The research aims to evaluate the banks' ability to sustain growth while maintaining their financial stability and minimizing risks. The study also investigates the role of regulatory bodies in ensuring financial scalability in small development banks. The findings suggest that while small development banks in India have demonstrated significant growth potential, there is room for improvement in their risk management practices and diversification of funding sources. Small Finance Banks are recent banking initiative of Reserve Bank of India towards promotion of financial inclusion in India. Ten Small Finance banks operate actively across India and most of them got scheduled bank status. Small Finance Banks have a lot of challenges in terms of branch establishment, lending, deposit mobilization and operating expenses. The Small Finance banks need to survive and sustain despite all the challenges mentioned and to meet the objective of existence – Financial Inclusion.  Approach: This research is carried out in order to understand the end-user’s preference and inclination towards the well-suited experience in E-Commerce in the matter of fashion & apparel, furniture & home-décor, automotive & transportation, how much brick & mortar stores have been impacted of AR tech.
 Findings: AR is not affected by the gender of any individual, consumers are more inclined towards buying products via AR as they own better experience via this tech & they do believe that demonstration should be made available to them priorly, social media & fashion & apparel are the most preferred medium by the end-users.

From this study, it was found that working capital growth of both company is satisfactory but working capital turnover ratio of HIL is not good. Liquidity of both companies is not good. Design/methodology/approach: A pooled OLS model was adopted, using annual reports from a sample of Indian banks over a specific period. The analysis involved assessing the correlation between digitization and bank profitability while controlling for other relevant factors. Findings: The study found a strong and positive connection between digitization and bank profitability. The findings revealed that greater digitization efforts had a beneficial effect on the financial performance of the Indian banks examined. Practical implications: The study highlights the importance for Indian banks to prioritize and invest in digitization initiatives to enhance their profitability. It provides valuable insights for bank managers and policymakers in formulating strategies to leverage digital technologies for financial success. Research limitations: The study focused exclusively on Indian banks, limiting the generalizability of the findings to other banking systems and countries. In order to collect the data from the respondents an online questionnaire was adopted by using Likert scales from one to five. The questionnaire for the study was sent online to the respondents and finally received 93 responses. Data were analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 by Linear regression. Reliability of the data was also tested. Reliability of job satisfaction dimension was 0.78. Reliability of fringe benefits was 0.83 Moreover, the reliability of bonus was 0.76 and reliability of retirement was 0.842. After analyzing the data result of the study also showed that fringe benefits do not have significant positive impact on job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that bonus has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction.
