{"title":"Pengaruh Stuktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia","authors":"","doi":"10.30596/maneggio.v6i2.15275","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30596/maneggio.v6i2.15275","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan riset ini guna menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Modal (DER), Ukuran Perusahaan (SIZE), serta Profitabilitas (ROI) kepada Nilai perusahaan (PBV). Informasi yang dipakai pada studi ini didapatkan dari Laporan Keuangan Publikasi Tahunan perusahaan industri yang tertera pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 –2021. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang dipakai ialah dengan total sampel sejumlah 33 perusahaan industri yang tertera pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019–2021. Menggunakan teknik analisis ialah uji statistik dengan metode regresi berganda serta digunakan uji hipotesis yakni uji F serta uji T yang sebelumnya sudah dilaksanakan uji asumsi klasik sebelumnya. Hasil riset membuktikan jika dengan bersama-sama DER, SIZE, serta ROI memengaruhi PBV. Dengan cara parsial, DER berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Variabel SIZE tidak memengaruhi serta tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. ROI berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan kepada PBV. Dari penelitian ini didapat nilai koefisien determinasi (R 2 ) dengan angka 0,255, hal itu berarti jika 25,5% variabel PBV bisa diuraikan oleh variabel DER, SIZE, ROI, serta selebihnya dengan angka 74,5% diuraikan oleh faktor lain di luar riset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang beberapa hal, yaitu: (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja, (2) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, (3) gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab, dan (4) kendala-kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Tanjung Tiram Kabupaten Batu Bara sebanyak 45 orang dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji t dan Uji F, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (versi 24.00). Secara parsial kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial analisis jabatan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial fasilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. The sample in this study used the saturated sampling method totaling 67 employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) TPK Perawang. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation and questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach. Data processing in this study using the IBM SPSS Statistics software program. The Social Action theory was chosen as the study's theoretical foundation and 273 respondents was chosen for this study using random and purposeful sampling methods. The use of questionnaires allowed for the collection of quantitative data. The findings of study revealed that the distribution of strategic duties, employees’ promotion, and other forms of organizational segregation, however, all display gender inequality. Working with seasoned employees who have a track record of success without gender discrimination, as well as understanding the key principles of an effective succession planning and management initiative, can make succession planning a simple and time-saving process. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The sample in this study used a sample of the slovin formula totaling 80 employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study indicate that directly transformational leadership, job satisfaction and Organization Citizenship Behavior have a significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and indirectly transformational leadership has an effect significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and Organization Citizenship Behavior at PT. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian penelitian survey, karena mengambil sampel dari satu populasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatori dengan sampel sebanyak 37 orang yang merupakan staf dan kepala bidang (Pegawai Negeri Sipil) yang bekerja pada Kantor Pariwisata Kota Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan kuisioner/angket serta teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik yakni partialleastsquare-structuralequestion model (PLS-SEM) yang bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis jalur (path) dengan variabel laten.
