This study aimed to identify and educate geriatrics in the elderly community in Lubuk Begalung Padang, West Sumatra, about adverse drug reactions and drug-related problems. This society activity was carried out by direct interviews using a questionnaire and counselling individual patients. The results of this activity were presented descriptively. A total of 30 female (93.1%) and male (2.60%) subjects were involved in this study. Data showed that 86.70% of the subjects did not carry out regular medical check-ups, 63.4% of the subjects used three or more types of drugs, 77% of the subjects did not know the names of the drugs given, and 56.70% did not know nor did not receive information of the usage of the drug. In conclusion, the people in Lubuk Begalung sub-district Padang still lack knowledge regarding drugs and the risk of polypharmacy, so drug education and counselling for the community needs to be improved. In this activity, the effect of providing education on changes in the knowledge or behaviour of the respondents was not measured. Adolescents still need to gain adequate knowledge regarding the changes that occur and essential personal hygiene actions. As well as education is a necessary effort to increase adolescents' knowledge. These activities aimed to improve the adolescent's knowledge of personal hygiene to increase their health and hygiene. The method used structured group education among 31 adolescents in the Ampang district of Padang City. We used the knowledge of personal hygiene questionnaire in measuring knowledge through a pre and post-test. Data analysis was presented in descriptive statistics. The result showed an increased knowledge of personal hygiene; the total knowledge of personal hygiene before education was 14.45, and after education were 18.77. Education was effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge and understanding regarding personal hygiene. In addition, they can apply their hygiene in daily life. Lack of light will create a high risk of accidents and crime on the road. Many areas in Indonesia in general and West Sumatra in particular, mainly rural areas, still need street lighting due to the need for regional capacity to provide lighting on public roads. This activity implemented street lighting in Nagari Lagan Mudik Punggasan, Linggo Sari Baganti District, Pesisir Selatan District, West Sumatra Province. A total of five light units have been installed in four different locations. Installation of lights using a pole made of wood as high as 4 meters on the 20 KV distribution electricity post and the welcome board of the village. The lights work automatically and can be active when dark and off when bright. The lamp's working principle utilises solar panels, which produce electricity during the day. The source of electrical energy used by the light comes from a battery that a solar panel has charged. It has been developing a knitting business. The business program focuses on improving product quality, innovation, and systematic business administration. One of the essential aspects of business administration is having good and proper financial records and reporting. Several activities have been carried out to improve the recording and reporting of their business finances using an Excel-based accounting program. In this activity, participants were given training and accompanied when practising each financial recording and reporting stage using a pre-designed accounting program. The method used in this activity was providing material through lectures and training using Excel-based accounting programs demonstrated in front of the training participants. This Excel-based accounting program was designed according to Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM), which consists of six working papers integrated. Currently, the sanitary conditions of the mosque are still not a concern of the community. There are still mosques that do not meet the sanitation requirements of public places. Poor mosque sanitation can cause various diseases in society caused by a polluted environment. This dedication aimed to present an overview of the sanitation condition of mosques in Mata Air, increase knowledge, and increase public awareness of the importance of mosque sanitation. The method used was data collection with sanitation inspection forms and personal hygiene questionnaires, interviews, dissemination of information through focus group discussion, and administration of the intervention of the book of pocket guides, poster, sanitary mosque SOPs, and garbage disposal in the Masjid of the Mata Air Village. The results of the sanitation assessment found that four of the eight mosques still have not met the sanitation requirements. Through this community dedication, an increase in the knowledge and awareness of mosque administrators regarding improving mosque sanitation was obtained. This KUB comprises various businesses such as food, handicraft, and medicinal plant cultivation. Businesses run by KUB members are still small businesses and have yet to provide an economic boost to members. This Joint Business Group was established to help homemakers earn money and increase family income. The problem faced by KUB is inadequate capital to produce and market products. This service was carried out to provide enlightenment on how to utilize the social capital around KUB to develop KUB. The method used in this service was comprehensive assistance for all KUB members to identify social capital that can be utilized in the development of KUB. The activity results showed that social capital could be utilized, namely online and offline networks, in product marketing and obtaining raw materials.
