A two-element MIMO antenna with dimensions of 22 mm $\\times$ 34 mm $\\times$ 1.6 mm is proposed. To ensure high isolation between the 2 ports, inverted L-shaped stubs with a rectangular cut are introduced into the common ground plane. The operating frequency band for |SII|$\\leq$-10dB is from 3.2 GHz to 50 GHz (bandwidth of 176% and a bandwidth ratio of 15.62:1) with isolation of 19 dB(22dB for most of the operating band from 10 to 50 GHz), a high realized gain of 6.3 dB, and good radiation efficiency of 71.2% over the whole SWB frequencies.
