It is proposed to use information about library cells schematics, thereby partially taking into account the electrical masking mechanism. The method involves preliminary characterization of the entire library for the probability of cell failure. It is assumed that cells are exposed to radiation and are subject to impact of heavy charged particles. Characterization is done through SPICE simulations and can take into account different operating conditions and different types of influences. This process takes place once for the entire library, and only the obtained tabular data is used in resynthesis process. Experiments show that resynthesis results can be improved by taking into account the transistor structure of the library cells and the distribution of signals at the inputs of the elements with no runtime increase. It has been shown that, without considering an electrical masking at the level of distinct cells, the results of resynthesis flow are too optimistic.","PeriodicalId":447345,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ElConRus)","volume":"151 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117339822","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The balance of generated and consumed power is the most important parameter for the functioning of the system, therefore, in all countries, the practice of planning consumption and generation is applied, at least, a day in advance. However, emergency outages, abnormally high loads during mass events and other factors upset the balance of power systems. More accurately predict the behavior of the system during abnormal periods is an important task for the functioning of the power system. For such purposes, methods of mathematical modeling and machine learning are used in order to process large amounts of data and identify non-obvious patterns and further forecast anomalous periods in the load graph of the power system.","PeriodicalId":447345,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ElConRus)","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123665766","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This limits their flight endurance. To increase the flight endurance of a quadrotor, it is necessary to determine the optimal trajectory of its movement in windy conditions. Paper presents an approach for finding the trajectory with minimal energy consumption when the wind acts on a flying object. The solution takes into consideration such parameters of the problem as the velocity of the quadrotor, the velocity and direction of the wind, and route coordinates. The results of the energy consumption for various flight trajectories of the quadrotor under wind conditions are estimated.","PeriodicalId":447345,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE Conference of Russian Young Researchers in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (ElConRus)","volume":" 28","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-26","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120831368","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
