One of the activities during morning care regarding patient personal hygiene that nurses often forget is performing oral hygiene. The results of interviews conducted with the patient's family indicated that oral hygiene treatment was rarely carried out. Therefore, it was necessary to provide education to increase nurses' knowledge about oral hygiene—the activity aimed at helping nurses to understand the importance of performing oral hygiene care. The implementation of the activity was carried out directly by the nurse by conducting a pre-test, giving material, and ending with a post-test. The results of the pre-test were the level of knowledge of nurses about oral hygiene care before being given education; namely, seven families had good knowledge (23%), ten families had sufficient knowledge (33%), and 13 families had poor knowledge (44%). The post-test results were the family knowledge level in the HCU Internal Medicine ward at RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang after being given education; 25 families had good knowledge (83%), and five families had sufficient knowledge (17%). Based on these results, the educational activity was beneficial, can increase nurses' knowledge about oral hygiene care, and can be applied directly to patients. Stunting, which is still high in Solok Regency, is one of the problems in West Sumatra Province. To reduce stunting, the Venereology Dermatology Service Team conducted counselling to health extension workers and cadres of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) regarding malnutrition, parenting, sanitation, and infectious and non-infectious skin diseases. This service aimed to carry out outreach activities to increase understanding of the acceleration of stunting reduction. The implementation method was outreach to 64 health workers and PKK cadres. Advocacy was also carried out at the Kominfo service and the Solok District Health Office. The results obtained before the socialization activity revealed that 61% of respondent’s knowledge was still low, whereas 66% increased after the activity. Respondent behaviour was obtained by 92% of respondents who had behaved well; after the activity was obtained, it became 98%. The excellent attitude of respondents toward preventing stunting before being given counselling was 73%, increasing to 91% after counselling. People who commit violence not only harm their victims but will also make the perpetrators get punished according to applicable law. Data on youth violence compiled by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (KPPA) in 2016 shows that Indonesia still has problems with youth and child violence. The activity was disseminated to partners, namely SMAN 5 Padang, which, although no cases have been reported, there has never been socialization and education about violence in adolescents. There was a concern and request for the school as a partner to socialize. The number of cases of violence, such as bullying and brawls, is something that we need to pay attention to. This service activity aimed to provide education and prevention regarding violence in adolescents. Activities were carried out in the form of educational activities as well as pre-tests and post-tests to measure students' knowledge of youth violence. Questions were sourced from socialization material obtained from various references. The pre-test results found that more than half of the students (73%) had good knowledge about violence in adolescents, and the post-test showed an increase in knowledge of 100%. Further, the types and packaging techniques used today are still in the form of plastic packaging available in plastic stores in general. The producer should have addressed the suitability of the type of plastic with the quality of the product being marketed and the type of packaging unsuitable for frozen food. Hence, the product quality quickly declined, but rather than that, the market expansion has yet to be achieved optimally. The method of activity consisted of brainstorming, discussion, and delivery of material about knowledge in frozen food processing, such as the addition of natural ingredients that can add nutritional value, packaging techniques suitable for frozen food as well as business licensing procedures from P-IRT, BPOM, and halal certificates. During the rainy season, the forage will thrive and be abundant, but the opposite condition, i.e. dry season, where farmers will have difficulty getting fresh forage. Meanwhile, animal feed must be continuously available. The solution is to use agricultural waste as an animal feed with limiting factors, namely high lignin content, low digestibility, low protein content, and anti-nutrients. Therefore, a feed processing technology known as Ammoniation is needed. Ammoniation is a chemical treatment of agricultural and plantation waste feed ingredients by adding chemicals like NaOH, KOH, or Urea. Ammoniation can reduce lignin and silica and increase protein content. Socializing ammoniation technology in the Ambacang Permai livestock farmer group, Lima Puluh Kota District, was necessary. The method included lectures, demonstrations of making rice straw ammoniation, discussions, and consultations on animal feed. The Department of Chemistry's of Universitas Andalas team was trying to overcome this problem by increasing the efficiency of fish feed. For the feed to work optimally and produce good quality fish weight, it is necessary to modify the nutrition of the fish feed, one of which is by adding probiotics through a fermentation process. The method used in this activity includes training, mentoring, and demonstration plots in feed fermentation and counselling regarding the right time to feed. This activity targets fish farmers in the Koto Luar area, Pauh District, Padang, with a fish culturing group, \"Family Sepakat\", as the partner. Feed fermentation was carried out with probiotic starters such as Bacillus sp., saccharomyces cerevisiae, L. fermentum, L. plantarum, and W. paramesenteroides. The problems can result in teenagers experiencing psychological problems, slow growth and inappropriate nutrition. Conversely, in pre-elderly and older people with low knowledge about current nutrition, Menopause can interfere with productivity in daily activities. This counselling purpose was to increase adolescents' knowledge regarding behavioural education on sexual activity, namely preventing HIV/AIDS and reproductive tract infections, preventing unwanted pregnancy, preventing sexual violence to the limit pornography, and increasing the knowledge of older people regarding nutrition fulfilled at Menopause. The implementation method was by lecturing with the assistance power point and question and answer to the target. Collecting data used a pre-test and post-test questionnaire; the amount of each material was ten questions. Based on statistical tests and results in the frequency distribution, there was an increase in question scores; Wilxocon test results increased the knowledge of pre-test and post-test participants of counselling with the effectiveness of counselling using the gain score test that is low - moderate. They often delay in control time to visit the health care unit, cancelling treatment or not continuing their medication. This condition results in decreasing health status, increasing re-current events, rehospitalization, and low quality of life. Implementation of self-management was essential in managing their disease during daily care at home. Efforts to increase the knowledge of self-management among people living with heart disease were a preventive measure to maintain their health status. These activities aimed to improve self-management knowledge among people living with heart disease in daily care. The method used group education among 22 people in the Bansa district. We used the self-management questionnaire's knowledge to measure knowledge through a pre and post-test. Data analysis was presented in descriptive statistics. The result showed an increased knowledge of self-management; the complete knowledge of self-management before education was 31.86, and after education was 43.00. Education effectively improved the knowledge of communities about self-management behaviour that can be implemented in their daily life. School age for children is also a period prone to various diseases, such as diarrhoea, infectious diseases, dengue fever, etc. In response to this problem, the formation and empowerment of the \"Jumantik\" Team at SDN 14 and 15 Koto Lalang. Based on realising a healthy school, this activity was carried out by forming and empowering a team of monitors for larvae, called Jumantik, in schools. Methods used were conducting a pretest and posttest, counselling, outreach to school members, and evaluation. Based on the author's observation, SDN 14 and 15 Koto Lalang has an open water canal in front of it. There was an increase in the proportion of students' knowledge level after being given counselling compared to before counselling. It is hoped that SDN 14 and SDN 15 Koto Lalang will further improve behaviour related to DHF, CTPS habits, and the implementation of health protocols during the Covid - 19 pandemic.
