 Abstract. Participative leadership is leadership that provides significant space and roles to subordinates in carrying out decision-making process activities. Participative is related to the level of maturity from medium to high. A follower or subordinate at this level of development has the ability but not the desire to perform a given task. Their unwillingness is often due to a lack of confidence. However, the Head of KP2KP Gunungsitoli has not been optimal in carrying out participatory leadership to improve service quality at KP2KP Gunungsitoli. Where the Head of KP2KP Gunungsitoli seems less assertive in conveying important information and less involved in developing the skills and career opportunities of employees and PPNPN. This study aims to determine the strategy of optimizing participatory leadership to improve the quality of tax services. Based on the research results, the strategies for optimizing participatory leadership to improve the quality of tax services are providing training, development and additional learning to employees and PPNPN on a regular basis, evaluating employees and PPNPN on a regular basis, building a work culture that encourages collaboration, where employees are valued for their contribution in sharing knowledge and working together to achieve common goals, making the decision-making process and tax implementation more transparent and accountable, ensuring that tax guides, brochures, and other information provided to taxpayers are easy to understand and available online or offline.

Analisis data pada penelitian ini memakai pendekatan PLS-Structural Equation Modelling(SEM) menggunakan Software SMART PLS. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat.

Menentukan reksa dana yang baik tidak terlepas dari beberapa asumsi pribadi, pengetahuan tentang reksa dana dan pengaruh dari informasi-informasi yang banyak tersebar di media. Salah satu aspek yang dapat dilakukan investor sebelum menempatkan dananya ke dalam reksa dana yaitu dapat melakukan analisa portofolio kinerja reksa dana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel rate of return, investor trust, fund longevity serta dimoderasi oleh variabel asset under management terhadap kinerja reksa dana. Periode penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder sebanyak 85 reksa dana yang diperoleh dari website perusahaan dan website Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis dengan moetode SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkah bahwa variabel rate of return, investor trust, dan fund longevity terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja reksa dana. Peran asset under management terbukti mampu memoderasi pengaruh variabel investor trust dan fund longevity terhadap kinerja reksa dana.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada industri perbankan di Indonesia, dengan ukuran bank sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi data panel. Data yang digunakan berasal dari laporan keuangan 36 bank umum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2021. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, ditemukan bahwa BOPO berpengaruh negatif, NPL dan CAR berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas bank. Sementara itu, DER tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Selain itu, ukuran bank terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara BOPO, NPL, CAR dengan profitabilitas bank. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa manajemen bank perlu mengelola rasio keuangan seperti BOPO, NPL, dan CAR secara optimal untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas, dengan mempertimbangkan ukuran bank.

Then it developed into smaller discs, then added cassettes and radio. In this modern era, music preservation is received through online applications, and one application that provides these services is Spotify. But this success does not cover the importance of service factors to compete with other brands competitively. Therefore, this study uses quantitative methods to examine the factors influencing consumer loyalty as seen from the community's involvement, experience, Trust, and commitment to the Spotify brand. The Sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling approach. Data was collected using a purposive sampling technique, taking 351 respondents with had experience using the Spotify application. The measurement model for the inner model in this study was analyzed using AMOS 26. In the internal model, testing was discovered by using this study's R2, discriminant, and fitness models.  Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance terhadap work engagement melalui work meaningfulness sebagai mediasi pada gig workers, spesifik pada pengemudi ojek online di Indonesia khususnya di Surabaya dan sekitarnya. Objek penelitian dipilih karena fenomena profesi sebagai pengemudi ojek online di Indonesia berjumlah 2,7juta karena fleksibilitas yang ditawarkan dan terbukti mengurangi TPT (Tingkat Pengangguran Terpadu). Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data survey menggunakan kuisioner pada 491 orang pengemudi ojek online roda dua. Data diolah menggunakan structural equation modelling dengan software AMOS. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah work-life balance memiliki pengaruh pada work meaningfulness dan work engagement, work meaningfulness memiliki pengaruh pada work engagement, dan work meaningfulness dapat memediasi pengaruh antara work-life balance terhadap work engagement. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi tambahan literasi penelitian terhadap objek gig workers khususnya pengemudi ojek online karena gig workers bukanlah karyawan tetap dari suatu perusahaan.

Aplikasi Tiket.com membutuhkan untuk para pelanggan terus melakukan pembelian melalui aplikasinya dengan memahami seberapa mudah berinteraksi dan menggunakan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik Nonprobability Sampling pada 200 konsumen yang sebelumnya pernah menggunakan dan melakukan transaksi pada aplikasi Tiket.com. Teknik analisis data memakai analisis deskriptif dan dengan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi kemudahan terhadap persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, serta pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat beli ulang melalui persepsi manfaat. Dalam kategori produk perawatan kulit, Avoskin menempati peringkat kelima di antara pesaing lokal. Akibatnya, minat dan penjualan konsumen untuk Avoskin menurun karena masih kalah dengan kompetitor sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari hasil variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Image terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 115 responden berusia 16-29 tahun, pengguna aktif media sosial TikTok yang mengetahui akun TikTok @avoskinbeauty, berdomisili di JABODETABEK dan Kota Bandung. Pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows. Hasil dari penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Image terhadap Minat Beli. Rekomendasi penelitian untuk Avoskin yaitu meningkatkan minat beli konsumen dengan bekerja sama dengan influencer TikTok yang lebih populer. With the increasing in advanced technology and digitization, it has encouraged several industries to transform their business process, including the printing industry. Conventional printing products are starting to be abandoned by prospective customers because they are considered to be irrelevant and efficient. This is the background for several printing companies to diversify their products to maintain business continuity. PT. XYZ started its business development by establishing a new label and packaging product division, which is predicted to still have a lot of demand in the next few years. Data collection is done by interviews and secondary data. In this research, an analysis of the company's external and internal factors in the new division of packaging labels will be carried out using PESTEL and VRIO analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is then used as the basis for determining a business development strategy using the TOWS matrix so that it can compete and is able to maintain overall business continuity. Abstrak. Dengan semakin meningkatnya kemajuan teknologi dan digitalisasi, mendorong beberapa industri untuk melakukan transformasi dalam bidang usahanya, termasuk pada industri percetakan. Produk percetakan konvensional mulai ditinggalkan calon pelanggan karena dinilai sudah tidak relevan dan efisien. Hal tersebut melatarbelakangi beberapa perusahaan percetakan untuk melakukan diversifikasi produk untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usaha. PT. XYZ memulai pengembangan usahnya dengan pendirian divisi baru produk label dan kemasan, yang diprediksi masih memiliki banyak permintaan dalam beberapa tahun kedepan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan analisa faktor ekternal dan internal perusahaan pada divisi baru label kemasan dengan menggunakan analisis PESTEL dan VRIO.
