Using cultural embeddedness theory as the theoretical basis, this paper examines the current situation of pluralistic governance in aging communities and its problems using fieldwork and case study methods, taking communities in Beijing, China, as a case study. This paper finds that for the new commercial housing communities, most of the elderly come from foreign countries, and there are difficulties in endogenous cultural embedding due to different cultural backgrounds and ideologies. In the old central enterprise family home-type community, most elderly people have lived here since childhood and formed a consistent ideology. Still, due to the path dependence in the era of the central enterprise management community, the elderly have difficulties in exogenous cultural embeddedness, such as promulgating new policies and collecting fees. Based on this, this paper draws the following three conclusions: firstly, the multi-body governance of aging communities in many countries is currently in its infancy and needs some time to be perfected. Second, the ideology of the elderly greatly influences the cultural embedding of community governance. Through virtual technology, a virtual fitting room replicates a real fitting setting. Virtual fitting rooms have given people far more convenience than conventional fitting rooms. The use of virtual changing rooms is expanding rapidly along with society’s rapid growth. This paper investigates and validates the effect of interactive experience in virtual fitting rooms on customer purchase intention using a combination of questionnaire surveys and experimental research. However, shopping confidence is directly associated with purchase intention and does not influence buy intention through the mediator. The research findings demonstrate that the association between shopping enjoyment and purchase intention is mediated by perceived VDR information content. This essay explores the potential of employing the framing effect as a strategic tool to inspire individual involvement in mitigating climate change. Framing, representing certain perceived reality through language, can significantly influence decision-making. This research examines how positive and negative ways of discussing climate change affect people. It uses experiments and surveys involving 300 participants to understand how individuals react to different ways of framing the issue. Following psychological theories by Tversky and Kahneman, the study looks at specific aspects of framing, like actions and outcomes, to see how people respond. The goal is to understand how these framing techniques influence people’s engagement with climate change. The research assesses participants’ responses, considering demographic factors like age, gender, and political affiliation. The study aims to elucidate whether framing can bridge the gap between climate change awareness and action through statistical analyses and correlation tests. Preliminary expectations suggest that positive framing might inspire proactive measures, while negative framing could invoke fear-driven actions. By understanding the nuances of framing effects, this research sheds light on individual decision-making and offers vital insights into climate change communication strategies.
