This paper aims to identify gender differences in the perception of the teaching-learning-evaluation process in a feminized higher education context. Thus, from the Master of Tourism of the University of Huelva, it is intended to make an analysis of the mastery of the competences of its students. In this specific case, the domain of ICT skills, since the degree of computerization of the hotel sector (where most of its students enter to work at the end of their studies) is quite high. In the case of Universities, the following services are used, among others: email, a content management platform such as Moodle and shared cloud storage spaces such as Drive or Dropbox [6]. Through these services, teachers store work materials, assessment tests, student identification, assessment results and personal data. This is the way to ensure that each actor gets access to just the functionality granted by the system administrator. Currently, it is considered that using a single step method, particularly the use of a username/password pair, is not enough to ensure safe access. Therefore the use of a second authentication factor is required. Two-factor authentication factor (2FA) can be implemented in software or in hardware. This paper shows a survey of the situation at the University of Salamanca. For this reason, it is necessary to know the scientific production on this technological resource based on the gender influence shown by the students. The objective of this research is to analyze the repercussion that the gender of the students presents with the use of Augmented Reality in different educational stages, in the Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases. To do this, a systematic review of the literature was carried out using the Kitchenham protocol, analysing a total of 66 articles published between 2017 and 2021. The main findings show that gender presents an important significant difference in relation to student motivation. During these last times, the rapid transition from traditional face-to-face learning to online learning or ICT-based learning has been viewed as a paradigm shift in higher education. Based on the theoretical fundamentals of teaching-learning methodologies and strategies, educational resources design, and assessment, the present study describes an ICT-mediated teaching strategy to the Universidad de Medellín (Colombia) and its adaptation to the curricular innovation model of the institution. In addition, faculty and staff have made a great effort to improve their digital capabilities. From a strategic point of view, it is very important higher education institutions to take advantage of these advances as the basis to further adapt and improve their teaching and learning model to fulfill the expectations of learners in a digital society beyond COVID-19. In this paper, we describe the evolution of the ICT ecosystem of University of Murcia (Spain), with a strong focus on our Virtual Campus. In particular, we describe how we have continuously enriched our teaching and learning ecosystem as we were transitioning from emergency remote teaching towards the \"new normal\". In this transition, the evaluation must be regarded as a guarantee for the quality, continuity, effectiveness and efficiency of educational systems and their eLearning teachings. This research proposes a mapping of the literature with the aim of discovering the conditions of research on evaluation in eLearning during the pandemic in Higher Education. For this purpose, it is based on objective criteria for selecting publications, and the phases followed throughout all the process.
