The single-element antenna is composed of one circular and one trapezoidal segment to create a new patch shape feeding by a tapered microstrip line with a partial ground plane. A two-element MIMO antenna with dimensions of 22 mm $times$ 34 mm $times$ 1.6 mm is proposed. To ensure high isolation between the 2 ports, inverted L-shaped stubs with a rectangular cut are introduced into the common ground plane. The operating frequency band for |SII|$leq$-10dB is from 3.2 GHz to 50 GHz (bandwidth of 176% and a bandwidth ratio of 15.62:1) with isolation of 19 dB(22dB for most of the operating band from 10 to 50 GHz), a high realized gain of 6.3 dB, and good radiation efficiency of 71.2% over the whole SWB frequencies. Recently, the spread of new viral diseases, namely Covid-19, requires powerful computer models and rich resources (datasets) to fight this phenomenon. In this study, we propose to examine the CNN Deep Learning algorithm and two Transfer Learning models, namely RestNet50 and MobileNetV2 using the pretrained model of the ImageNet database, experimented on the new dataset (COVID-QU-Ex Dataset 2022) offered by the University of Qatar. These models are tested to classify radiography images into two classes (Covid19 and Normal). This weather acquisition system is built using an Arduino uno and Raspberry Pi3. It is equipped with temperature, humidity, air quality, and solar radiation detector. The Arduino card controls the instrumentation made of the four weather sensors and the experimental data are stored using specific software developed around the Raspberry Pi3. This system can be managed via internet with a smartphone or laptop. Experimental results are obtained with this smart system. There are several important factors that make millimeter-wave (or mmWave) transmission systems and data transmission through free-space optical (or FSO) links an important part of the 5G revolution to achieve this transformation. FSO has risen to prominence due to its extremely high bandwidth, its inherent transmission security, and its low power consumption with an unlicensed optical wavelength, although it is strongly influenced by atmospheric fog and turbulence. Furthermore, mmWave has been selected because of the increased bandwidth available in this range of the spectrum. The present paper gives a brief overview of FSO and mmWave technology in 5G. Invisible Internet Project (I2P) and The Onion Router (TOR) are the most widely used open-source anonymous communication tools. Based on the analysis of the implementation mechanism of I2P and TOR anonymous service, this paper aims to identify the use of this kind of traffic through the DPI’’ Deep Packet Inspection’’ method, in order to obtain the lowest level of false positives for the detection and identification of anonymous network traffic. Further, they are often deployed with large quantities in an inaccessible and hostile environment, where recharging or replacing their batteries to survive the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) for a longer time is costly, difficult, and even impossible. Hence, it is essential to develop an approch which sensor nodes can follow so that their energy efficiency is increased. The N-policy is often used as an efficient technique to conserve energy. However, it should be mentioned that the N-policy increases waiting delays of data packets. This paper presents an analytical model based on priority vacation queueing theory for an N-policy that can save energy and reduce latency in WSNs. The model takes into consideration two distinct types of data traffic: high and low priority traffic. The Continuous-Time Markov Chains formalism is used to model and analyse the system. The formulas for the main stationary performance indices and energy consumption are determined as a function of the network parameters. Zitouni, Touati Zineeddine","doi":"10.1109/ICAECCS56710.2023.10104839","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICAECCS56710.2023.10104839","url":null,"abstract":"In this research paper, a novel heterostructure AlGaN/GaN metal-oxide-semiconductor high electron mobility transistor (MOSHEMT) is proposed, using an ultra-wide bandgap Oxide $mathrm{Gallium}(mathrm{O}_{-2}mathrm{Ga}_{2}mathrm{O}_{3})$ as dielectric layer growth on GaN substrate. The transfer and RF characteristics of the developed device with a recessed T-gate are compared with a conventional T-gate structure by using a two-dimensional (2D) simulation of the TCAD Silvaco Software at $300mathrm{~K}$. A positive value of the threshold voltage VTH of $0.56mathrm{~V}$ and the highest peak transconductance $left(G_{mathrm{m},mathrm{max}}right)$ of $1.15mathrm{~S}/mumathrm{m}$ were achieved for $2mathrm{~nm}$ recess gate depth. A very small sub-threshold slope of $66mathrm{mV}/$ dec was reached. The microwave frequency performances of this device showed an outstanding result. The E-mode device exhibited a cut-off frequency $(F_{t})$ of 49GHz, and a maximum frequency $(F_{max})$ of 60GHz while the MOSHEMT with conventional gate structure attained to only 38GHz and 47GHz respectively. Compared with traditional arc welding machines, the suggested arc welding power source (AWPS) is the best choice for its benefits such as simple circuit, superior energy productivity, and capability to achieve unity PF with good weld bead quality and best arc stability. The proposed welding system is designed to function under a variety of load power while enhancing the efficiency of AWPS and power quality (PQ) in AC mains. A closed-loop fractional PI control system with one voltage detector is used to realize voltage and arc current controls with fast response. MATLAB program was exploited to simulate the suggested AWPS and the performance of studied system is examined with that of a Diode Bridge Rectifier (DBR). To achieve better exploitation, we suggest implementing a Decision Support System (DSS) to sustain the management of water boreholes in the south of Algeria while exposing the key characteristics of these settlements. Data exchanged in our system is critical and must be secured. This paper presents a digital signature system based on the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) of the different documents exchanged in the DSS. The cryptographic system was developed with JAVA technology based on PKCS standards (Public Key Cryptographic Standards). To have a PKI server, we have configured the Linux server through an open SSL. In all this applications, it is necessary to have a system allowing the emission of ultrasonic waves and their reception. In general, this system is essentially composed of an electric generator, a transmitter transducer, a receiver transducer and a display or recording system. The purpose of this work is the functioning characterization of a measurement chain comprising a receiver transducer with PVDF membrane connected by means of a coaxial cable to an oscilloscope. This theoretical model proposed, allows the determination of the impulse response in the temporal domain or the transfer function in the frequency domain of the entire reception measurement chain.
