The empirical evidence finds that the consumption gap between the urban and rural migrants exists at each quantile of the distribution, and the effects of the characteristics covariates such as finance, demographics, mobility and employment on the consumption vary with the migrants’ positions in the consumption distribution and also differ between the urban and rural migrants. The differences in the characteristics account for 88.2% of the total consumption gap between the two groups. The consumption gap between the urban and rural migrants is higher at the middle and the top of the consumption distribution, and smaller at the low end of the distribution. The endowment effect increases at higher quantiles, while the coefficient effect decreases at higher quantiles. In order to highlight the ability assessment, an online assessment system is used to construct a process-based assessment model of four stages, including in-class assessment, experimental assessment, comprehensive assessment and club assessment. It argued that Buddhism has become a powerful cultural tie that binds the nations in the region and promotes friendship between the Himalayan states. It also suggested that China should make further efforts to excavate Buddhist relics and sort out Buddhist spiritual resources on the silk road, promote the communication between Mahayana Buddhism and Theravada continuously on the basis of seeking common ground while reserving differences, encourage and support educational cooperation between China and Buddhist universities and colleges in trans-Himalaya countries through expanding the friendly exchanges between youth students and scholars, and provide necessary assistance such as funding and technology, to support the Buddhism exchange programs. The current large-scale enrolment of the B&R students might provide a valuable opportunity and driving force for Chinese universities to jump on the EMI bandwagon and thus help promote the internationalization of China’s higher education, but the crux of the matter for Chinese universities is to seize this opportunity and take serious actions. To explore the influential factors of college students' learning effort has become an urgent problem to solve. According to the data results of the questionnaire, this paper selects ten factors that affect the degree of college students' learning effort, analyzes the relationship among the factors by using the expert survey method, establishes the adjacent matrix, and constructs the hierarchical structure of the factors by using the explanatory structure model. Establish the hierarchical relationship and function path that affect the degree of college students' efforts. It is found that learning resources and good intentions are the direct influencing factors, and family education is the core influencing factor.
