This study explores the development and application of a decision support system (DSS) using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Various entities are evaluated based on a set of critical criteria. Using the TOPSIS approach, entities were systematically ranked, offering a clear directive for optimal resource allocation. This study provides a significant tool for resource management, offering a transparent, objective, and data-driven process. However, DSS should complement other qualitative and contextual considerations in the decision-making process. Future research directions include the integration of temporal data, broadening the set of criteria, and the inclusion of machine learning for dynamic decision-making. However, there are still many teachers in elementary schools who have not implemented hots learning as a whole, both in terms of learning models, media, and assessments, because there are no guidelines or modules related to the implementation of HOTS, especially at the elementary school level. This condition certainly requires an adaptation process that is not easy and also includes synthesizing, analyzing, reasoning, comprehending, applying, and evaluating. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of HOTS in elementary schools, using learning models, media, and assessment. In this experiment, a narrative review was used with a database search and thematic analysis. The criteria used also emphasized the articles from various sources, such as national and international scientific journals, related topics, the last 5 years of publication within 2018-2022, and full-text pdf versions in ERIC and Mendeley. From this process, a total of 11 articles were subsequently analyzed. Based on the results, the following was obtained, (1) several learning models stimulated, trained, developed, and improved HOTS in elementary school students, using project and problem-based learning, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), inquiry, problem determination and solution, concept construction and analysis, as well as RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create). (2) Learning media capable of developing HOTS include question-based fun thinkers, Android-based word search educational games, and a related crossword puzzle. (3) HOTS assessments were carried out using the Two-Level Multiple Choices Test (TTMCT) instrument. This led to the establishment of the criteria for students’ product evaluations, using formative and summative assessments, self, peer, and teacher-evaluation incorporation, as well as HOTS question development. From these results, teachers need to use various learning models, media, and assessments. Character education in schools is difficult because student character issues persist. The amount of moral crisis cases suggests that educational institutions are failing to transform student character. This study aimed to determine the implementation of character education policies in schools, the role of teachers in character education, and the role of parents in character education, character education models. This research was conducted using quantitative research using the one-group pretest-posttest design method. In the research, the sampling was carried out by means of saturated sampling. The sample of this study were 30 students of grade seven in junior high school. Based on the results of this study, the results of hypothesis testing using the non-parametric Smirnov test using SPSS 21 can be concluded that (tcount ttable) with tcount = 10.30 ttable = 2.035. Then Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected so that it can be concluded that the application of character education based on local wisdom is an implication of character conditions that are reduced by various impacts of current scientific and technological advances. The nature of this research might be characterised as descriptive. The sample for this study consisted of 564 individuals who were enrolled as students in the Faculty of Sports and Health Education, specifically in the Physical Education study programme for the Bachelor programme for the academic years of 2019-2022. The sample in this study amounted to 164 people. Sampling withdrawal using random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distribution instrument with a Likert scale to respondents who had been assigned to the subject as the research sample. This study's factors and theoretical studies determine instrument arrangement. This study's factors are students, infrastructure and facilities, teaching staff (method, lecture atmosphere, guidance, material ready), faculty leader administration, and semester study load (credits). An instrument validity test was performed utilising a user test with 80% valid question items to determine measurement validity. Descriptive research results were obtained as follows, namely: (1) Students 59.18% sufficient category, (2) Infrastructure and facilities obtained 54.75% Enough category, (3) Teaching staff (method, lecture atmosphere, guidance, material readiness ) obtained 60.67 in the Good category, (4) administration of the faculty leadership obtained 60.67% in the Good category, and (5) Semester study load (credits) obtained 60.29% in the Good category. The research at hand addresses two key aspects: firstly, the religious consciousness among students attending State Senior High institution Kendari, and secondly, the implementation of Islamic teaching inside the institution. The data for this study were obtained through interview methods, participatory observation, and document analysis. The data analysis methodologies employed included data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The present investigation revealed that the educational curriculum employed at the institution under scrutiny was the 2013 Islamic religious education curriculum. Based on the findings, it was determined that the level of religious awareness among students in this educational institution did not meet the anticipated standards. The 2013 curriculum serves as a metric for evaluating the religious views of students. This measure was implemented to ascertain if the religious beliefs held by the pupils were influenced by the teachings provided by their religion instructor within the educational institution. The correlation between the scope and diversity of Islamic religious education and the quantity and proficiency of Islamic religious education instructors inside this educational institution is not linear. The number of instructors responsible for delivering Islamic education within this educational institution is limited to a total of five individuals. A significant proportion of individuals has Master's degrees, indicating a high level of education attainment. It enables students and educators to cultivate an autonomous mindset. The curriculum implemented by Merdeka fosters an environment that promotes active and creative learning. Furthermore, it is imperative that the curriculum of Merdeka incorporates learning activities for each topic that align with the desired results and profile of Students of Pancasila. This study aimed to conduct a needs analysis of the Curriculum of Merdeka-based electronic students worksheet (E-LKPD) for tenth-grade students at a public senior high school in Palembang. The objective of this study was to enhance the attributes and requirements of students in class X throughout their study of the Indonesian language in senior high school. The research employed a mixed methods design, incorporating both qualitative and classroom action research methodologies. The study results indicated that a significant proportion of students, specifically 67.2%, expressed a need for interactive and digital teaching materials. These materials would imitate items observed through the utilisation of E-LKPD, which has been enhanced with interactive features. According to the findings, a significant proportion of students, namely 43%, shown a lack of proficiency in composing observation report texts. This research was carried out to describe how important the application of adolescent psychology is in increasing the learning motivation of students at a state Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Palu. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach. Interviews was employed to collect the data. Meanwhile, the data analysis process carried out in this study used deductive and inductive techniques. The results of this study then found that learning motivation for students was strongly influenced by their psychological development. Therefore, problems in fiqh learning activities can be solved by increasing student motivation through an adolescent psychology approach. The type of research used is qualitative research using a comparative descriptive method. The data in this study are sentences that contain forms of discrimination. Sentences that contain racial discrimination are obtained through the utterances or utterances of the narrator, the utterances or utterances of the characters, and the actions of the characters in both novels. Data collection techniques using reading and note techniques. The data validation technique uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques using descriptive techniques. The results of the study show that both novels have similarities and differences, there are three kinds of discrimination, namely ethnocentrism discrimination (attitudes comparing cultures), xenophobic discrimination (hate and dislike), stereotype discrimination (generalizing attitudes towards a group). The similarities between these two novels are the setting in which racial discrimination occurred during the colonial era and the victims of racial discrimination, namely the natives themselves. The difference between the two novels is the setting where racial discrimination occurs. The setting in the first novel is Indonesia, while the setting in the second novel is Congo, Africa. Group direction can be used as one strategy to enhance student connection and communication. The aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of value integration-based learning on student communication interactions. The type of research used is pre-experimental. The sample size is 21 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The observations showed an increase in student communication interactions in a conducive and Islamic direction, meaning that group guidance based on the integration of Islamic values was \"effective\" in increasing student communication interactions. In addition, based on the calculation of the coefficient value, the effect size also shows the number 0.69. This figure is included in the \"medium\" category. The results of this study then found a positive and very significant relationship between mastery of educational research methodology material and the quality of the thesis. Then a positive and very significant relationship was also found between the level of student mastery of the statistics course material and thesis quality.
