The purpose of this article is: to analyze the state of vision of students based on an anonymous questionnaire. The collected data revealed that more than half of medical students had no visual problems before entering the university, and after admission this indicator decreased by two, i. e. 61.3% of students had visual impairments at the time of the questionnaire. We have revealed what measures these students are taking and how the educational process, including distance learning, has affected their eyesight.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"21 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136227795","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Storage proteins — high molecular weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) — were studied. Electropherograms were processed in the GelPro Analyzer 4.0 computer program. The molecular weight of glutenin subunits was determined according to the method of G. Galili, M. G. Feldman using a marker variety. The quality of glutenin was assessed in points according to the method of O. Lukov. The bread was baked using the straight method, in accordance with the generally accepted method of laboratory baking; the fermentation of the dough and further baking were carried out on Domino and Arianna devices. As a result of the research, it was revealed that only 7 test samples (Askeran, Azemetli 95, Gonen, Gyrmyzy Gul, Nurlu99, Tale38, Ugur) with a null allele, having subunit 1 (Glu-A1a allele), have a fragment of 344 bp in size, in the remaining 29 samples encoded by the Glu-A1 locus, having subunit 2* (Glu-A1b allele), a fragment of 362 bp in size is amplified. The presence of a null allele does not always have a negative effect on baking quality. The reason for this remains to be determined.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"20 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136227807","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With a decrease in air temperature, the laying of eggs of Mother bees decreases and stops. The exchange of substances in bees slows down, they begin to prepare for cold air temperatures. As soon as the cold weather comes, they begin to fill the entire box holes with propolis. As a result of the studies carried out, it was also observed that Wasps grown at low temperatures have a short female, a short canoe, and in some cases the wing is completely absent. It has been studied that the temperature in bee hives rises above 35°С, negatively affects the development of worms, sometimes leading to their death.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"20 4","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136227810","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is necessary not only to form a certain set of competencies in students but also to be able to independently update competencies. Modern teaching technologies are a qualitatively new level of training, which motivates students to show initiative and independence in acquiring new knowledge and searching for ways to apply this knowledge in solving various problematic problems. It is very important to properly balance traditional teaching technologies and modern technologies. A modern teacher who will understand and accept the dynamics of the existing world, the relativity of knowledge, and the dynamics of values and meanings, will develop in future specialists the creative abilities to develop fundamentally new solutions that cannot be derived from the already known and are adequate to the new and changing reality.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"3 12","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136228302","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The novelty (uniqueness) of an electronic educational resource is determined based on its demand in the educational services market to improve the quality of education and training in demand in the country. The commercialized demand for an electronic educational resource in the educational services market, which brings profit in the form of improving the quality of training of specialists, confirms the innovativeness of the university’s activities. The uniqueness (novelty) of an electronic educational resource is established during the process of its registration in the “Science and Education” United Fund of Electronic Resources. An electronic educational resource is assessed as meeting the requirement of novelty if, based on a combination of 17 indicators of consumer-oriented properties, it has no analogues in the foundation database.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"3 9","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136228305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Culicoides genus prevails by the number of species (10 species). The number of Culicoides nubeculosus and C. longicollislarvae in lakes, rivers, springs and small water bodies of the region amounted to 3-21 spec./m2. During the warm period of the year, these two similar in appearance larvae were permanent organisms of water bodies at all altitudinal belts of the region. The distribution pattern of larvae across altitudinal belts was established; the number of species and density per habitat unit decreased from lowlands to altitudinal zones. Water and air temperature are the main factors determining the seasonal dynamics of the development of midges larvae. Considering that Ceratopogonidae larvae lead an aquatic lifestyle and have a wide variety of breeding centers, it is preferable to carry out appropriate control measures against adult biting midges.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"17 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136227626","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Systemic lupus erythematosus is the prototype of connective tissue diseases that can present with a full spectrum of neurological and mental disorders. It is quite difficult to establish an accurate etiological diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus with predominant neuropsychiatric symptoms. The exact timing of neurological manifestations remains controversial: either the central nervous system is the initial target of autoimmune disorders, or neurological symptoms are part of a multisystem lesion. Antiphospholipid syndrome is a prothrombotic systemic autoimmune disease with heterogeneous clinical and pathological manifestations and is a well-established cause of ischemic stroke and transient ischemic attack, especially in young patients. There is growing recognition of a broader spectrum of cerebrovascular lesions associated with antiphospholipid syndrome, including white matter hyperintensities, cortical atrophy, and lacunar infarcts, which may have clinically important neurocognitive consequences. The article provides a review of the literature examining the spectrum of neurological disorders in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome and the inflammatory and cytokine mechanisms that play an important role in the pathogenesis of nervous system damage in systemic lupus erythematosus.","PeriodicalId":471421,"journal":{"name":"Бюллетень науки и практики","volume":"19 11","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136227815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
