This will lead to the reduction of the digital gap. Nevertheless, the pursuit of achieving DI has not undergone substantial scholarly examination. Through an in-depth analysis of the highly successful TaoBao Village in rural China, we propose a procedural framework illustrating the evolution of digital inclusion. This investigation highlights that the realization of digital inclusion relies on a self-determination mechanism, progressing through three distinct phases. Each phase, in turn, consists of three steps: Establishing motivational drivers, facilitating IS capabilities and extend of digital inclusion. Thus, this article constructs and presents a comprehensive process model of digital inclusion that vividly portrays the implementation of these three pivotal steps to bridge the digital divide.","PeriodicalId":46306,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Global Information Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":4.7,"publicationDate":"2024-03-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140376278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper classifies Chinese shadow banking into six categories: securities, trust, private lending, banking, fund, and insurance. The AR-GARCH-DCC model is used to measure systemic risk spillover through from an industrial and institutional perspective. The network topology index is employed to analyze risk contagion and further explore influencing factors. Firstly, based on the results of the AR-GARCH-DCC, the estimated dynamic volatility (σ) indicates that shadow banking risk spillover is time-varying, especially in trust and securities. Second, according to the static risk spillover analysis, various institutions play different roles and can transform between risk spillovers and overflowers. Thirdly, eigenvector centrality, leverage, assets, CPI, and macroeconomic prosperity significantly impact shadow banking systemic risk spillover.","PeriodicalId":46306,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Global Information Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":4.7,"publicationDate":"2024-03-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140263089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study explores factors influencing the shift in households' energy-saving preferences from habitual energy-saving behavior to consumption-oriented energy-saving behavior, as well as to analyze the potential for using other green alternatives to traditional energy in energy consumption. Empirical results reveal an inverted U-shaped relationship between household income and energy consumption, occurring when energy-saving awareness (ESA) exceeds a critical threshold. Below this threshold, household income is positively correlated with energy consumption. Further analysis indicated that once income exceeds the turning point, households' higher ESA leads to reduced energy consumption, indicating potential for green alternatives in higher-income households. Overall, the study highlights how awareness and income interact to shape energy-saving choices, emphasizing the potential for sustainable energy options in affluent households.","PeriodicalId":46306,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Global Information Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":4.7,"publicationDate":"2024-02-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139958867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, the literature has witnessed a surge in research at the intersection of cloud ERP and enterprise resilience (ER) over the past decade. This paper aims to present a systematic literature review (SLR) and the authors contribute to the existing literature by (1) exploring the connection between cloud ERP and ER, (2) analyzing how cloud ERP supports three key elements of ER—readiness, response, and recovery—and the intertwined mediators and moderators, and (3) proposing a conceptual framework at the nexus of cloud ERP and ER. The review concludes with suggestions for fruitful future research. Not only does this SLR carry several theoretical implications for the literature on cloud ERP and its impact on ER but also provides decision-makers with comprehensive insights into how cloud ERP reinforces ER, thereby ensuring the continuity of business operations in the turbulent business landscape.","PeriodicalId":46306,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Global Information Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":4.7,"publicationDate":"2024-01-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139600515","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The integration of platform-based e-information services is essential for innovative e-government policies, as it leads to improvements in administrative efficiency and better information quality. A theoretical review of success factors highlights the significance of service efficiency, user satisfaction, and the intention for continuous use. The authors conducted their own survey of Korean citizens using Government 24, an integrated platform for frontline e-services. Their analysis revealed that information and service quality boost user satisfaction, while system and service quality heighten perceived efficiency. Perceived efficiency and satisfaction in platform-based e-services play a crucial role in encouraging users to continue utilizing these services.","PeriodicalId":46306,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Global Information Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":4.7,"publicationDate":"2024-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139605004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

How manufacturing companies improve their competitiveness has always been a topic of great concern. Service transformation and product innovation are key factors and are considered to be important ways for enterprises to stand out in the market. Traditional service transformation and product innovation processes often face complex problems, including the diversity of customer needs and fierce market competition. This makes it difficult for companies to accurately capture market opportunities, provide personalized solutions, and respond quickly to changes. At the same time, many companies also face problems with product quality control and production efficiency, which further weakens their competitiveness. It is against this background that the importance of computer vision technology has become increasingly prominent.","PeriodicalId":46306,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Global Information Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":4.7,"publicationDate":"2024-01-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139617764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"管理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
