The approach used in this study is an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) TPK Perawang. The sample in this study used the saturated sampling method totaling 67 employees at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) TPK Perawang. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation and questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach. Data processing in this study using the IBM SPSS Statistics software program.
