By studying the experimental questionnaire administered by W. Steven Rholes to parents with avoidant attachment prenatally and postnatally, respectively, the results showed that they had low satisfaction with parenting and high levels of stress. It was also found through a study of the incidence of psychological disorders in offspring that the harm suffered by mothers at an early age can lead to avoidant attachment and severely affect their offspring, even to the point of developing anxiety disorders in adolescence.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"116 30","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141126451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On one side stand the obedient students, absorbing knowledge from their teachers unconditionally, and on the other side stand their non-compliant counterparts who are prone to disrupt the prescribed order, labeled as the black sheep of the academic flock. In education, obedience and conformity are celebrated, while noncompliance is stigmatized. Researchers often focus on strategies to control disruptive behavior, perpetuating teacher-centered approaches that maintain power imbalances. However, disruptive behavior is not just defiance. It's a response to an oppressive educational paradigm. This study delves into the narrative of these disruptive students, exploring their resistance to an educational system with intrinsic oppressive nature and the obstacles they encounter in their pursuit of liberation. The theoretical framework of this study is mainly constructed upon Freires critical pedagogy theory and literature on power dynamics to examine power dynamics in education settings and to understand students resistant behavior and why it fails to provoke change.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"114 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141126708","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, to examine the hindering factors requires research of its breath and underlying mechanisms from an interdisciplinary approach. This paper begins by reviewing the gender education in relation to its concept and significances. The main influencing factors are then explored from a macro-environmental perspective, including supportive policies, economic conditions, and relevant talents. Research shows that the significant considerations should be given to lack of top-level policy support, high learning stress on learners, insufficient distribution of economic funds, current situation of gender opposition, and stereotypes and the solidification of Feudal ideas. For suggestions related to gender equality education, in addition to improving sex education, from the perspective of women of all ages, Asian fertility policies and corporate maternity leave policies need to be further optimized. The specific implementation of gender equality education courses can refer to examples from other developed regions outside East Asia, while encouraging the development of peoples thinking and creating an open, equal, and free new society.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"117 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141126718","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article delves into the nuanced interplay of motives driving sacrificial behaviors in romantic partnerships. \"Sacrifice\" in this context refers to forsaking immediate desires for the betterment of the relationship or a partner's happiness. Through the lenses of social exchange theory, attachment styles, self-determination theory, love, emotional connection, commitment, and cultural influences, this paper explores when, why, and how individuals are inclined to make sacrifices in romantic relationships. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries in the face of excessive sacrifice, highlighting the delicate balance between dedication and well-being within relationships. This comprehensive analysis offers insights into the intricate dynamics that underlie selflessness in the context of love, devotion, and intimate connections.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"116 22","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141126457","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study synthesizes existing knowledge on the origins, classification, and emergence of anxiety disorders, underscoring the significant role of childhood trauma. The etiology of anxiety disorders is multifactorial, entwining genetic predispositions with environmental stressors. Familial patterns and neurochemical dysregulations, particularly concerning serotonin and dopamine, are implicated in their pathogenesis. Empirical evidence points to both genetic and neurobiological factors, including emotional processing abnormalities and neurophysiological deviations, as influential in the manifestation of anxiety disorders. Additionally, environmental aspects like childhood trauma and sustained stress are confirmed as pivotal in exacerbating these disorders. Extensive examinations demonstrate a persistent and affirmative association between the emergence of anxiety-related illnesses and childhood trauma. These traumatic experiences contribute to psychiatric vulnerabilities, notably in anxiety and depressive disorders. Moreover, maladaptive coping mechanisms resulting from early trauma, such as substance misuse, may indirectly escalate anxiety and depressive symptoms, compounding the individual's struggle with stress and anxiety. The evidence establishes a stark connection between childhood trauma and anxiety disorders, advocating for targeted prevention and intervention strategies. The study also calls for nuanced future research, particularly across diverse cultural backgrounds, to enhance the understanding and treatment of anxiety disorders. These insights carry significant weight for educational, therapeutic, and familial interventions, promoting a proactive stance on childhood trauma's psychological aftermath.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"10 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140241710","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through kernel density analysis and standard deviation ellipses, the study examines the spatial characteristics of mutual property right housing from 2017 to 2022. It further elucidates the spatial distribution differences between affordable housing and public service facilities, revealing an overall outer-ring, multi-centered, and ring-shaped distribution pattern. The areas with higher suitability for spatial layout are Qingpu District, Minhang District, Baoshan District, and Pudong New Area. Suggestions for optimizing spatial layout are proposed to provide reasonable site planning recommendations for mutual property right housing in Shanghai and other cities, promoting the healthy and sustainable development of affordable housing construction in China.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"12 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140241780","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study will delve into these strategies to determine their effectiveness in addressing modern global challenges. Multilateralism is based on the principles of collective action and international cooperation, involving the participation of multiple countries through formal international institutions. It has formed important global agreements and policies in history. On the other hand, multilateralism proposed by Geoffrey Wiseman in 1999 represents a more flexible approach to incorporating non-state actors such as non-governmental organizations, businesses, and civil society into the diplomatic process. This method makes international interactions more dynamic and detailed. This study provides an in-depth analysis of these two methods through case studies on key issues such as climate change, international security, and global health crises. By evaluating the role and influence of the United Nations and various non-governmental organizations, this article compares the comprehensiveness (but often slow in action) of multilateralism with its flexibility (but sometimes weaker in authority). Finally, this study argues that multilateralism provides a platform for global consensus and legitimacy, while multilateralism brings adaptability and innovation to diplomacy. Moreover, this study argues that a hybrid approach that leverages the advantages of multilateral and multilateral mechanisms may be key to effectively addressing the complex diplomatic challenges of the 21st century.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"15 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140242310","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Neologism is a linguistic phenomenon, which is the product and reflection of the development and change of language. According to statistics, there are currently more than 600 million native English speakers in the world, and one-third of the world's population speaks English as a second language. This shows the importance of English as a universal language. Consequently, English inevitably produces many new words with the rapid changes in social life. This paper delves into the origins and mechanisms behind neologisms in the English language. This study aims to explore the dynamic processes that drive vocabulary expansion by examining vocabulary innovation, borrowing, and integration. Based on grasping the concept of English neologisms, this paper discusses the origin and derivation of English neologisms through the study of dictionaries and monographs, and a large number of examples of neologisms. The study found that the sources of English neologisms are mainly divided into three aspects, namely, traditional word formation, new meanings of old words in modern English, and the fusion of foreign words and native words.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"4 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140242980","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, museums are gradually emerging as an indispensable \"third space\" in the city. Therefore, it is necessary for us to think deeply about how to achieve a complementary and mutually beneficial relationship between museums and public art. This paper takes the spirit of place as theoretical guidance, combines examples of domestic and foreign museums, and specifically analyzes the design path for museums to build public art to shape the spirit of place. This paper studies how museum public art can narrate strategies from external spaces, use media to restore internal scenes, fit in with the natural environment, and explore the \"third space\" of urban spirit is constructed from four aspects of regional context.
