Animals are constantly affected by various stress factors due to the peculiarities of the technology of maintenance. Since it is impossible to fully exclude the effect of stress factors, an important role in minimizing negative consequences is played by optimizing the conditions of housing, as well as increasing the resistance and ability of the animal organism to adapt. The purpose of this work is to realize the biopotential of the reproductive qualities of replacement pigs by the immune correction of the animal body with PigStim-V and PigStim-F preparations. For the experiment, 30 suckling pigs (females) were formed into 3 groups of 10 animals each. The pigs of the 1st experimental group were injected intramuscularly the immunotropic preparation PigStim-V at a dose of 1 ml per head three times, on the 15th, 20th and 25th days of life. Pigs of the 2nd experimental group were injected the immunotropic preparation PigStim-F by the similar scheme. No immunotropic drugs were injected to pigs of the control group. Insemination of pigs was carried out in the 4th estrus, at the age of 7.5-8 months and at the optimal live weight. A positive effect of the immunotropic preparations PigStim-V and PigStim-F on the reproductive qualities of replacement pigs was revealed. In the experimental groups, an earlier start of estrus, a decrease in the age of the first insemination, and an increase in its effectiveness have been noticed. The experiment was carried out on lactating Holstein cows of 3-5 lactation with diagnosed subclinical mastitis. The cows were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 (n=13) – cows with no previous cases of mastitis and with no antibiotics given to prevent mastitis during the dry period; Group 2 (n=15) – cows with no previous cases of mastitis, which were injected azithromycin as preventive measures, and received a drug based on cefapirin intercisternally, within the drying off period; and Group 3 (n=11) – cows, that had previously undergone mastitis treatment (2-3 times). The animals from groups 1 and 2 were injected azithromycin and received a drug based on cefapirin intercisternally, within the drying off period, as well as cephalosporins of the 3rd generation injected during the postpartum period. It was found that the treatment efficacy of cows from group 1 was 84.6%, and in groups 2 and 3 was lower by 37.9 and 48.2%, respectively. Therefore, the identification and study of antigens that can reduce reproductive function is of great importance for understanding their relationship with infertility and with antisperm antibodies. The physiological features of native and frozen-thawed sperm of cats with different antigenic profile of erythrocytes by blood groups were established. The mobility of native spermatozoa was the lowest in cats of blood group AB, which is 6.45% less (P<0.001) than the mobility of spermatozoa in animals with blood group A and 6.73% less (P<0.001) than the activity of spermatozoa in cats with the blood group blood B. The concentration in all ejaculates was from 78 to 425 million / ml. The highest sperm concentration was in cats with blood type AB, which is 0.64 million/ml more than in blood group B and 32.57 million/ml more (P<0.01) in cats with blood type A. The largest number of pathological forms of spermatozoa were found by us in cats with blood type AB, which is 4.34% more (P<0.05) from blood group A and 5.15% more (P<0.05) from cats with blood type B. The data obtained allow us to conclude that for the creation of cryobanks of sperm production, cats with blood type A or B are most desirable. blood group B and 5.55% more (P<0.01) from animals with blood group AB. It has been established that disorders in the functional activity of the genital gonads in cows occur against the background of an increase in the relative expression level of genes of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β - by 1.56 and 2.11 times, IL-2 - by 1.41 and 2.29 times, TNFα - by 19.5 and 48.8%), while reducing anti-inflammatory ones (IL-4 - by 27.6 and 37.9%, IL-10 - by 8.3 and 36.1%). An imbalance between the expression level of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the blood of cows is one of the etiological factors leading to hormonal imbalance and the development of hypofunctional ovarian disorders. The administration of a drug based on gm-csf to cows during insemination once at a dose of 5.0 ml to normalize the functional activity of the ovaries in case of their hypofunctional state with anovulation phenomena contributed to a decrease in the expression level of IL-1β by 27.3%, IL-2 – by 16.7%, TNFα – by 8.2%, with an increase in the expression of IL-4 by 4.8%, IL-10 – by 6.1%, which ensured a clinical efficacy of 86.7%.
