativity. With society's development, students' creativity has received widespread attention. Educators are also very interested in the creativity of university students. Nevertheless, in the teaching process, it is found that the creativity of university students' works is not high, especially for university students majoring in animation; if there is no creativity, there will be a lack of good work. The study adopts qualitative research by interviewing 12 Chinese university teachers on their experience of using TTCT-Figural. Furthermore, special interviews on its sub-item functions, usage methods, and applicability are also conducted. The MAXQDA software will summarize the data. Thus, the results show that TTCT-Figural has high applicability and practical significance to measure and evaluate university students' artistic creativity. The available literature suggests that teaching effectiveness starts from good planning, which should be evident in the documentation of lesson plans. However, when it comes to English teachers, their demanding roles that are attributed to the value-laden content, the grading of essays, the performance pressure of high-stake testing, and the requirement of culturally appropriate pedagogies (Loh & Liew, 2016) have caused the practice of writing lesson plans to be challenged, causing the effectiveness of the teaching to be jeopardised. English teachers in international schools are not exempted from facing this problem, yet little studies have been done on the teachers in this context. To achieve the purpose, this research adopts a case study design using document analysis and semi-structured interview to collect the data. The data were analysed quantitatively using a lesson plan rubric by Student Teacher Assessment Instrument (STAI) and thematic analysis, respectively. The study unveils that the teachers had a moderate level of lesson plan, suggesting a need for further support in lesson planning. The findings of this study will be helpful for English. Asnaf Micro-entrepreneurs represent a vulnerable group that requires support and intervention to enhance their capabilities and entrepreneurial competitiveness. This study employs a quantitative research approach and collects data from a sample of n = 308 UMA participants who have undergone various training programmes. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique is used to analyse the data. The research findings reveal a significant positive relationship between different dimensions of training and the competitiveness of UMAs. Firstly, knowledge and skill development shows a significant positive effect on UMAs competitiveness, emphasising the importance of equipping UMAs with the necessary knowledge and expertise. Secondly, mindset and attitude formation is found to significantly influence UMA competitiveness, highlighting the role of fostering a growth-oriented mindset and a positive attitude in entrepreneurial success. Thirdly, networking initiatives and collaboration is proven to have a significant positive relationship with UMA competitiveness, highlighting the importance of nurturing networks, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities. SIR Model is a versatile compartmental mathematical tool that may be used to simulate any pandemic dynamic, including the current Covid-19 out- break. In the conventional SIR model, the total population (N) is divided into three categories: susceptible(S), infected(I), and recovered(R). So, this research focused on finding the basic re- productive number, Ro of Covid-19 by using the Next Generation Matrix. Ro is greater than 1 means viruses begin to spread the population and Ro less than 1 means disease is about to vanish from the population. It is also analyze and compare the transmission of Covid-19 with and without vaccination. To apply this, the data from government websites is used to find the total number of cases and recover. With the help of mathematical software such as Maple to find the result of the graph. From the result produce from Maple, it can be observed that the slope of with vaccination is bigger than the slope of without vaccination. It clearly shows the comparison between them. Kajian ini menggunakan alat psikometrik yang disahkan seperti Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan DASS-21 untuk mengukur burnout, stres, kebimbangan dan kemurungan dalam kalangan anggota. Seramai 371 orang anggota pasukan payung terjun menyertai kajian ini. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan korelasi positif dan signifikan antara burnout dengan stres, kebimbangan, dan kemurungan dalam kalangan anggota payung terjun Batalion ke-8 Rejimen Renjer Diraja. Berdasarkan ujian Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), anggota pasukan payung terjun menunjukkan mereka mengalami gejala burnout yang rendah. Manakala keputusan ujian DASS-21 menunjukkan anggota mengalami tahap stress yang normal, kebimbangan yang serdahana dan kemurungan yang ringan. Persekitaran dan bidang kerja yang berisiko mendorong kepada wujudnya tekanan secara fizikal dan mental dalam kalangan anggota tentera payung terjun. Seterusnya menyebabkan gejala burnout terjadi dan ia memberi kesan yang buruk kepada kesejahteraan psikologi anggota tentera payung terjun di Kem Terendak, Melaka. Kajian ini mendedahkan kepentingan pengesanan awal dan strategi intervensi untuk mengesan gejala burnout dalam kalangan pasukan payung terjun. Tujuan utama terjemahan intralingual diakronik adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah teks yang lebih bersifat kontemporari kepada pembaca sasaran. Terdapat banyak teknik yang sesuai diaplikasikan dalam terjemahan intralingual diakronik bergantung kepada ciri-ciri bahasa Melayu klasik itu sendiri. Walau bagaimanapun, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mencerakin teknik pengubahsuaian yang berlaku dalam terjemahan manuskrip Melayu ‘Hikayat Abdullah’ (Hamzah, 2007) daripada bahasa Melayu klasik kepada bahasa Melayu moden berlandaskan ciri-ciri bahasa Melayu klasik. Bagi tujuan tersebut, kajian ini dijalankan dengan mengaplikasikan pendekatan kualitatif yang menjurus kepada bentuk analisis secara deskriptif. This study applies a doctrinal approach by examining statutory provisions, courts’ judgments and secondary sources. Through a detailed analysis of two landmark cases – Nordin Salleh and Khaliq Mehtab – this study uncovers the underlying challenges within Malaysia's political landscape. The analysis illuminates the judicial position in Nordin Salleh and the departure in Khaliq Mehtab’s cases; to which contrasting judicial positions were taken by the then Supreme Court in the former and the Federal Court in the latter. In light of these findings, the study underscores the critical need for robust and adaptable political institutions capable of withstanding such disruptions, thereby fostering a stable and resilient democracy. Furthermore, this study draws attention to the 2022 constitutional amendment addressing party hopping, acknowledging it as a positive step towards enhancing stability. However, it also highlights the existing gaps in the reforms, particularly in light of the pending application in court. Preliminary research indicates that very few private higher education institutions (PHEI) has developed GSA to increase students’ generic skills among students that will directly improve graduates’ employability level. The research objective addressing 2 different research question. Firstly, to investigate components of GSA for students in Private Higher Education in Johor Bahru. Secondly, to investigate cultivation of GSA among students in PHEI. Qualitative research was conducted among students in Private Higher Education in Johor Bahru to investigate the cultivation of GSA and the research outcome is narrated through Case Study research design. Data saturation achieved through the participation of 9 students. Thematic Technique has been employed to process and analyse the data from semi-structured interview question. Results show that students cultivated components of GSA, namely leadership skills, moral and professional ethics, entrepreneurship skills, continuous learning, teamwork, critical thinking skills and communication skills throughout teaching and learning. Injection of extra curriculum module by Students Affairs Department helps students to improve GSA. It is partially based on a study conducted in 2018 that produced a typological framework mapping the workflow and exercise of discretion amongst officers of the Malaysian Department of Social Welfare (DSW) who handle child welfare cases. In this revisit to the framework, the authors shed some new information into the context of the framework, particularly regarding the exercise of discretion amongst the officers. The authors explored the relationship between bureaucracy and discretion and concluded that they exist on a continuum and are not mutually exclusive. The repercussion of this is this that discretionary actions of SLBs can be interpreted as an expression of professionalism on behalf of the SLBs.
